Thought I’d give this place ago, let’s just say it got delivered it got tasted and it got binned never again. Plain chow main just utter rubbish, duck looked like it been in a blender.

Our first visit to this Pizza Hut and I can confidently say this is the best Pizza Hut we've ever visited. From the manager's warm and kind welcome, especially nice when you've got 3 kids 5 and under! To the understanding and kindness from the waitress when a drink was spilt, reassuring my daughter who was quite upset. And the chef who overheard my child asking why some pizza was flat and others was thick, offering to make a thin pepperoni if my son would prefer thin. Above and beyond at every moment. Even as we were leaving and I started to pick up some of the food the kids had dropped, I was reassured to leave it as it wouldn't take long with the proper equipment. The pizza itself was delicious - especially the managers special and the salad was all very fresh and appetising. The ice cream bar was all fully stocked. A wonderful experience! Thank you!

Absolutely shocking place i specifically said i wanted a drink with no dairy or soya i was asked if it was a preference or an allergy to which i said severe allergy and they never listened never showed me the allergy book. My child had an allergic reaction to the point she was nearly taken into hospital. I've spoken with several different people to which they are not admitting fault there answer is well you gave it to them and as ive been a customerfor 17 years i should know the menus and ingredientsof everything on there menu my order is only ever caramel latte with cream i dont change milk as i dont have an allergy. In my opinion this is a very poorly run company all they have to do is tick boxing for thier training as I have recently found out on the paper article of a child that had died at the hands of costa very poor way to handle things will avoid like the plague now.

Standards have steadily gone down over the last few weeks. No toast available on one occasion despite bread on shelves in store! Dishwasher often broken resulting in paper cups - my pet hate. Today - a new Head Office initiative! No plates, proper cutlery, teapots, milk jugs etc. We had to eat toast off a piece of waxed paper and had a stewed mug of tea with unidentified milk from an urn. Unbelievable !! This is not just breakfast- it's the new M&S breakfast! So much for progress. Not the standard we expext from Marks and Spencer at all. We have been going on a Sunday morning for years and have made friends there. None of us will be going again. So disappointed. What is Head Office thinking?? Even the staff are disillusioned and leaving

I visited the Wellingborough cafe for breakfast, as I often did. We arrived when it opened at 10 am and was told that we could not have bacon or sausage until 10.30 am. When asked why the assistant informed us that she would not offer anything with meat in it as she was vegitarian. I do not hold this against her as she is entitled to eat what she wants, but she should not have been serving in the cafe unless she could prepare anything on the menu. We left and went to M&S for better service, and to be honest the food was better.

Had to throw my food away. Crispy seaweed was stale, mixed vegetable fried rice tasted old and sweet and sour mixed vegetables tasted off. Normally a nice place to get food from but I'll be thinking twice before I order again

Yes, I know! But it certainly doesn't hurt once in a while. We use this one when picking up the grandchildren. We have used the other one in Wellingborough, but the number of times we have had wrong orders... This one gets it right.

They completely messed up my order and when I requested for a refund they never got back to me

The ease of ordering was great, there was a lot of variety to and the cost wasn't expensive at all. Great value for money. The only issue we came across was, after being placed in the function room (party of 20 plus 5 children) There was a lack of seating available which caused somewhat of a stir to begin with.

I was in the area looking for a blacksmith and I all of a sudden came over terribly hungry. I really fancied a full engine (perhaps English) breakfast and I walked up to the ordering counter and before I even opened my mouth,the man/lady said that my breakfast was ready??” YOU WHAT???” I said. And he/she grabbed my dangling bits and led me over to a table where a full English breakfast was sitting waiting for me. I managed to eat the food on my own ( no help from mummy) and it was drizzling (delicious maybe). Even the tea was delicious… WOW ! I’m planning on booking the place out for my 50 th birthday party,all my 3 friends will be very excited!

i bought a bargain bucket to take home .this tasted fowel Why does kentucky chicken taste so diferent from years ago the coating does not taste like it did and the chicken tastes like eating cardbord IT TASTED DISGUSTING.
