As the title says, Astounded!! Rang up to order a takeaway. Ordered a jacket potato with tuna mayo and cheese and salad. Collected it myself. £8.05 for a small jacket, a dessert spoon of tuna mayo, hardly any cheese, a very little salad... Just awful in every way... I won't be returning. I understand the business owner has to pay bills and staff, but if all the food is that bad quality and prices like that, customers will go elsewhere.

Stunning cafe, fast and friendly service and brilliant vegan food

This is the place to go for the best fish & chips, and believe you me, we are fussy. We usually have Cod and Chips. The Cod is always white, the batter is always crispy. Chips could do with a bit longer but that's how we like them. 10/10

Lugar agradable y acogedor. Comida casera cocinada, que era fresca y caliente. Las porciones estaban bien. La hamburguesa de pollo me sorprendió en cuanto a lo grande que era, y fueron encantadores para cambiar mis patatas fritas por verduras, que estaban muy bien cocinados y no mushy. No podíamos decidir qué vino, tenían una buena selección. Así que nos permitió probar una pequeña cantidad de un par. En general muy lleno, muy recomendable y los precios son muy acordes con las tendencias de restaurantes de hoy. 5 * botella de vino, 2 comidas y 2 postres - menos de £ 60

I absolutely love this restaurant. We've ordered take away a few times but this was our first time eating in. It has a great vibe, and the food is absolutely delicious. It's also very good value, with excellent portion sizes.

What Can I say But "Amazing" the Food ,The Staff are 100%. I Love going there, Just a Great Atmosphere, Clean spotless 100% I Recommend this Place Thank you .Boz

Bike nights on Tuesday! Loads of people there

As a inland fish and chip shop this takes some beating beautifully cooked .One thing that is being lost is homemade fish cakes add these to the menu and in my experience they will be a top seller.

Food was OK. Steak was tough no offers of any sauces on menu. Chicken on the pasta didn't looked cooked and there wasn't much sauce which was a shame as it was had a nice flavour. Pasta was stuck together. Garlic bread Slices was soft never had soft garlic bread before. But tasted ok.onions rings were nice.side salad was good. Lasagne tasted like frozen not fresh wasn't particular hot. Chipes were nice as they were homemade! Food came out super quick. Drinks we ok but no presentation in lemonade & lime no ice, no straw. The lady served us was nice. But etiquette for staff needs attention. There 7 of them standing in bar area chatting talking about travellers thanks that's family. Just seemed rude as it was like sitting in a staff room and rather of putting hearing their conversations! Isnt good. After we paid, they didnt even say thanks or good buy just left us to walk out. While still chatting They never asked how the food was once, which was a shame. As photos of it look lovely. They did fit us in quickly, which was good. Place is nicely decorated.
