The best restaurants in East Midlands

The sign posts say the venue is dog friendly - with a dog on the sign saying so! However get there and dogs are not allowed - neither is there any food very disappointed.

As long as man wearing bandana doesn't approach you mid meal questioning your parking. Very intimidating. Guess it's man gun club

Been trying some of the new items in the menu….milkshakes are fantastic the loaded fries and the smash burgers are an absolute must definitely recommend. Really fast delivery. Looking forward to trying some of the new desserts.

Hidden gem!! Random stop for lunch, had a ham salad cob unreal and so fresh as was the cheese and onion pasty Haven't had the cake yet but I will update Highly recommend this place!!

My son and I keep going back here whenever we get the chance. Ignore the fact that it's a few seats at the back of a supermarket. Push past that! It doesn't matter. The food is amongst the best available in Nottingham. Love it!

What has happened to this place? No greeting on entering, the waiter was wearing jeans and had the personality of lump of wood, trying to explain to him that my wife wanted poppadoms the same time as my starter would of made a good comedy on TV. The sheer kebab was really bland with no flavour. Main course was OK but the nan bread was so thin it came like a giant crispbread, but the best is when we were asked what we would like to drink only to be told that they can not serve alcohol as they have no licence.

we been coming here for ages and tonight was disgusting! my wife picked our food up and they didn't tighten the knot on the bag like usual so it slipped straight through her hand and split one of the boxes. they said they would remake it. whilst eating we have found PLASTIC from the original packaging In the food, rather than actually remake it they have just scooped it out the bag! absolutely disgracefull.

Perfect full English breakfast, great fresh food with friendly staff. Another reviewer said " Best breakfast in Daventry" and I have to agree!

Great service and really tasty. A nice surprise. Sweet and sour chicken. Chicken chow mein and salt and pepper prawns. Delicious

We haven't been to Kilworth House for a very long time but thought it was about time to give it a another go! Well you won't be disappointed - the food in the The Wordsworth was amazing! We have been to many Michelin starred restaurants and I must say that this would not look out of place! We were very well looked after. The only I would say is that they need another dish per course on the menu as there were only 3 starters, 3 main courses etc. Also it was a shame that there wasn't more people in the restaurant but I suppose it is January. We will definitely be going back!

2×small Full English breakfast with beans & 2 coffees.... Very happy with The Staff but please cook the BACON properly!!.. the Bacon is ALWAYS very very hard like ROCK & very OVERCOOKED. ....Brake a tooth hard,just cook it fresh instead of keeping in a bay mari then reheating which is obvious 🤔.. Would of given you 5 🌟 s . But BACON BROKE MY TOOTH!

There isn't an option for 0 stars, so this will have to do. I went in on Saturday night for a pizza on my way home, asked for a 12" BBQ Chicken pizza costing £9.90. when I went to pay for my order I was charged £13.90 for a "Texas BBQ Pizza", despite never uttering the word "Texas" all night. The useless idiot at the till was convinced I said Texas and refused to acknowledge otherwise, and threatened me when I questioned it. If you want ripping off, this is the place to come!

Está bien. El sushi está bien pero apenas tiene sabores interesantes (tofu servido completamente sencillo, etc.). Estaría bien si el punto de precio no fuera completamente loco: Creo que eran 36 £ por 32 piezas de sushi (tiene sentido si estás pidiendo sashimi, pero el sushi VEGANO por casi 1 £ la pieza es absolutamente loco). Sin embargo, el personal era encantador y por dentro la decoración es muy agradable.
