No star for this dominos No one care about the customer waiting for more than 15mins. Big Booooooooom for this services. Shame

I ordered online, it said it would be 45-50mins & it was delivered to my front door in less than 25mins & our pizzas were amazing in

The driver started flirting with me he drives a red car. everyone be aware as this was VERY INAPPROPRIATE, every time i have ordered from here they have been soooo weird and refused to give me my food ? even after telling them my order. PATHETIC.

manager speaks to you like your a child , food is wrong and not as expected missing several items including base sauce. taking this further due to managers comments

To be honest I should have gone to kfc, the cheesy chips had more cheese than the pizza. How can you enjoy pizza when it's tomato sauce toppings and a micro strikingly of cheese eaten 2 slices can't face any more.

Constant issues- told driver was out for delivery for over 25 minutes, however food turned up cold & refused to remake or refund! Fully understand if the business is busy but don’t lie to customers

I haven't been or ordered from this company for over 6 years and would never again. Having sat outside and witnessing the delivery driver with a stack of pizzas going to his car and clearing his throat, then spitting it out over the top of the boxes, NO THANKS !!

The pizza as always was 1st class. Delivery was on time with Just Eat. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is great and wonderful day or night and they have a massive selection of pizza, sides and dessert. Try them, if there is a discrepancy you stand a better chance of rectifying the mistake because of it being a bigger pizza chain.

Ordered 2 x Mighty Meat and this was what I got for £30 a disgrace! Will never oder again from here!!! I got ham and sweetcorn pizza!

Horrible service, didn't recieve my order form 2 DIFFERENT ORDERS from their website AND Just Eat, They didn't even pick up the phone or respond to me, never getting from here again, better off to get stuff from the south dominos or anywhere else

Pizza is fine can not get hold of the shop so leaving a review. And can not be bothered to go back. Do not get wedges the box is almost empty.

Order cancelled no phone call to say why rang to be told driver was on way waited and rang the store 1hour 15mins to be told it’s been cancelled was not refunded back the money with in the stated 5 -7 working days manager of the store very rude and has answers for everything avoid this store

Ordered large meat feast midweek collection Sadly I think it should be called a meat sample due to the lack of topping, All so advertised at £12 when checked my card statement they had taken £ 12.99 I call that sharp practice do that to 50,000 customers each year is good business for them, However never again.

Absolutely terrible. Delivery man decided to carry on with his telephone call outside house instead of actually delivering, when confronted only response was him saying I don't care. Never ordering from them again. What a waste of money. When phoned shop to complain about service I spoke to a man that had so bad English I eventually put phone down as I couldn't understand him. Never again

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and garlic bread, I got my pizza and it was beautiful. i got chicken instead of my garlic bread??? it took ages to get here too a good 45 mins🙄🙄

Cannot order pizza over the phone if you are collecting it if you do not have a bank card card.

One regular customer less. Bravo dominos. Complain was made but no message back. It doesn't look tasty, does it?

So my meal appeared to have a cruise around wellingborough prior to being delivered, even though its a 3 minute drive from my address to the dominos shop, we chose delivery as was watching the world cup, but it was a Tuesday and England wasn't playing . The meal was cold when it finally arrived 30 minutes after the app stated out for delivery. No extra cheese as requested. And I may as well have eaten the cardboard box as would have had more flavour. Never again. Save your money and don't bother.

Please cut the pizza so I don't have to do it myself.

!!THIEVES!! Ordered quite late, partial order delivered, informed store of mistake and was told another driver would be sent with the rest of the order, NEVER ARRIVED. They closed the store without honoring the order. BLATANT THEFT.

Delivery drivers too lazy to walk across the small car park therefore parking in marked disabled spaces at the front of the shop. Often parking badly taking up both spaces with one car. I've challenged them on many occasions and have been told to 'go away' by grumpy and rude staff. Disgusting behaviour. Silver Nissan micra.

Ordered a vegi supreme and only toppings I got was onions, peppers and tomatoes, no mushrooms or sweetcorn’s ! £21 for onions and peppers pizza???!!

The disabled spaces outside the store always have dominoes cars park in them, the manager is aware but does nothing to stop them. Making the store in accessible to disabled people

Don't understand why you call up to be told to order from an app instead of just taking the order on the phone and be able to process it without an issue. If I wanted to use an app to order I wouldn't call up in the first place

Really disappointed. Ordered 5 Legend pizzas for my sons birthday sleepover. Spent so long working through the ridiculous 'would you like 'Sparkles' 'Luurve', 'Soul' and is it a 'Birthday party', ''Hotshot goal', ya de ya da. etc that by the time all 5 boys had ordered I just wanted to pay and go and collect, as they don't deliver to our village. Realised that we had a BOGOF deal, which I hadn't been reminded of when I checked out..... Tesco's would have reminded me! As much as it pains me to say that, but they do! So I just paid. I know DOH. Rang the store straight away and asked if I could add another pizza to my order, having realised I had missed out on a freebie. The chap was fine until he tried to charge me for another pizza and realised I wanted to add the extra pizza for free as a BOGOF. Then he said 'No sorry, order has gone through' and put the phone down on me! Have to say, that left me thinking I'm bad, for not having realised, but it was seconds later, and to be honest, one of the pizza's was burnt. I may as well have saved the £48 and bought frozen for about £15. Rip off, won't be going there again!

Just ordered a pizza via the app told me it arrived half an hour ago rang the store they said the driver had just left . I ordered this over an hour and a half ago. Unfortunately you don't seem to care . Well this isn't the first time dominos tells me bullshit . It's over priced tomato and toast you'd think they would be a bit better with the customer service and delivery times.
