The best pizza. I have a sensative tummy and this is the only pizza I can eat without it hurting my tummy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Iffy always helps me to my car with my big orders

To be honest the pizza from hear is better then other pizza companies, and prices are very cheap and the staff are friendly and they do brilliant gluten free pizzas as my wife in coeliac Keep up the good work

The pizzas were super delicious. I have tried the cheesy bite and it was magnificent. Not to mention the L pan pizza, it was great as well. The service was not really fast especially on peak hour but not slow either. Only a handful times i waited up to 25minutes, but most of the time i got my pizza below 10 minutes. The staff there were very polite, never lack of smiles which is good for business. Keep it up duck

Great food, the delivery driver not so. First told me my number didn't exist. Then told me to get outside to meet him. finally found him at the end of my street and was met with attitude that needed serious adjustment. The guy needs sacking before someone hurts him the pretentious arrogant twerp he was. nearly threw hands. sort it out

Fancied a treat this lunchtime and Pizza Hut Delivery popped up on my search. Nice to see the alternatives to pizzas so tried a "Melts" which was oozing with yummy cheese and a good size item for lunch. Tasty and filling.

The taste has gone over the years. Not like they use to be back in the 90s. Too expensive for what you do get. I'll stick with the independent ones and Mister Pzza, topps pizza. Much better taste and value for money.

I went there again at lunch time, ordered spicy cheesy nachos with vegetarian pizza, food made by Bibi Sandeep was top notch like always, Gentlemen who served me was friendly, i got good customer service and good, place was clean, highly recommended.

Fantastic takeaway, ordered some pizza online, came within 30 minutes and that too hot and fresh. Fantastic menu upgradation, their mac and cheese pizza as well as the halloumi fries are a game changer, highly recommend. Hats off to their shift manager Hamza Aftab for taking care of my special requests!

Pizza Hut Takeaway (West Bridgford) is one of my main go to places for Pizza’s. The staff is extremely kind and professional. Even when I have some special requests, they cater to it no matter what, always with a smile on their faces. Shoutout to the branch manager Nouman for a splendid management at the takeaway. Horrible pizza. Pizza hut should do a quality check in this branch. Garlic herb given with the pizza had gone bad. Dont understand how they are getting away with such dangerously bad food standards.

Don't bother never got order spoken to staff sounded like a call centre in bombay absolutely useless service cant rate the food it never arrived..... Bring back carphone warehouse....

I drove all the way to pick up my order and ended up getting under cooked chicken wings with blood. I called the hut and they just let me to email customer care. Email sent with an automatic reply only. Very poor customer service! We ended up not having enough food to eat by ordering from this hut and will not order from here again.

Came nice and quick, but the toppings were terrible some slices were just margherita, so definitely need to work on quality at this store.

Woman on phone said she is manager there I rang 2mins after placing order on line yet to be told I can't change sauce on pizza as its already cooked??! I'm sorry but I think it's impossible to get a oder come through to then make and cook the pizza all within 2 mins? Plus she put the phone down on me when I asked to speak to someone higher then herself. Would of gave 0 stars but had to put one to be able to write this review

Fast, hot and pizza, yeah on my very first order. Downhill after that. APP not working having to phone everyone after no pizza turns up, then they deliver the wrong pizza UPDATED 27/05 better service this time, pizza delivered hot and on time even though the tracking app is still not working

absolute chaos in here. All seem Clueless as to what is going on!!? It’s a Thursday at 5.30pm hardly rush hour! Come on guys. Stronger management needed asap.

Waited for 25 mins even though I had ordered 25 minutes before that!! Shame a franchise has got hold of this as the quality of the pizza and customer service isn’t what you expect from a Pizza Hut. Won’t be returning..
