Eastern Promise Market Deeping in South Kesteven

Been trying some of the new items in the menu….milkshakes are fantastic the loaded fries and the smash burgers are an absolute must definitely recommend. Really fast delivery. Looking forward to trying some of the new desserts.

Had a large Deeping special kebab last night soggy bread. Frozen chicken tikka and some nasty donner meat. It like they gave me all the left overs. Straight in the bin won't be using again

Always deliver quickly, food is piping hot and tasty. Pizzas 10/10 - tried the jacket potato and it was massive! Absolutely my new favourite menu item. Ordered doughnuts as a treat and they were so soft and the toppings were *nauuughty*

can't find a better place to order from, must aleast order from here once a week, never had a problem food is always aboustly beautiful, staff are always chatty. always be a 10/10 from me and my family

First time ordering from Eastern Promise after a friend's recommendation. Beautiful lovely food. We ordered a double cheeseburger, big daddy burger, Donner Naan and chips and a portion of the popcorn chicken everything was excellent quality and none of it was greasy. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 and delivery was very quick to. Thank you

Ordered very late for myself and my colleagues, within 5 minutes of their closing time, they still accepted the order and it was delivered to us roughly 10 minutes later. Exceptional service.

Great tasting food and milkshakes

The wrap was okay, the milkshake was amazing and strawberry fondue dessert had way more chocolate sauce than expected. That aside it made a refreshing change to find a fresh fruit option on the menu.

5* with the food and the staff. Loaded fries and burger the one one I've had most the menu and there all good and fairly priced. If I order takeaway then this place is first in mind everyone that I have referred have said the same. Get yourself some amazing food at reasonable prices

The staff here are amazing the food is also anything on the menu I've most probably tried and it's all outstanding. M and my other half order here all the time. Food is hot when delivered and really nice. They take into consideration about allergy so people are safe

Best Burgers in Deeping. The "smash" cheeseburger is exceptional, the taste is on par with Five Guys at a more reasonable price. Fast and friendly service with generous portion sizes, their large fries could feed a small family! Would highly recommend trying out Eastern Promise, these guys are consistently serving high quality food.

Covered my meal with a sauce that I didn't want on there. It was meant for just in the burger. Also delivered the wrong drink

We had the smash burger, popcorn chicken and chips and also had the cookie dough. Really good quality and great portion size. Definitely recommend.

I've always been a fan of eastern promise and not had bad food in the 3 months since moving to deeping but my box of mixed Donner meat tonight was more 8 slices Donner meet and few cut offs of chicken and box of chips to then have side order or a mix box to get couple of chicken nuggets and few has browns and 1 mozzarella sticks and rest of pizza box full of chips. I feel I'd been better going linfords and ordering a large chips for the £20 I spent. this is definitely a first and 🙏last

Probably one of the best takeaways i have had in a long time, staff are so friendly, food came quick and was hot, there was good communication between me and the girl on the phone all around 5 stars would recommend

First time ordering spent £30 and it wasn’t the best! Kebab was as bland as a white wall also dry, the chicken tikka was that out of a packet (like for cold sandwiches) not off the skewer, also pizza had no flavour whatsoever couldn’t even taste the cheese! Sorry but definitely won’t be ordering again!

As always perfect pizzas, chips were great as were the mozzarella sticks. My son said his Algerian smash buger was really tasty and he enjoyed the sauce a lot. He also said his bueno milkshake and doughnut were delicious. Really friendly and polite staff and service. Thanks

Eastern promise is quite easily the best in Deeping The food is amazing, so fresh and flavourful complimented by their great portion sizes. You really do get your moneys worth. Whatever it is you order from here it’s worth it completely. Their milkshakes are truly the best. you can’t pass up on these, they’re big they’re made fresh and they have a range for you to try. you won’t get any as good as theirs. Can’t forget their deals too works wonders when you need em. Their deliveries are fast and they are so polite and personable. Not to mention visiting their shop so clean and friendly staff. Can’t beat their owner, completely down to earth and a lovely person. Would come back again and again. 10/10 😄

Wonderful staff excellent service the atmosphere Is very welcoming. The pizza is very lovely. Everyone really enjoyed the donuts which were freshly made. I have read many reviews about Eastern promise. Last few reviews have not been positive. But I think you should come and try for yourself before you judge.

They are the most nicest people i have ever met i nearly always order from them so you should check it out

If I could give 0 stars I would have , food is honestly the worst food I’ve tasted in a long time.. there milkshakes tasted like sour milk like it had been left out of the fridge … customer service was absolutely horrible. No manners between thing 1 & thing 2 that work there. Definitely going to be getting on to licensing about them asap.

Had a chicken tikka naan and it was awful. Meat had been over re heated and was hard and chewy. INEDIBLE. Naan wasn't fresh and had a very odd taste to it like it was off. Had chips and cheese which had the poorest amount of cheese on for the extra quid you pay . Only 5 chips had cheese on. Didn't eat any of the food and ended up cooking ! Will not order again .

If I could give negative stars I would. If I could report them I would. Ordered 5 pizzas at 8pm, was told they'd be with us between 20:40 and 21:00. After many many phone calls, each promising they'd be there in 15 mins, we waited outside in the cold for 20mins for the driver to come down the road. He then stopped answering his phone. At 22:10 he answered and told me he was going to kill me.

Ordered burger and 2 kebabs asked to have salad in them but have received everything plain no salad nothing. Called the restaurant and after saying they could redo order but would take over a hour which wasn't acceptable they hung up on me. I tried to call them back and they blocked my number! Angry as a paying customer no1 wants to eat there food plain n cold!!!

No salad on naan kebab or on naan chicken fillet kebab asked and paid £2 extra for cheese on both didn't get it had to buy 2 salad tubs extra market Deeping is about 7 miles away from me and only took about 20 mins from ordering to getting to my door my dogs heard something so went to door and food was left at the front door delivery driver no where in site it takes around 20 mins to get from market Deeping to Bourne my food was luke warm so had to have been pre cooked wo t use just eat again!

Arrived late but I thought it was a very good pizza, decent amount of toppings compared to other places that sell pizzas. I also think the price was fair too.

This is the best place in Deeping I've ordered from. The food was ready on time and the young guy at the front was very polite and friendly. Ali special burger was a hit! Tasted banging with lots of flavour. Will definitely be coming back here more often.

Pizza’s were amazing, cheesy chips were good (maybe a little more cheese…). Delivered early to hungry kids so everyone was pleased! Will order again.
