Pizza Hut in Wellingborough

Blasts of cold air. Seated looking at a till. Tasteless salads and lukewarm dessert. Waitress seemed fixated on getting plates off the table before I had even finished the food. Then spent time sweeping up the floor... why ?? £20 plus for what I would not call a meal. Will not visit a Pizza Hut ever again. Oh yes and told her my allergy then she left a folder of all the allergens for me to look at... which I did not need.

A quick meal but with plenty of fresh salad.

Had amazing service. And really recommend the chicken fajita. Very clean restaurant.

Food was really nice massively under staffed tho. It took 40 minutes after food was finished to get our deserts, not good service,especially when we spent £220.

As always with this pizza hut, brilliant. Card payment only. Had the buffet which had plenty of choice that was constantly topped up if running low right up until the end time. Cheesy bread sticks are amazing!

charlotte was cleaning tables but came to see i was okay as i hadn’t ordered yes. she was very friendly and approachable. had a lovely goodbye from them all on shift.

Waited over 45 minutes for my food and when it arrived it was stone cold u can tell it was just left and forgotten about

My husband and I went for the lunch buffet today and although we arrived an hour before the end of the buffet, there was plenty of food. I would like to mention that as we don’t eat pork, a lot of the buffet meat option pizzas had pepperoni or bacon which we couldn’t eat, however Mark the Manager and Chanaice were lovely enough to make us several meat pizzas which didn’t contain any pork meaning we weren’t limited to just the vegetarian options. Both were so accommodating and went the extra mile for us and we really do appreciate it. Mark and Chanaice are definitely outstanding members of the team and they made our experience a wonderful one and we will definitely be returning, thank you once again for your generous hospitality!

Food was good but the service we received from Josh ( our server) was phenomenal. My friend is allergic to nuts, aspartame and other sweeteners so she couldn't have a bottomless drink so asked if they could substitute anything (my friend isn't difficult by any means but she just thought it was unfair as she was allergic to everything in the bottomless drink menu), Josh asked his manager and they made an exception to give us an extra orange juice for free because of the situation. For something so small it meant a lot to us. Josh made sure we were cared for and had a wonderful customer facing attitude. He was patient and kind, and that's all we could ask for. Thank you!

We went for a birthday meal for my son and it was really busy but the food was spot on and the service was brilliant especially the young lad running around getting it all done ,food was great.

Brilliant time visiting thanks to Anthony the manager who attended to our every need. Brilliant customer service! Food was fresh and filling and the dining area very clean. We will come again!

Your waiting staff Joshua is brilliant. He is polite and helpful. We gave him 15% tips in cash because he deserves it. Your mobile app is not as user-friendly as your paper menu. We prefer to order the food in a traditional way with a human waiter / waitress. We won't use your mobile app until it is as user-friendly as your paper menu.

Honey sides are not worth it, but the pizzas remain amazing. Plus staff stopped me and explained how I could have saved money and then offered me a free bottle of drink.

Service was very good and our waiter called Josh was very friendly. Pizza was cooked perfectly which I believe was made by diya. Both diya and Josh were amazing! Would recommend.

The warm welcome and explanation of how to use the QR code, followed by the freedom to go at our own pace and enjoy the wonderful quality of family time that afforded us.

Staff were very friendly. The pizza was well made and the salad bar was fully stocked and fresh. I had the new hot honey pizza and it tasted delicious. The sweetness of the honey and the tanginess of the jalapenos worked well together. My partner had the margherita which also came out nicely.

Very very expensive!! £30 for a pizza and £8 for a small peice of cheesecake. The salad bar was poor too. Won't be going back. With all the choices of places to go for eating out these days, why would we pay these prices for pizza?!!

Staff running here there and everywhere are not on the floor with customers. Like they didn't really have time for us. The table's, ice cream machine were kept clean as soon as someone left the table was cleaned. They came and took our order ,no bowls for ice cream,had to ask for them and glasses for drinks.

Thank you so much for an unforgettable 10th birthday party for my daughter! Team did so well feeding a group of 20 (6 adults and 14 kids) and definitely had alot of patience with us when trying to look back as to who had what. Also thank you so much for letting us come in much earlier than we said to decorate as we didn't realize it would take up that much time! But was so appreciated. Always and still will recommend you!

My friends have just returned from here, hungry and seriously disgruntled as they were unable to get any food because apparently this Pizza Hut restaurant doesn't take cash, only card! When was cash not good enough to pay for anything?! Not impressed at all. Buyers beware

Took my daughter, they were very busy. Didn't have to wait long for a table. Order taken and food delivered to table quickly, despite they were busy. Waitress was really nice and great with daughter

Experience was very good,they were almost on the brink of shutting their Shop but when we reached ,they not only have rebooted and gives good service very fast . We have not expected that.

The service here was top notch, and I was very increased by how warm the welcome was on arrival The pizza was really nice, but I have the admit that the overall meal was very ket down by the chicken wings. I am not even sure you can call them chicken wings, more like chicken stubs - they were tiny and overall disappointing. Great atmosphere and a really comfortable place to sit down ans have a meal. I'd just recommend avoiding the chicken wings, easily done considering you're likely there for pizza anyways

Food is always fresh when we visit Pizza hut. Staff always helpful and happy. We had the buffet which included a lovely salad bar and several varieties of pizza all well cooked. Cannot fault.

Variety and amount of food during buffet was good staff were friendly and helpful. Tables were cleaned in good time and standard. Best customer service I've had for a while at any restaurants. Well done to all staff

Food was decent, unfortunately ruined by the extremely rude sever, called her over a number of times she put her finger up at us and told us to ‘wait a second’ before disappearing for over 10 mins… no customer service skills and spoke very rudely… ruined the whole meal for me and my family

Quick midweek lunch out. Great value for money, and it's nice to reminisce about my younger days. Unlimited pizza , pasta, and salad were great, and the ice cream station was fun.

I and my wife had lunch here. Flynn (from the staff) was very lovely and helpful. The food is great and the place is clean. Would definitely recommend it and will definitely return for other meals.

Everything at this location worked well. The food, the atmosphere the staff and the service were great. The washroom was clean and well maintained. Overall a great place to dine in.

Excellent customer service and customer experience

Hit and miss is all I can say. Ordered a pizza from here last week and it was the best I’ve ever had. So much so, we got it again this weekend but it was completely different. Pizza was covered in maze to the point it was going everywhere. Tomato base tasted more herby to the point I didn’t like it. Last week pizza had a lovely garlic topping/ smell and this week seems like they just didn’t bother even though we selected it on the option. Wanted to tell them but I just says call the store and I just didn’t have it in me to complain. Shame

We dnt use kettering anymore, we go to wellingborough! The restaurant was spotless n the pizza delicious. Most importantly, the temperature is kept warm so u can enjoy ur food n not freeze in the process. Kettering keep the place freezing, before u eat 1 slice evrything is frozen in situ!

Great customer service, salad bar is lacking a bit we went on a weekday and it was us and 2 other tables so cant really comment on atmosphere.

Lovely food, we got exactly what we wanted, the salad bar was nice and fresh and constantly being refilled! Staff were attentive and helpful.

The manager was very welcoming and explained the app and menu well. Ordering by the app was easy. And the pizza was tasty.

Totally overpriced , can't even get a ham and mushroom pizza right ,turned up with no mushrooms.

Standard hut of pizza- food was good and salad bar is still great. Ordered everything on the app and it came really quickly. Restaurant was nearly empty. Ice cream factory wasn't working though 😕

Wasting food is encouraged. Charged extra just to clean my son's salad plate. Where clearly it would have gone in a food bin. Manager Attitude was really not nice. Blaming like we were going to eat his whole salad bar. Pizza Hut just lost a loyal customer of 12 years.

The ease of ordering my takeaway, a good idea having a separate entrance for it. The server was very helpful also. Was here for a dine in recently also, was a good experience too. Always received a great service here, staff always happy to help.

I love pizza hut and this place is great, however I have ordered from this one twice on the JustEat app and both times I could tell by the shape of my pizza a slice of 2 had been taken out of it. My guess is the workers want some lunch so they just take customers food.

Absolutely appalled by the service mainly by the staff member classed as "the front of house",this she certainly was not!My daughter had booked weeks ago for a table of eight(six adults and two children),it was a Birthday treat for my grandson on his 7th birthday as this was where he chose to go.On arrival we were kept waiting a short while even though there was no que and then adventually we were asked the number of the party (even though we had booked) so maybe if she had asked for the booking name then she wouldn't had made us feel like we were a massive inconvenience!She then also asked sharply how many adults and children there was.With no mention of anything else a couple of tables were shoved together and we followed her to be seated.A few minutes after when half of our table had ordered I asked if I could have a code that she mentioned I needed for a blue light discount and was again snapped at about that and with a really cocky,rude reply she said,"let me see it then ,I need to see it!"So I replied by asking if she was OK as she seems quite rude and aggressive, she replied ,"we are busy,that's all",I asked for a glass for some water and that followed with a reply from me ,"I am being polite so I don't wish to be spoken to so rudely.Also the place was far from busy!Although this is still no excuse for her behaviour.The food did arrive and tbh one pizza was terrible It was hard,cold and had no topping ,I didn't say anything to her because to be fair the rest of the food was good and then again she did not visit our table again throughout the evening,which again is terrible customer service.There was yet another long wait for the two desserts and this was questioned three times with an answer of ,"its coming", adventually it arrived and again one was ok but the cookie dough had been over heated and was just a sugary mess with icecream on the top.Near to £100 was the cost which was definitely not worth the awful experience of the "waitress" and her lack of customer service.I will not be returning.

Booked a table online using the online booking service obviously, arrived at our allotted time, the restaurant was pretty much empty, told the person greeting us at the door that we had only been able to book at this time, and they couldn't understand why, as they admitted they were quiet all day!? pointless exercise in having it on the website!? then we were told to use the QR code attached to the table to make our order, again, a pointless exercise, I would have much preferred talking to a human who maybe could have gone through any offers or meal deals for a family, rather than now having to try to order for 4 people on a phone screen, and then at the end of the order when i'm making payment, you have the bloody audacity to ask me 'Would I like to leave a tip' I'VE JUST DONE YOUR JOB FOR YOU and you think you deserve a tip!? you should be paying me if i'm doing all the work! the QR code system negates the need for someone taking my order, ruin's the whole experience and makes the restaurant feel, lifeless and bland. May as well buy some pizza's from ASDA and cook them at home, at least it's not going to cost me £92, next time i'll go across the road to the Brewers, more choice or everything

Okay but expensive considering the meal, and £32 for a pizza, no matter how nice, seems extortionate.

Very good customer service. Service with a smile. Clean and Tidy. Quick service Great atmosphere and lights. Constant cleaning around and toilets where so clean. Had a lovely last minute dinner with the kids and was not disappointed everyone and everything was great. Girls serving had smiles. Easy to book a table online. Food was hot and tasty salad bar was freshly stocked.

Some of the staff could have been nicer and smiled more. good enough place with good hygiene and vibes. some helpful staff. they also let you take a bit of pizza home along with the buffet.

The food was ok, but the price was far too high for the buffet option. The staff was polite and helpful. Not good value for money.

Can't use cash a tiny poster on the door saying cashless which you can't see. As a consumer in the UK you should be able to use legal tender in any establishment. Completely agree when we were in lockdown but now it's just another way of everywhere going cashless. Ridiculous

Everything was good!! The service and the quality of the food

Always great service at this Pizza Hut. The food is as you expect it to be, nice but little value for money. That's nothing to do with this branch though. Toilet was pretty flooded and I'm not sure what I was stood in. Overall, alright. Would probably go back if I was in the town again.

No parmasan or crushed chilli's for the tables, but love pizza hut always consistent crust always perfect, they really do have the recipe for the dough cracked, salad bar looks a bit smaller than usualbut nice and healthy, was a Saturday 2pm dined and the staff were super friends and smiley

Don't oder the pasta. I think they mix it up with the washing up water. One pizza was burnt too. Rather than offer an alternative, staff just said they could take the bad food away. I had to order more bad quality food so the kids weren't hungry. Very disappointed

Great all you can eat pizza buffet at a reasonable price.

When we visited it was very quiet, it was a Friday night around 8pm. People did turn up whilst we were there (2 or 3 groups) You seem to have to order on the website but the website is quite good and allows you to customise your selections which was good for me. The guy who greeted us was friendly and told us everything we needed to know and seated us. The flatbread pizzas were very nice, Im looking forward to trying them again. They are good quality and even lower calorie. The sides are not the best, they seemed a little poor compared to everywhere else. The chips were like supermarket frozen chips that were just alright. The onion rings were again alright. The salad bar was really tasty and mostly fresh. Its good to have that option. Overall it was good, the flatbread pizzas saved the day for them and the addition of the unlimited salad was good. It would be better if you could order via a person although not a big deal as I don't really consider it a restaurant it's more takeaway and casual dining. I didn't mind nobody been there as it was quiet but it seems a little weird to sit down and eat when it's empty. I will return to dine in.

The food and service was great, my daughter loved it there. The kids menu has so much choice, and it's great you just sit at your table and order, it makes it all so fast and easy

Overall one fast food experience can be much like another, the food at one Pizza Hut realistically being much the same as another, what puts them apart IMO, is the customer service. London rd Pizza Hut in Wellingborough, the number of times I’ve been there, has been excellent. A particular shout out to Denise C. Outstanding.

Extremely oily pizza. Even a napkin couldn't save the grease. Had the buffet, 2 bits of pizza sat on the hot plate for 30mins before any more was cooked (wasn't even near 3pm), no garlic bread. Lettuce in the bacon bits.

Had birthday party here food was nice but some items we ordered they run out off others wise good

Opted for one of their lunch buffets and would definitely go again. We arrived at 11.45 and had the run of the restaurant, naturally we chose the largest booth in the middle for two of us. Because of the time of day, all pizza was cooked fresh and almost to order providing all the favourites. Salad bar was well stocked but its the tomato pasta that is the real winner. 1 refillable glass shares between us was the way to go. As far as national chains go, enjoy the monopoly and keep at it as Dominos and Papa Johns do not have this offering. Bargain at £10 per head for all you can eat.

Food was good, we had the buffet so there was a good variety of pizza available. It got very busy whilst we were there, however the staff were really helpful and kept the good levels well replenished at a good speed.

Ordered a vegan pizza with cheese stuffed crust. It was square in shape and wasn't cut so I had to tear off bits. This became quite messy as the stuffed crust cheese oozed everywhere. Vegan cheese is quite sticky when melted so it was a very messy meal 🙄

Very good experience, pizza was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive. We had a good deal two for one with meerkat meals which was good value for money. This is the second time we have visited after another excellent experience a week ago. The restaurant was also very clean and tidy.
