Take too long to get orders, incard a over stay fine all because they spent too long waiting to get served never again will I visit this store. Don't park in carpark!

Just picked up KFC for my families dinner. Paid £24.99 for my bucket and immediately upon paying at the kiosk I went straight to the counter. I requested mixed pieces of chicken and explained my house have preferences so mixed pieces will satisfy everyone. Today for the first time I am extremely disappointed in KFC Wellingborough staff, especially that young Asian man behind packing the chicken. He totally ignored my request and instead placed what he wanted into the bucket. As a representative of KFC this insolent individual with no respect for the customer wish fail the company with this disrespectful attitude. If the pieces I had requested where not available than I should have been informed so I can make the chioce weather to cancel my order. Instead this unprofessional man has forced my children now to eat pieces they do not like. We treasure our meal time together and you have spoilt tonights dinner. I paid for this meal with my hard earn money and no one especially the KFC worker who packed my chicken should take it upon himself to do want he wants within the company. I expect to get what I paid and requested. I'm am so annoyed but as it is a 10 minutes drive from home I'm letting this go and writing this review on the poor service provided by your staff. To the man who packed the chicken, do your job in the same manner you wished to be served and nothing more cause I'm sure KFC do not pay you for anything more; and I sure they do jot pay you to disappoint their customers.

My husband ordered in the shop last night Got everything. Except the Pepsi. Disappeared out the back of the shop. Never to be seen again Came home furious. No Pepsis. What is actually going on. £24.76 Not happy.

Ordered food at machine, and requested table service, 20mins later had'nt arrived, and i noticed people who ordered later than myself, had got their order,had to go to the counter and ask where my food was! Staff very casual about it and not even an apology, not impressed, Macdonalds far superior!!

Collected a bargin bucket yesterday and it has to be the worst food I have tasted. The oil it was cooked in was so old it made the food impossible to eat, most of it went in the bin ! Funny yours is so awful yet order in Bedford and it is good to eat sometimes. Would NOT recommend, far from it.

The food was cold and it was prepared cold as the cheese on my burger wasn't even melted to even give the excuse that it got cold during transport. Everything was cold and missing items like 1 portion of wings and Dips. Very disappointing and frustrating and it's not the first time that the food arrived cold, always gave the benefit of the doubt but like this time it never been. Put me off KFC for a long time to come

placed order at 19.25 received KFC at 21.27 just not good enough you need to do better

Food arrived 2 hours after placing order and didn’t contain the whole order. When contacted to request they send the missing items, they said I should just request a refund. Such a shame as I love Nigerian food and wanted to support a local business but both times I have ordered they’ve got the order wrong.

I don't get to eat KFC much an my teenage daughter is not a fan. I wouldn't recommend eating in as they like to keep the air con on in the restaurant, I don't believe this is necessary in winter.

Two burgers and two fry’s missing

When I preferred the food it was 20-30 mins delivery time but it was over 1 hour in the end - also my drink and sauce were missed from my order when I opened the bag

lovely meals just a shame it's not what I ordered! I got zinger tower meals instead of 2 tower boxes with original chicken. Baked beans were missing too. Cans of drinks and fries were correct though.

It's cold in the restaurant. Had planned in eat in until we walked in. Waited for food and fingers and toes were so cold and I had my winter coat on. It can't be nice for the team to work at this temperature. Ate in the car as it was just too cold.

Omg the place is freezing, you could see your breath while ordering from the self service machine, if you want a drink from the soda fountain your outta luck it's all coming out of 1.75lt plastic bottles.

Placed Driver thru order for a zinger meal and a 10 wings meal. First there was no Pepsi; which is understandable. I was then asked to come back in 5 minutes as the wings were cooking. After 6 minutes, I decided to go in the store as there was one customer and one delivery driver. I was then told it will be another 5/6 minutes and they started sort of fighting with one another for relaying the wrong information. So I finally had the order after around another 11/12 minutes around. 30+ minutes in total. They are completely lost. It was 9:15 pm on 16/10/25. I feel sorry whoever manages/ owns this particular store.
