Ordered on uber eats about 25 minutes before closing time, a oreo cookie dough and it arrived very overcooked, couldn’t break into it with a fork, had to use both of my hands to snap it in half. Will not be ordering from here next time.

I tried the Ferrero cheesecake 😋 it was lovely.

Amazing dessert place! I have ordered through Uber eats as I was craving a Dubai chocolate bar and ordered their Kunafa pistachio Dubai cookie dough with dipped strawberries and it was DELICIOUS 🤤 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND QUALITY came well packed, fresh and fast! 😍 From the pictures all gone! 😂

Food came quick, staff put in a thank you note for ordering and extra food!

Called the restaurant to tell them I mistakenly placed an order with the wrong address and I’m not in the same town anymore. I clearly told them not to make any food for the order I placed online. The lady agreed and said to contact uber. As I did this, The restaurant chose to ignore me or she didn’t understand my words and made the order. I lost out on a refund and the uber driver got a free meal. The staff are unbeatably difficult to deal with.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes for my delivery on Uber eats 6 different drivers went to the shop to collect my order but the staff kept telling them it wasn’t ready.The phone kept coming up as engaged. The quality and service has gone extremely downhill.

Doorstep Desserts in Nottingham really impressed me with their Lindt chocolate cheesecake and white chocolate ice cream. The ice cream was smooth and tasty, but the cheesecake was the real standout. The biscuit base was the best I’ve had in years—took me straight back to my uni days when a good dessert could make your week. The cheesecake itself was rich, chocolatey, and perfectly balanced. A real treat and definitely top-notch quality.

Would give it a zero if I could , my cookie dough was crusty, dry and so unbelievably thin …. The milkshake was legit big enough for a small child , also was thicker than ice cream and impossible to drink ! Couldn’t eat my whipped cream with my cookie dough as it was frozen solid. Actually criminal . Ending up binning the whole order

Ordered a milkshake and got a tub full of thick ice cream. Told them I asked for a milkshake and this isn't drinkable as it's not a fluid to come up through the straw, they told me that's just how they make it and offered me a spoon to have it with instead of the straw. What a joke 😂

If I good give the staff a 0 I would. Very rude and unprofessional. Got orders wrong and was very unwilling to help. And being very blunt

I ordered a cheesecake and this is what they gave me its a rock solid cookie or something I don’t even know and even the cheesecake was very salty doesn’t seems fresh at all very disappointing.

The desserts and service at that place were amazing! The biscoff waffle and strawberry pancake are my absolute faves, and the chocolate and caramel ice creams are out of this world. The packaging is super nice and clean too. All in all, it's one of the best dessert shops in Nottingham, hands down.

Ordered 4 items via Uber Eats. 3 arrived. Tried to call restaurant over 25 times over the following half an hour and they didn't pick up once. Could've been easy to sort out if they'd picked up their phone. The food that did come looked sloppy

My first visit to Doorstep Desserts was simply outstanding. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and felt welcomed. The entire experience, from choosing our desserts to savoring every bite, was impeccable. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the desserts were absolutely divine. We left with smiles on our faces and a promise to return soon. Highly recommend!

Firstly can i just so how impressed i am with my delivery time! I have never received anything as fresh and lovely this early before! Wow! Don't really eat cookie doughs but was craving one and i was not disappointed, great portion size and very generous with the sauces. Packed lovely and cutlery was provided. Cannot wait to try the rest of the menu. Truly a hidden gem! Thankyou.

No car park but plenty of side streets you can park on. Cozy place and staff are good at giving their recommendations. Portions are a good size too.

Ordered a red velvet cake with custard! My cake was frozen! With hot custard, I will never return. Don’t waste your money.

Didn't have the food I ordered so had to make a last minute alteration to my order afte I had already paid. Paid extra for whipped cream with one of the milkshakes, the whipped cream came in a separate tub and appeared to be less than a teaspoons worth. Ordered strawberrys with one of the deserts which where not provided. Really surprised at how poor this was considering how highly rated it is. Never going again and wouldn't reccomend unless you enjoy disappointment.

Ordered the brownie. It was really nice, it did get a bit sickly after a while. The gentleman serving us was really friendly and helpful

Food was brilliant and exquisite and the taste of the sorbet was succulent, also the french macaronns tasted beautiful, so soft and crunchy.

We ordered a Creamy Luxury cheesecake, Strawberry Sensation Stick Waffle, Strawberry milkshake and a Chocolate Brownie Special Shake. No doubt the best milkshakes in Nottingham!!! The desserts are really tasty, affordable and worth the price. Customer friendly and amazing service by Neeraj. These guys are open till 1am and perfect for the late night cravings!!Will definitely visit again!!

As a family four we ordered four different deserts they were all amazing and full of flavour. Price was great and customer service was amazing. We will definitely order again. I would recommend the waffles. But the other deserts were nice too.

I hade pizza bites with a side of these amazing cheesy little jacket potatoes they were absolutely sensational. I wish I took pictures and videos. I just opened the box and went straight in cause it looked so amazing. For dessert I had a fudge brownie cookie dough, I also went to the one in Leicester (seating in) and had the waffles topped with strawberries these guys really seem to know what they’re doing. It was absolutely spot on definitely will be visiting again.
