Omg the pizza from this branch is the best. Thought I'd try pizza hut again after not having it for the longest time to find that this was a new store closer to me and it's lived up to my expectations.

Always good pizzas. Some franchises are up and down but I've never had a bad pizza from here and they also supported a larger order for a work event when another local pizzeria let me down. Speedy delivery and helpful over the phone when issues with the app.

Placed an order to collect and when I arrived they hadn’t even started to cook it as apparently he was “round the back and couldn’t hear the noise”. Extremely poor service. Will not be returning. No offer of an apology.

Best pizza and service from mudassar

I've been having pizza hut most Wednesdays with some friends and I have to say there are really good, never let me down. Normally it is my mate Sam who collects it for us and he is always amazed with the service... He says staff alredy know him by his name, olways chat to him they know to preper extra sweet chilli souse for him. He even though to ask for job there.

Excellent service, Mohiz was very polite! And the other staff member on shift.

If I could leave no stars then I would. This restaurant made me wait and hour and 15 minutes for an order and then cancelled it. Avoid like the plague. Useless.

We have been ordering pizzas from Pizza Hut west bridgford branch for quite some time now and never had any complaints. I have not ordered Pizza with this place many times. I was served by Anusha on several occasions and she always check about allergies and ensures everything is okay. Other staff is polite too.Overall, good experience and I will recommend them.

The service agent Anosha is simply awesome in helping me choose the right pizza. She was very friendly and provided me with the best option to choose with. I will recommend this delivery station to any other customers.

I went to collect my order and something went wrong with my order I had to leave, they apologized about 5 times. About 30minutes after I was at home pizza hut called my phone took my order and delivered more food than I wanted for FREE in 15minutes. This is no joke, thanks again pizzahut Westbridgford.

Order took an hour and a half in totality delivery and it was Luke warm and had to heat the food to eat it. Very disappointed!

Pizza wasn’t fresh. Halloumi fries aren’t much thicker than French fries and cost £6.99 for 5. absolute rip off. I’ll stick to my local independent pizza takeaway.

The pizzas were super delicious. I have tried the cheesy bite and it was magnificent. Not to mention the L pan pizza, it was great as well. The service was not really fast especially on peak hour but not slow either. Only a handful times i waited up to 25minutes, but most of the time i got my pizza below 10 minutes. The staff there were very polite, never lack of smiles which is good for business. Keep it up duck

Great food, the delivery driver not so. First told me my number didn't exist. Then told me to get outside to meet him. finally found him at the end of my street and was met with attitude that needed serious adjustment. The guy needs sacking before someone hurts him the pretentious arrogant twerp he was. nearly threw hands. sort it out
