Jo’s such a fab host. We didn’t eat on this occasion but we attended another FREE party/disco that she puts on for the kids. They absolutely love it and she’s such good fun entertaining them with games and music. We’re not from Bozeat but head over to The Red Lion often and always have a warm welcome and a lovely time. Thanks Jo & Team 😊

The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodation had been recently modernised. The breakfast was adequate, though its presentation lacked care and attention to detail. Sadly the hotel is in need of basic maintenance: our toilet and shower did not work properly so we had to be given access to another room. Two of our room windows were screwed shut, and the hardware on the third window, which did open, was hanging off. There was mould on the shower tile grouting. The entrance to our room, directly from the courtyard car park, needed to be swept and weeded.

Always well friendly. Good for a cheap meal and drinks. Staff are friendly Just don't get caught vaping

Meal very nice Staff in the main very pleasant, less so the restaurant manager specifically who didn't like a comment I made that they were clearing up tables around us for breakfast before we had finishd desert. We booked a table for 7.30pm, If that's too late don't book it because when you're still eating a desert and they're re srtting for the morning it spoils what had been a nice evening. Restaurant manager needs lesson in managing genuine comment about how it spoiled what had been a lovely evening by walking away with a comment load enough for me and my quests that i had NO MANNERS !
