Went here for the burger night and all 3 of us had different burgers with different sides. Everything was so delicious and the portion sizes were super generous ❤️ Can't wait to try the rest of their menu when they open.
The staff are so pleasant and helpful. The food was delicious. We came upon the Buttery by chance, but although its very far from home in Shropshire, we will return in the summer. Highly recommended.

Wow just wow. Fabulous authentic Turkish food, some of the best I have ever had.
Kitchen in middle of restaurant so able to see food being prepared.
Had the liver starter and my son had the garlic sausage, then we both shared the mixed grill. Beautiful lamb, chicken and kofte. Portion plenty but just right. Finished off with home made baclava
Faultless. From service to quality of the food. I am coming back very soon
Had an evening booked for weeks, 15 of us work colleagues all very competitive all drove between 45 minutes to an hour to get there all got registered only to be told you won’t be racing due to condensation, communication was rubbish and the staff looked scruffy not vert professional at all, while we were waiting they all came in and started playing pool and drinking.
Won’t ever return.
Wonderful little tea room with an excellent lunch menu of home made delicious lunches and cakes. We chanced upon this place whilst visiting from London and found this gem. The mash, stew and dumplings and homemade chicken soup were delicious and my cream tea scones were the best I've ever had; and I've had a lot! I am fortunate in my job that I am able to eat out almost everyday; I only wish 10% of the establishments I tried were as good as this.
It is ran by only two staff, so do be patient at busy times, but even then our lunch was out in under 10mins.
It's also great value. Don't hesitate to try for yourself.
I do like it when we find a new café that offers good value, quality food. Although part of the retreat, the café is open to the public. The menu has the usual café treats in large variety. I went for the Brie, cranberry and bacon panni. It arrived in short order, was flavoursome & hot and accompanied by home-made slaw and crispy fresh salad. Extremely tasty. The servers were polite and efficient as you'd expect. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of food and service.
Pop in if you are walking in the area, you won't be disappointed.
