KFC Wellingborough - Turnells Mill Lane in Wellingborough

Ordered 14 pieces, got 12, chips were stone cold and some of the chicken was pretty dry. Other than that all was good.

wasn't happy ordered a 14 peice bucket only got legs and thighs mainly legs wasn't happy at all

I am absolutely fuming!!! The burger I ordered was a zinger stacker burger and for some reason what I got was a bbq filet tower which is not even close to what I actually paid for!!. I got no sauces with any of my food and the drink ordered was once again completely different from what I got. This service today was abysmal!!

Turned up on time, but cold and missing an item, if delivery was free you couldn’t moan too much but we’re paying for delivery so drivers doing multiple deliveries isn’t good enough, not when it causes your food’s temperature to drop below the legal limit for cooked food.

Our order was a complete shambles. Gravy? Apparently a mythical side they couldn't be bothered to put in the bag. And the 'Boneless Banquet'? A cruel joke, containing chicken pieces that were not boneless. This wasn't just a disappointing fast-food run; it was a gut-churning fiasco that demonstrates a shocking failure on all fundamental levels – from hygiene to simply getting the order right. Save yourself the potential health risk and the certainty of frustration. Steer clear of KFC Wellingborough. It's an absolute disgrace.

Driver was in car and talked on phone like 5min

It is so disappointed as some items are missing but I already paid the order, it is not the first time this happened, is there a way can I get my money back

Absolutely so annoyed been out all day and thought we would order in, food had got here it’s stone cold to the point we can’t eat it, the burgers was missing so main meal pretty much and said we are allergic to coleslaw and they send it in both meals instead of corn on the cob

was upstairs with my new born and left my phone downstairs by accident missed 2 miss calls and not once heard my door knock or my ring camera go off, after 3 mins I tried calling back no reply. walked outside messaged the delivery driver then he had ago at me telling me he had been waiting for over half hour.. NOT TRUE. 10 mins max. and moaned at me for about 3 mins then walked off. I explained as I walked over to them and I gave a tip and still got moaned at in the middle of the street.

Good food and generally although tables were dirty on this visit and it wasn't busy.. Fast service, but can be a little chilly at times.Live the new decor.

Just picked up KFC for my families dinner. Paid £24.99 for my bucket and immediately upon paying at the kiosk I went straight to the counter. I requested mixed pieces of chicken and explained my house have preferences so mixed pieces will satisfy everyone. Today for the first time I am extremely disappointed in KFC Wellingborough staff, especially that young Asian man behind packing the chicken. He totally ignored my request and instead placed what he wanted into the bucket. As a representative of KFC this insolent individual with no respect for the customer wish fail the company with this disrespectful attitude. If the pieces I had requested where not available than I should have been informed so I can make the chioce weather to cancel my order. Instead this unprofessional man has forced my children now to eat pieces they do not like. We treasure our meal time together and you have spoilt tonights dinner. I paid for this meal with my hard earn money and no one especially the KFC worker who packed my chicken should take it upon himself to do want he wants within the company. I expect to get what I paid and requested. I'm am so annoyed but as it is a 10 minutes drive from home I'm letting this go and writing this review on the poor service provided by your staff. To the man who packed the chicken, do your job in the same manner you wished to be served and nothing more cause I'm sure KFC do not pay you for anything more; and I sure they do jot pay you to disappoint their customers.

37 quid for a family of 6 and we got about 2 chips what is the issue with chips why are you so stingy,?

My husband ordered in the shop last night Got everything. Except the Pepsi. Disappeared out the back of the shop. Never to be seen again Came home furious. No Pepsis. What is actually going on. £24.76 Not happy.
