Eastern Promise Market Deeping in South Kesteven

First time ordering from Eastern Promise after a friend's recommendation. Beautiful lovely food. We ordered a double cheeseburger, big daddy burger, Donner Naan and chips and a portion of the popcorn chicken everything was excellent quality and none of it was greasy. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 and delivery was very quick to. Thank you

The staff here are amazing the food is also anything on the menu I've most probably tried and it's all outstanding. M and my other half order here all the time. Food is hot when delivered and really nice. They take into consideration about allergy so people are safe

5* with the food and the staff. Loaded fries and burger the one one I've had most the menu and there all good and fairly priced. If I order takeaway then this place is first in mind everyone that I have referred have said the same. Get yourself some amazing food at reasonable prices

Best Burgers in Deeping. The "smash" cheeseburger is exceptional, the taste is on par with Five Guys at a more reasonable price. Fast and friendly service with generous portion sizes, their large fries could feed a small family! Would highly recommend trying out Eastern Promise, these guys are consistently serving high quality food.

Lovely friend people. Great food. The smash burger was amazing but next time will have chilli sauce as well as Algerian. Can't fault it.

As always perfect pizzas, chips were great as were the mozzarella sticks. My son said his Algerian smash buger was really tasty and he enjoyed the sauce a lot. He also said his bueno milkshake and doughnut were delicious. Really friendly and polite staff and service. Thanks

Eastern promise is quite easily the best in Deeping The food is amazing, so fresh and flavourful complimented by their great portion sizes. You really do get your moneys worth. Whatever it is you order from here it’s worth it completely. Their milkshakes are truly the best. you can’t pass up on these, they’re big they’re made fresh and they have a range for you to try. you won’t get any as good as theirs. Can’t forget their deals too works wonders when you need em. Their deliveries are fast and they are so polite and personable. Not to mention visiting their shop so clean and friendly staff. Can’t beat their owner, completely down to earth and a lovely person. Would come back again and again. 10/10 😄

Wonderful staff excellent service the atmosphere Is very welcoming. The pizza is very lovely. Everyone really enjoyed the donuts which were freshly made. I have read many reviews about Eastern promise. Last few reviews have not been positive. But I think you should come and try for yourself before you judge.

Amazing service and food as always. Couldn't recommend more. New desserts are fantastic.

If I could give 0 stars I would have , food is honestly the worst food I’ve tasted in a long time.. there milkshakes tasted like sour milk like it had been left out of the fridge … customer service was absolutely horrible. No manners between thing 1 & thing 2 that work there. Definitely going to be getting on to licensing about them asap.

Had a chicken tikka naan and it was awful. Meat had been over re heated and was hard and chewy. INEDIBLE. Naan wasn't fresh and had a very odd taste to it like it was off. Had chips and cheese which had the poorest amount of cheese on for the extra quid you pay . Only 5 chips had cheese on. Didn't eat any of the food and ended up cooking ! Will not order again .

Ordered delivery it came on time and the food was carefully handled no spillage the best part of my order was bubble gum milkshakes and donuts definitely ordering again

The owner has mental health issues & is claiming PIP. Would be surprised if anything coming out of this place is eatable.

If I could give negative stars I would. If I could report them I would. Ordered 5 pizzas at 8pm, was told they'd be with us between 20:40 and 21:00. After many many phone calls, each promising they'd be there in 15 mins, we waited outside in the cold for 20mins for the driver to come down the road. He then stopped answering his phone. At 22:10 he answered and told me he was going to kill me.

Owner helpful and understanding and corrects any wrong doing immediately!! Very pleased with the owners response Thank you very much
