Seen this advertised and menu looked very inviting....as there was hot quiche on the menu and I've wanted for a long time but was told they had sold out ...so plan b was homemade soup and sandwich was told it was vegetable....looked forward to this love homemade soups....
When it can it didn't taste homemade it tasted powdery with some chunks of tinned carrots as they where to perfectly diced for homemade
Was dissapointed 😔
The sandwiches was on stale bread as they had also a hard outside and the butter or spread left a film on ur roof of the mouth
Don't think we will go there again if passing by
I ordered a cheese scone. The first one was rock hard and like a bisucit so had to be sent back. The second one had been warmed in the microwave as it was soft and spongy and no hint of any actual cheese. I was with friends otherwise I would have compalined again. The only way to eat it was by using all the onion jam on it. It is rare for me to complain but this was very poor. The sandwiches we had were ok but then it would be difficult to get a sandwhich and some crips wrong. And the prices are a bit steep too. Sad and disappointing.
We go here for all our special evenings together, and have never been disappointed. Every aspect is tip top, from initial welcoming, to saying goodbye. The food, what. ever we have, is always cooked to our liking, always piping hot, juicy tender meats, and most certainly delicious. Absolute heaven. Attentive and friendly service, without intruding.
Comments of less than perfect service , or food i find hard to believe. For sure the restaurant would be on it straight away.
So folks, get down there and have a real tasty treat.

Generous portions of good diner quality food. Fast friendly service, despite being very busy. Don't miss the tiny train running around the room close to the ceiling.

First visit for pre-theatre dinner. Great food, service and atmosphere. 10% discount with theatre ticket a nice bonus too. Cute lamps and glasses. Will definitely be back.
I dropped my motorcycle at JDL Motorcycles in Bingham early in the morning and had some time to kill, so I wandered into Bingham's market square. Number Sixteen is an attractive looking cafe/bistro in the square.
I had their Eggs Benedict for breakfast which was excellent and very reasonable at £8.75. I have a bit of a thing for Eggs Bennie which I have tried in different places all over the world and I would rate Number Sixteen in the top 10% globally! The tea was slightly pricey at £3.00 for a cup of Earl Grey, and I would have preferred a pot at that price, but overall it was a great way to kill some time until my motorcycle was fixed.

Went there last night Friday with my brother-in-law and his wife the first pub we tried to get into was full and on driving we stumbled upon this little gem on entering the place was rocking but a friendly staff member ( NOAH)found us a table we ordered our food and we had two pints of everards tiger beer great little pint
Our food arrived and it looked lovely and tasted even better cooked to perfection the meals were the best that I've tasted in many a year so much so I've booked a table for this evening and I'm looking forward to it.
The staff were brilliant friendly and most of all always smiling and laughing a sign of staff being happy
I have died and gone to heaven. We had seafood linguine, spaghetti bolognaise and margarita pizza. Digestivo and crème brûlée for dinner. If you are debating visiting this place then please don’t wait any longer. The ambience is relaxed as well as elevated and the portion sizes are perfect. The staff are attentive and friendly and very patient with young children. We are already looking forward to our next visit.
The best fiorentina pizza outside Italy I have tasted.
Egg on pizza runny, ingredients tasted fresh, just devine.
Helpful, friendly staff.
Great atmosphere.
