Omg the place is freezing, you could see your breath while ordering from the self service machine, if you want a drink from the soda fountain your outta luck it's all coming out of 1.75lt plastic bottles.

It's cold in the restaurant. Had planned in eat in until we walked in. Waited for food and fingers and toes were so cold and I had my winter coat on. It can't be nice for the team to work at this temperature. Ate in the car as it was just too cold.

Placed Driver thru order for a zinger meal and a 10 wings meal. First there was no Pepsi; which is understandable. I was then asked to come back in 5 minutes as the wings were cooking. After 6 minutes, I decided to go in the store as there was one customer and one delivery driver. I was then told it will be another 5/6 minutes and they started sort of fighting with one another for relaying the wrong information. So I finally had the order after around another 11/12 minutes around. 30+ minutes in total. They are completely lost. It was 9:15 pm on 16/10/25. I feel sorry whoever manages/ owns this particular store.

Had a revamp so drivers have their own area and window. Much better than them all blocking everyone else. That said, the three or four orders processed before ours at least two were missing items. Not great attention to detail by the staff.

A really good way to ensure your restaurant stays empty is keeping the heater off. Freezing cold inside, do something about it. They remove the orders from the screen before they are finished, the last time our drinks were watery so we checked and again watery, when we ask for new drinks they say they can't change the syrup because an external "technician" needs to come and change it. Will try my best to avoid 👍 Edit: got home and they forgot to put my sweet chilli sauce in the bag. Give me a break dude.

My family was frozen by the time was finished they had no heating

Order food at 5pm rang several times. Phone not answering. Got food at 7.46 PM Will try to get refund for £31 order that was 3 hours late ps can't post unless a put star up ! They hate bad reference

Waited 30 minutes for 1 x 10 piece bucket of food and when I asked where my foods is and why it took so long and was told they have to do orders in order. RUBBISH saw 4 people order and leave and about 6 just eat drivers come and go. Below poor service from people who do not care.

Wow! Disorganised and dysfunctional! Staff on the front need more training or the order system needs reviewing. The poor girls do not dare and turn to face customers during the chaos. At the time of ordering there were only 4 to 5 people waiting for food and only a couple of people sitting in the restaurant. I can only imagine what it would be like on a Saturday lunchtime. The temperature inside is very very cold. It seems that the aircon was on. This didn’t make it very comfortable to sit in the restaurant. On the plus side, the food was hot and tasted lovely!

They completely messed up my order and when I requested for a refund they never got back to me

food was cold and dips for the boneless dipping bucket were missing, again not the first time we had no dips i would not recommend, tried to call but nobody has learnt to pick up a phone

I was in our kfc recently for a meal inside with my friend and children. I have never experienced such a strange frost in restaurants as here. The children complain about the cold, I left completely frozen, I have the impression that the air conditioning was on and it was much colder than outside. !

Went to pick up online order from the drive through. Drive through was really slow. Order was correct, but as normal the 4portions of fries just looked one big jumbled up mess. No hand wipes either.

Dear KFC Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Wellingborough KFC on 30.11.24 The experience was absolutely terrible. We placed an order for delivery, but upon receiving it, we found that it was completely different from what we had ordered. To make matters worse, the manager was rude and unprofessional when we raised our concerns. Additionally, the person who took our order did not engage with us in any way. They simply handed over the food without saying a word, and when we questioned the order, they just threw it in the bin without offering any assistance. In today’s customer service environment, such behavior is completely unacceptable. I expect better from a well-known brand like KFC, and I would appreciate it if the management takes appropriate action to address this issue. I hope that this matter is taken seriously, as customer service should be a top priority, and this experience was far below what anyone should expect from your establishment. Kind regards

Can't believe we had to over 1 hour longer to get our order, oringinal time stated 17:25- 17:45, came at 18:45, just putting all in the oven as cold, wont be ordering from KFC again, very poor service & quality of food

90 mins until delivered then order was wrong, code was given and driver went away happy, I am not so happy about a p1ss poor service

Food took 1:15 to arrive despite when the order being accepted by the restaurant it said it would be 30 mins. When the food arrived it was all either lukewarm or cold. But can of drink was nice and warm, it was in the food bag so also was undrinkable

As a delivery driver which Im trying to fulfil the demand, I hate to come here and be ignored or to jump over my orders because they know other drivers and Im kinda new… not a good practice and not fair…

Delivery time continually updates to a later time than quoted before ordering. Delivery went to the wrong house and was stone cold. I had to microwave to warm up before eating

Foot looks absolute rubbish and taste the same, chips same I think the oil has not been charged for a while I am still feeling sick after 2 days. Order to dine in and food comes in the bag. In the restaurant freezing and not clean.

The driver did not now were he was going food was cold he rang me and was saying different address so we had to walk to the top of the road and wait to see if he was coming and my husband is a old age pension so not happy with the service

Missing one piece of chicken thanms

I had forgotten to change the delivery address and couldn't change it. I called the restaurant and they thankfully put the delivery driver on the phone and he was extremely kind enough to bring the order to the correct address. I really appreciate it many thanks to the restaurant and the delivery driver 🙌

If you want the SHITS next morning then you should definitely go for undercooked spicy chicken wing bucket.

Waiting 50 minutes for a very small amount of food. Forgot one of our burgers on the order as well. Store was packed of people waiting this amount of time or longer. Would never come back here.

Usually nice, but this time it was fit for the bin. They Forgot half of the meal, and couldn't manage to make a burger where all components were in the bun and not around it.

Why does KFC still exist? It is absolutely vile! Greasy cold chicken, everything is salty, everything is expensive. The only thing that’s good about kfc is their limp chips are alright in taste. This place insist on messing up every order and making you wait for ages to get your food. When you do have the nerve to raise an issue, you are greeted with rudeness. Go elsewhere, Sams, Jackson’s, Popeyes, any kebab or chicken shop other than KFC will do. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

I had to go out looking for the person delivering the food once again .

we was missing a popcorn chicken one piece of chicken received a large gravy and regular gravy only ordered a regular and got no corn on the cob when should of been two

there was a drink that was missing and it happens most of the time you order something.something is always missing. Delivery was on time and all its just the missing food.you order something you expect to get exactly what you ordered

everything was nice and warm and delivered quickly.

The food is cooked very nice and the service is good. The staff made time to make sure you are happy with everything and I actually felt like I was in a restaurant and not your typical fast food outlet. When I'm visiting Wellingborough again or passing through, I will definitely stop there again. Many thanks to the staff Stuart morgan

Although the driver delivered it according to the latest time on the screen I would like to say that I placed my order at about 6.10pm and was originally told my order would arrive between 6.33- 6.55. My order finally arrived at 9.20! Shame on you!

It's okay for convenient quick food. Plenty of car parking spaces, younger staff working here and the wait times are average for what it is. Chicken was greasy and oily as expected. Would probably visit again if in the area.

Aweful experience at turnells mill lane kfc today. Supposed to be fast food but waited over an hour for my order. No one seemed to have a clue what was going on. Ended up getting a refund which they were reluctant to give. Never bothering with Wellingborough kfc again.
