Best KFC In Northamptonshire Only Thing Is I Wish KFC Would Change The Hand Dryers From Initial Machflow To World Dryer Airforce Hand Dryers Because A Majority Of KFC Restaurants Across The UK Have An Airforce Hand Dryer If Visiting KFC Wellingborough Be Sure To Have Your RADAR Key On You As The Accessible WC Has A RADAR Lock Which Requires A RADAR Key If You Don't Have One You Can Go Up To The Counter and Ask The Staff For The Key

Food was great, but service was so slow and the restaurant was absolutely freezing.

Servise super slow. Cant even get chance to talk to someone . They all just running around and pretend to be busy

I don't get to eat KFC much an my teenage daughter is not a fan. I wouldn't recommend eating in as they like to keep the air con on in the restaurant, I don't believe this is necessary in winter.

Don't go here. They're useless. I don't understand how a trilogy box meal ordered through Uber can take 2!! Hours to be made and delivered. Absolutely appalling. Sack your staff and start again.

lovely meals just a shame it's not what I ordered! I got zinger tower meals instead of 2 tower boxes with original chicken. Baked beans were missing too. Cans of drinks and fries were correct though.

Omg the place is freezing, you could see your breath while ordering from the self service machine, if you want a drink from the soda fountain your outta luck it's all coming out of 1.75lt plastic bottles.

It's cold in the restaurant. Had planned in eat in until we walked in. Waited for food and fingers and toes were so cold and I had my winter coat on. It can't be nice for the team to work at this temperature. Ate in the car as it was just too cold.

Placed Driver thru order for a zinger meal and a 10 wings meal. First there was no Pepsi; which is understandable. I was then asked to come back in 5 minutes as the wings were cooking. After 6 minutes, I decided to go in the store as there was one customer and one delivery driver. I was then told it will be another 5/6 minutes and they started sort of fighting with one another for relaying the wrong information. So I finally had the order after around another 11/12 minutes around. 30+ minutes in total. They are completely lost. It was 9:15 pm on 16/10/25. I feel sorry whoever manages/ owns this particular store.

Forgot the drinks and the fries... wicked. How hard is it to just read off the order and put it in a bag man. Come on!!!

Practically the entire order was wrong. All but one thing missing, drinks wrong and other stuff we didn't order. All cold when it arrived as well.

Courier was rude and ignorant and ignored my delivery note asking him not to use the door bell but to knock instead! Woke my baby up. Not happy at all.

Ordered a 12pc Dipping boneless , got a 9pc. Ordered baked beans , was given corn on the cob instead. the 4 x dips were missing and the food was very cold.

Had a revamp so drivers have their own area and window. Much better than them all blocking everyone else. That said, the three or four orders processed before ours at least two were missing items. Not great attention to detail by the staff.

Quality of the food was shocking, still haven’t heard or got refund. I have given enough chances to this place. That’s it. Shame.

A really good way to ensure your restaurant stays empty is keeping the heater off. Freezing cold inside, do something about it. They remove the orders from the screen before they are finished, the last time our drinks were watery so we checked and again watery, when we ask for new drinks they say they can't change the syrup because an external "technician" needs to come and change it. Will try my best to avoid 👍 Edit: got home and they forgot to put my sweet chilli sauce in the bag. Give me a break dude.

Wow! Disorganised and dysfunctional! Staff on the front need more training or the order system needs reviewing. The poor girls do not dare and turn to face customers during the chaos. At the time of ordering there were only 4 to 5 people waiting for food and only a couple of people sitting in the restaurant. I can only imagine what it would be like on a Saturday lunchtime. The temperature inside is very very cold. It seems that the aircon was on. This didn’t make it very comfortable to sit in the restaurant. On the plus side, the food was hot and tasted lovely!

I was in our kfc recently for a meal inside with my friend and children. I have never experienced such a strange frost in restaurants as here. The children complain about the cold, I left completely frozen, I have the impression that the air conditioning was on and it was much colder than outside. !

Went to pick up online order from the drive through. Drive through was really slow. Order was correct, but as normal the 4portions of fries just looked one big jumbled up mess. No hand wipes either.

Dear KFC Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Wellingborough KFC on 30.11.24 The experience was absolutely terrible. We placed an order for delivery, but upon receiving it, we found that it was completely different from what we had ordered. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and unprofessional when we raised our concerns. Additionally, the person who took our order did not engage with us in any way. They simply handed over the food without saying a word, and when we questioned the order, they just threw it in the bin without offering any assistance. In today’s customer service environment, such behavior is completely unacceptable. I expect better from a well-known brand like KFC, and I would appreciate it if the management takes appropriate action to address this issue. I hope that this matter is taken seriously, as customer service should be a top priority, and this experience was far below what anyone should expect from your establishment. Kind regards

90 mins until delivered then order was wrong, code was given and driver went away happy, I am not so happy about a p1ss poor service

Delivery time continually updates to a later time than quoted before ordering. Delivery went to the wrong house and was stone cold. I had to microwave to warm up before eating
