Subway in Wellingborough

My first visit, This was the cleanest Subway I have ever been in. The food was fresh and plentiful, service was excellent.

We were regulars here, but today was our last day until this “new” guy is there. We ask for extra cheese and he leaves them on one side, stuck together. Pays no attention and throws things in your sandwich. This was the second time he served us like this.

This branch customer service was very poor😡, also their communication was extremely poor. The food was terrible 🤮🤮

Newly refurbished and spotlessly clean.

I ordered steak and cheese barely anything in the sandwich beside salad. Really disappointed. When I said something the lady said that this is it, nice customer service. Not surprisingly they are doing a offer now

Made an order from here and when it arrive half of it was missing. I phoned them up and they told me nothing the will do about it

Don’t normally leave reviews but just been to get a light sandwich and it was the best I’ve had for a while, staff weren’t as lively as other times

Best subway in town, food was made quickly, double ingredients are always generous and tastes as fresh as ever. Recommended. P.S double meet BLT is great on calories / protein;)

Sunway is always good nice fresh salad and not a fry or chip to be seen :)

It makes my job as a delivery cyclist that much more pleasant and gives me confidence every time I hand over the food to a customer.

Been a while since visiting a subway branch, this one is well placed within a popular small retail park with other outlets with parking spread around. Reasonable sized unit with attentive staff which came across as friendly and efficient-the service was good,timely with the food being quite decent tasty. Good amount of seating although the surroundings were a little untidy in places and the atmosphere was a little uninspiring but other than that, it wasn’t too bad

Not had a subway in a while and makes you remember pre packed sandwiches are not as good. Only comment I’d have is the bread was not as fresh as usual and you could tell this.

Every time I went there, the bread is dry, customer service is poor, the cookies terrible, I known Subway the American way, it shouldn’t taste like this. Cookies has old milk taste, also dry which it should be soft. Everything should be fresh not dry out. I won’t go there again!!!! I rather go to Rushden for a subway!!!!

Worst food poisoning I ever had!! Meatballs taste disgusting, I thought they changed the recipe and added loads of thyme or something, but now I’m not sure what that taste was… NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN! Still fighting with nausea of my nightmares, high temperature, puking, diarrhoea… DO NOT EAT HERE!

I would give a 0 if I could. Getting worse and worse each time I gave it another chance. Portions are nearly half what they have been. Ladies working there appear to not bother about customer, always have better things to do and have more time to gossip than to work. Previously they advise if there is any better meal deal etc which would be lower price than the one without it - now you need to remind them yourself. Probably will not gonna be back as not worth the price.

me and my younger sister came here for some lunch, and was greeted with a lovely smile. the lady at the till was very very polite. the cupcakes they have on show look so nice too. my little sister said “i’m gonna come here everyday”. thank you subway! 😊

The owner is a high spirit man who can have a good laugh and is very respectful towards his customers always talking and treating his staff members with respect. always willing to work with his staff members teaching them new ways and puts them in their place. 10/10 food and great communication, I had a sandwich and nachos and they were both the perfect temperature! along with a cold Pepsi Max to wash it down. Thank you to the young lovely lady who served me, really very respectful and polite even during the rush hour. I really like the service. Thank you Subway!

Was pretty much chaos from start to finish and the "manager" was too busy slagging off subway to some random customer who was trying to get a discount as the new menu was too expensive for her.

Staff were polite and quick to serve, ham salad was tasty, tasty, very very tasty. Will definitely be going back again

Crincle potatoes (or however its called) were old and sweaty. Sandwich suposed to be toasted, was soggy. Very very mediocre.

Great service and good food. As you would expect for this chain, consistent sandwich preparation was good. Always good to see a member of staff enjoying what they do ;)

Most unhygienic please I have been to. Counter dirty mixed with veg and non-veg crape on the counter and staff using same gloves for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Ordered with just eat, never arrived contacted subway to be told nothing g to do with them and to contact just eat after 1hour and 45 mins was told I can get a refund takes 5 days tho, so im still gunna be waiting for for my meal 5 days later subways wasn't helpful told me it was delivered when tracking stated it wasnt... proper checking is needed when handing over food as someone now has had a free lunch and im sat at home woth a newborn baby cant get out and now hungry hu get cheered subways and cheers just eat and cheers to whoever was that hungry to steal someone else's food

Pretty good for a fast food place. The standard subway menu takes a bit of effort to get your head around as it's always busy and you get rushed through quite quickly!

Found it clean staff friendly and helpful food good you can sit outside as tables provided only bad point rubbish bin full and overflowing not good on a hot day flies and probably rats at night but apart from that good place everything I wanted and good price

Ohhh what can I say, awsome food.

Friendly service but the bread was very dry and crumbly for some reason, possibly kept in the grill for too long. No big deal though, I'll be returning soon. Would have been 5 stars but for the bread

Poor customer service. Ordered vegan salad option for person with severe dairy allergy. The server put cheese into salad without asking which could have been serious. Fortunately we spotted in when we got home and discarded food. Many subway options in Northants will choose others in future and not this one.

Was a good friendly service. Although ordered 12 cookies only got 11 and not of the selection I made. Unfortunately this let them down.

Just grabbed a coffee, using points, 100 points for a drink, convenient rather than using a debit card for about £1.70.

I always love a subway! Had a 6 inch multi grain vegan with cheese, toasted, filled with all the salad options and a dash of light mayo. Gorgeous! This particular Subway is one of the largest I've seen with plenty of seating if you wish to eat in. The lady staff member behind the counter was very friendly, cheerful and efficient. The tables were clear and clean. A very satisfactory visit!

Who ever thought of putting meatballs in tomato sauce into a long bap? Crazy! Messy! Wonderfully tasty! Especially with black olives and jalapenos

Very quick services, but unfortunately that's where the satisfaction ends. When there were No customers to serve the 3 girls working there kept going out the back. NO effort was made to clean on top or underneath the tables which were very messy Especially the floors.

The food was lovely, but the tables and seats needed cleaning. There was food all over the floor and on seats down one side.

I go to subways all over the country with work. And this experiance has to be one of the best by far. Decent size restaurant. Friendly, competent and efficient staff. I have been here around 10 times and it's been great everytime. Lovely salads and wraps. I now have my team meetings at this subway! Great stuff.

Wouldnt allow me to change my order because they had already put a 6inch in the toaster. I don't know how much a 6 inch bit of bread costs that its such a big deal. I was purchasing for the family and was hungry otherwise i would of just walked out.

Food good and tasty. Usual Subway choices and that's a good thing. Items freshly made with a choice of breads. Coffee good. Restaurant is spotlessly clean and the staff friendly. Parking free with some disabled spaces Handy for other shops nearby. A great spot for a bite to eat.
