Order a mix of stuff but what was disappointing had the chicken Chow mein and the noodles were thin type and the egg fried rice was just like white rice very pale. So disappointed

Expensive and shocking service. The food quality was terrible would never ever go back dogey people using cash only

I was going to buy some fish there but the owner was being so rude to people i decided to skip it. There are better businesses to spend your money at.

Ordered Takeaway for 10 people for 6pm wasn’t ready until 6:20. The bill was 30% more than their internet menu prices which is completely out of date. The owner appeared indifferent. Most meals were tasty but Bhajis were soggy and burnt.

The food quality is fantastic, very tasty dishes, great portion sizes too. Always receive friendly and kind customer service. Best Chinese Takeaway in Nottinghamshire.

Words cannot describe my love for this place, genuinely make some of the best takeaway pizzas, curly fries, cheesy garlic bread and gyros.

I wish to start this review by saying I am a true advocate of spoons, especially the Bingham one. I estimate my average attendance to be atleast weekly spanning the last decade, and I always have a good time wether it be for a quick breakfast, a cheap and cheerful dinner with family or getting absolutely slaughtered on a Friday night so this only adds to the disappointment of my evening. I attended with my family for a quick and easy dinner, I am aware of how busy the branch gets but this did not deter me from having a nice time. We sat down on a table that had only just vacated and was covered in the previous patrons plates, cutlery and used napkins. I do not have an issue with this and was more than fine to move them all into a pile myself and await for a staff member to clear this. We ordered in the app as usual, and to my bemusement, 3 x payments were taken for one order. I went to the bar to query this where I was met with the response of, verbatim “it’s only in your pending, we haven’t even taken it yet, and I finish in 5 minutes anyway”. I am no arguing man and gave the staff member who I will not name the benefit of the doubt and returned to my seat. I awaited patiently for our drinks and food to arrive, unfortunately the staff member delivering the drinks failed to see the mountain of 19 plates stacked right in front of me and walked off because I could manage to ask them to take it. We then waited patiently food to arrive, which took 55 minutes. ( again i understand how busy it was and this is not particularly important to me), however when it eventually did arrive, it was missing two pigs in blankets, and this was important to me as I had deliberately ordered this burger from the Christmas specials member because it indeed came with pigs in blankets. I raised this instantly with a staff member who was happy to rectify the situation. Another 20 minutes past and still no sign of any pigs in blankets, by which point I had finished my £31.89’s worth of burger. I also wish to add not a single mayonnaise with anything more than a tea spoon amount remaining could be found anywhere in the establishment. I was happy to let bygones be bygones, due to my usual content at spoons service, quality, atmosphere and general experience. I have then noticed that the so called ‘only pending’ transactions of £31.89 for ONE burger were no longer in fact ‘pending’ and had been taken from my bank. I rang the branch to ask how this would be rectified and yet again I was fobbed off to wait a few days or contact my bank to solve their mistake. It would appear the delegation of any kind of taking responsibility falls within the quality of anyone who wishes to work there. Disappointed, let down and expected better from my usual trusty local.

Ordered a take away, told it will be 35mins to an hour. Over 1 and half hours. Phoned twice to chase up, was told that it would be 10 mins, which is not true as it takes longer than that. Phoned at 7.30pn and cancelled order and now waiting for refund. We were told food was ready. It is nice food, but don't have home delivery. It's bad. 😭 Gutted.

Walked in the shop at the same time as another customer, there were 3 staff, 2 were talking to a guy who had already ordered and was being served and the other was busy putting an order togeather no one acknowledged either of us, we stood and waited a while eventually they took her order, another staff member walked out 4 staff still no one asks for my order I said out loud can i order and they ignored me so i waited a while longer and left to go to the other chip shop, who despite having a que managed to serve me very quickly. I'm still scratching my head.

Lost count the amount of different dishes & selections I've had. Everyone has been spot on & sublime . Great food great prices . Highly recommended

The pizza we ordered last night came cold and burnt with black bits all over it. Parts of the Pizza was rockhard, The way the pizza had been cut was ridiculous and it made it really difficult to tear the pizza. Also on the order we ordered fries and we were sent wedges that weren’t even cooked properly They were very undercooked. The only thing we that ended up being consumed and not binned on the order was the bottle of Coke that was sent. I always avoid ordering from this domino’s and I will continue to avoid ordering from it from now on.
