Used to always be a fun and happy place but entered this week to collect our meal and usual greeter wasn't there the atmosphere wasn't the same where is gayle

Las plantas y artículos de jardín son un precio razonable, el personal es amable y los desayunos son muy buenos. Gran desayuno vegetariano, pasteles muy sabrosos, café y menú de almuerzo también. Muy bonito centro de jardín local

Never had an issue before used many times but after ordering a meal for the family last night I have been ill which I can only put down to something in the sweet and sour sauce,chicken balls or salt and pepper crispy chicken as the other members of my family are ok as they had other dishes. I spent a most unpleasant night with stomach cramps and other symptoms which I won't go into but suffice to say it has wiped me out completely and I am still suffering today so I will not be using Mei's again, which is a shame as the food has always been spot on. I just hope I recover enough for work tomorrow.

Si quieres un buen asado los domingos, y luego ir a el Spring House Restaurant. Mi amigo y yo fuimos ayer por primera vez y no sólo la comida increíble y muy abundante, era asequible. El personal era extremadamente servicial con nosotros también. Gracias a todos ellos, pruébalo, no te arrepentirás. Vamos a volver y estoy tomando gracias amigos allí para agradecer que ayuda.

Booked a pitch for 2 days in our motorhome. Easy to book, texts from staff were helpful and informative when booking. Nothing was too much trouble. Although next to a train line, the noise was not intrusive, it is a nice peaceful site. Hedges around the pitches were nicely maintained. Delighted that there was live entertainment on the Saturday night, the excellent Cardee. Pub is great, plenty of choice. No food but able to order takeaway for delivery to site. Again the staff were helpful and welcoming. There's fishing on site (although the weather was awful so we will need to go back to try it 😊). Well worth a visit, would highly recommend.

I ordered a family set meal last night (currently eating the leftovers this morning). I don't always leave reviews but as I was eating it last night and now, I'm thinking "this the best Chinese I've had in ages!" Decent size portions, plenty of meat in the dishes, all really flavoursome. I especially like the crispy shredded beef, the batter was genuinely crispy. Its great value too, especially for the set meals. On top of this, the staff are all really friendly too, particularly the lady that often answers the phone when I order. This is my go-to Chinese from now on.

Myself and three other members went to celebrate two birthdays, the wait for the food was 60 to 90 mins, not enough staff, when meals arrived my brother in laws mega mixed grill was over cooked, tomato was raw not grilled, my wife's hunter's chicken was so dry because it was over cooked so she left it, my sister in law only managed to eat half of her meal and I ordered a hot spicy burger which didn't have any heat in it as i think they didn't put any hot maple sauce in it but I was that hungry that I ate it. All of us said that we won't go back until things have been sorted. The toilets and entrance to were disgusting as toilet paper was leading from pub to toilets

I think someone 's had a word in their ear!! A big improvement to the standards of the last year. We really enjoyed it tonight, good quality food, let's hope they keep it up! 🤔😊

Roman Josh y un Tikka Masala estaban a la orden del día, y no decepcionaron. Nos alojamos en el lugar y decidimos tener una comida india. Como no estaba lejos, lo probamos, y fue encantador.

Been going here since it opened and have rarely been disappointed, by far the best in Gainsborough, much fresher and authentic than your Dominoes rubbish!! And after all those years going I think I’ve just had the best one ever!! 1/2 Bolognese Piccante 1/2 Stagioni… 👍👍👍 five stars again ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been to Prezzos twice in the past 2 weeks, once for a family meal for 9 and then today as a party of 2. Both times we have been served by Babs who not only is very welcoming, polite but knowledgeable about the menu/allergies etc. As well as checking about our food and if we needed anything else she was very engaging which we saw with other customers as well. As someone who has worked within the customer service industry for many years it was refreshing to be met with such great customer service. Thank you for a lovely experience.
