Pizza Hut Delivery in Wellingborough

AVOID this place. They will deliver your order to somewhere random, and when you contact them they will call you a liar.

Booked for a Sunday at 7pm. Entered restaurant and saw 2-3 tables being used at most. The restaurant was virging on empty. We stood waiting at the host stand to be seated for a good 7-8 minutes with no acknowledgement or anything. Then one member if staff said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ before proceeding to enter an order on her till. While she was doing this, the shift manager (who also apparently is the general manager) was asked to restock nachos on the salad bar. (Why is she having to be asked to do this when the restaurant is so empty?) She then walked past us and also said ‘I’ll be with you in a minute’ as we continued to wait. The lady then finished entering her order in the till so we presumed she would come over to seat us. No, she went off to the other table to begin to take their order. After more than 10 minutes waiting at the host stand we decided to leave, but having promised the children a Pizza Hut we drove 20 miles to Pizza Hut Northampton where we received excellent service, despite the restaurant being far busier. There’s obviously a reason why Northampton was so much busier, and I’d hazard a guess it’s down to the service the staff give.

I have ordered twice from here recently and have enjoyed it every time. We normally order a large half & half with a cheesy garlic tearer. I like ordering online as the website normally looks for the best deal as you order. We managed to get £10 off our last order by doing it this way. As we ordered on a Monday evening we got a great deal. Food was really tasty and lovely and hot when we got it.

They give you excellent service to the customer.tge pizzas and sides are too delicious and well cooked. The staff are very friendly, helpful and polite for each customer.i am vegetarian so I ordered multiple times by every time I got same qualities and taste. I highly recommend to order for both veg and non-vage.. Thank you pizza hut❤️

Quick delivery great food delivered nice and hot

ordered onlne at 9 am for 1 pm deliver no delivery until 1;30apm and the manager offered no explanation or apology. Best not to order for deliver from here if you are hungry

Decent food and decent waiting time

Order made at 17:47 received notification at 17:50 that order is ready to collect how come pizza and side cooked and packed within 3 minutes. Served precooked soggy food.

This is the worst Pizza Hut! The orders are always wrong! They take over 1-2 hours to deliver. The last time I ordered I ended up going to myself after waiting for 2 hours and no one picking up the phone! All the manager said was yeah I don't have staff to pick the phone up. Your order has left. I got home and we had to wait another 30mins for the delivery. We have now completely stopped ordering from here. Please everyone beware! The food standards are awful and the service is the worst!

Not a bad little place not as good as others but passable

For the first time it was shocking we waited for an hour for the food to get to us then had to heat it up as it was almost cold. No dips that we paid for. Normally 5 stars

Waited over an hour and half for home delivery and never received my order even though they took my money . Got told also that it had been delivered and when I rang no answer Disgusting customer service

The staff were rushed off their feet with a massive amount of orders, the we popped in to make is worse. Food was ok, staff were great, had a laugh and a gentleman came in to thank them for all the pizzas they gave to the homeless and charity, which gave me a lot more respect for this little branch.

Ordered pizza for collection from here a couple of times and it's been good. Ready on time and quick pickup.

A fast delivery service. Clean and bright. Staff very efficient,and welcoming. The pizzas are very good. A collection service is less expensive, should this be a better option.

Sent the wrong order, paid for extra toppings and then took another half an hour to deliver when we are only local. You’re paid to do one thing which is make pizza, will now have to eat really late. No effort to expedite the correct order. Very disappointed will not use again

Would not let me order at the counter, went outside phoned my order then went in and payed , this is madness

Glad to finally be getting the pizzas from this branch for online orders now. Great food and arrived on time. Much better than the brackmills branch who provided rubbish food and it was always late.

Missing a side from my order and there is no way to contact the restaurant. I called several times just yo get no answer

I know it's COVID but why let us in to reception then tell us to go back to our car in the car park and oder from the app - which I don't have. I tell you what's easier - go get hot food from the independent Jamaican takeaway two doors away. And they're so much more friendly!

Don't understand why an order over the phone can't be processed and to be told to order from an app instead.

Pizza was hot on collection and lots of toppings, although one topping I got which I didn't ask for was a long blonde coloured hair 😫🤮

The manager is a joke customer service is just as bad worst place to order from if they make a mistake u get no refund and no pizza to replace the wrong one absolute idiots

Not normally one to complain but it was bad... Ordered a 8pm, at 9.30pm I called them to check they had received the order, I was assured the driver was on his way. Pizza arrived at 10.30pm, 2 hrs and a half after I ordered it. Pizza was cold, garlic bread was burnt and the ice cream was totally melted, in the process of trying to get a refund. Be aware they make the complaints procedure long and tedious to try and stop you complaining.

Called to ask to change one topping on a pizza and they were unwilling to help. The man on the phone was very ignorant. I asked if I could cancel the order and it refunded to my card and he was not interested in doing that either. Very unhelpful and rude. Will not be ordering from them again.

Mediocre pizza nothing too great

Never again. Pizza was cold and soggy. Completely unedible and the delivery driver was 40mins late and didn't know where to deliver the pizza. Honestly I would rate this ZERO stars.

Fast and friendly service, pricing is a tad high for fast food pizza but that's just normal for all pizza hut branches there's also several deals going on most of the time to get the most value for money. Besides that, deliveries are mostly made within 30 minutes and collections are made even quicker. Not much else you can ask for in terms of service and/or quality.

1 star is being to generous for how disgusting there service is! Ordered two different pizzas, but instead they sent two the same. Accidents happen & all that called to inform them. Clearly explained the issue, & the staff member repeating back what I had said. But it was wrong, so clarified with the correct information nicely calmly. With that the Pizza Hut rep started shouting down the phone for no apparent reason, I’m glad I had witnesses to this. Even when informing him he was shouting down the phone he just continued to be aggressive whilst shouting down the phone about my order. If that wasn’t disgusting enough the limp wristed reply to my complaint from Pizza Hut online was a pure joke. Aggressively shouting at a customer because you made a mistake, makes you nothing short of a abusive bully. Staff members are a direct representation of the company. One that looks like it prides it self of aggressively dealing with any complaint even if they are wrong. We will never, NEVER use Pizza Hut in any respect again

Waited nearly 2 hours for our pizza. When it arrived it was over cooked and cold

just called im 6 mins away in car and its to far for delivery. had 1 last week guess im not a customer they want. ok will not give you business again.......

90 minute to deliver a cold Pizza to Irchester... The pizza when it did arrive, looked like it had been transported standing up and the delivery driver looked like he was possibly homeless or just had no care for personal grooming / washing clothes. In the Birmingham Branch when your pizza takes longer than 30 minutes you get an email apologising and a voucher. In Wellingborough you do not even get a reply to your messages from Pizza Hut or #PizzaHut Shocking service.

Good for collection would not get delivery

It's a standard pizza hut delivery, food is good quality, delivery is quick and staff are friendly and professional
