Was in bingham over weekend me and partner was after some food found it on Internet called them placed order great food good price definitely use again if in bingham again

Regularly use Spring and consistently get hot tasty food across the whole menu. Always ring first for courteous, quick service ready on time. Only negative is cash only otherwise it’s one of the best takeaways in NG13. Never tried deliveries yet but often on pick-up you’ll see a delivery car coming and going.

Great takeaway! Brilliant vegetarian options. Highly recommend the sweet and sour mushroom balls. Also had the vegetable chow mein, mushroom rice and mini vegetarian spring rolls - all delicious

Really bland takeaway. Watery sauce and had no flavour at all. Vegetables were hacked big. Just big onions and carrots. No broccoli as normal. No salt or seasoning.Prawn balls OK. But watery sweer and sour. Waste of money.

The food was great especially enjoyed the chicken as a part of my meal.The chips were crispy and the rice was just the right texture. However, seating wasn't too comfortable whilst waiting for my order. Would definitely recommend it to others.

First time we've used this Chinese for food. Got to say I'm very impressed. Service was quick, the take away was clean. The food was piping hot and tasty.

All of my food was cold. Will not be using this Chinese again. This was my first and last visit. All went in the bin and had to cook food at home.

Ordered food multiple times from this place and the food normally is great the odd time something will be overdone but overall normally really good! Tonight though we ordered our normal order and was told a price of £17.50 which my wife repeated back to confirm as this seemed cheaper than usual she even called a second time to make sure we didn’t miss anything off the order which again was confirmed to be correct. Then the lovely deliver driver shows up and tells me it £24 no where close to what was originally quoted. I called the shop to be answered by a moron that couldn’t string a sentence together, then the original guy who took the order stated it was a miscommunication which is fine but that’s not our fault. The guy then states to take some of the food out of the order for the driver to bring back and I can just pay £20 to which I said no just cancel the whole thing. The driver was the only saving grace as he understood the situation and said to just pay the £20 as it was their mistake (not the drivers). So the customer service was terrible but at least the driver saved some face for the restaurant, he deserves a well done as you would of lost another customer due to your guys miscommunication.

Can't say we've ever had a bad Chinese from here. Always good delivery time, would like the option to order online and pay by card for home delivery, but other than that great food, I highly recommend.

Spring was busy over the Christmas period, so delivery time was longer than usual. Decided to visit exactly at 5pm my food was ready and piping hot within about 5 minutes of ordering, thoroughly enjoyable experience as usual.

Every time I order food it always comes cold ... wait 45/60 mins & it still comes cold . ( why ? )

Absolutely vile, disgusting greasy slop, tasteless, cold and way overpriced, worst food for miles around, avoid at all costs.

This takeaway has gone downhill recently. The food is watery with no seasoning. Mushy rice. Bland tasting food. Cold food on arrival so always having to heat it up. It used to be much better.

Special curry very watery 2 prawns and the rest just beef, the chicken balls very nice as were the rice and chips ordered to pick up an hour and a half beforehand as get quite busy still waiting 20 minutes later very disappointing

Food came so fast with no taste . Rushed . curry was dreadful.. like gravy water ..very disappointed also wanted cash people with cards all the time .. need to get with the times

Reasonable Chinese at a reasonable price..cash only though which is a bit of a pain.

Wasn’t the best. Mostly seemed like overcooked and reheated. The duck was particularly dry with many bones and really hard bits, the lemon chicken was hard too. Beef in black bean was good. Spring rolls were ok, sweet n sour was ok seaweed was VERY salty.

Mine and the fiancée's local Chinese takeaway; it's always consistent and never disappoints. The food is always delicious and the staff are very friendly. We will definitely recommend this Chinese takeaway to anybody!

Always a delicious Chinese. Lots of meat or prawns in all the dishes. Well priced. Prompt delivery or collection. One dish is plenty enough to feed 2 people.

Rceently moved to bingham and this was our first time ordering. We had house chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls, prawn toast and ribs in pecking sauce. All was absolutely beautiful! On time, good portions, great flavour and will highly recommend spring from now on. Thanks guys!

We have been having take out from here for years and have chinese 4 or 5 times a year on special occasions and have always had very good food. Not greasy always hot and they do not skimp on the meat. We have the same thing most times so can only comment on a small number of dishes although the house special chow mein is fabulous value for money as in a large container with all meats and a couple of king prawns for good measure. Would highly recommend. I usually go into the shop to order but usually ready within 15-20 minutes (Saturdays around 7. So quick service). Cannot comment on delivery or pre orders. Cash only. Closed Mondays except bank holidays. Highly recommended.

The best Chinese food in Bingham. I've eaten from Spring for about 8 years now and never been let down. Personal favourites: Beef in black bean sauce (beef is really good and has a nice kick with red chillies). Sauteed king prawns in garlic salt and pepper (dry prawn dish, great flavour) and Chicken with cashew nuts in yellow bean sauce (beautiful sauce, really crunchy veg). Chicken chow mein is always a winner. Food is always ready promptly, piping hot and the portions are massive. Feeling hungry just writing this review!

Ordered Chinese from here Friday 28th, I have spent the last week, recovering from a serious bout of food poisening, also preventing me from working as I work with the elderly. There is no doubt I got it from here. The salt and pepper chicken and the chicken balls were soggy, the entire order was barely warm, very greasy, and just over all, terrible. Not had any issues in the past, however, will not be returning. Think twice before ordering here. Their hygiene rating is clearly 2 for a reason!

Food tastes like its just been warmed up in the microwave... found a black hair in the middle of the rice when scooping it out..

Just had chow mein takeaway, tasty but wouldn't make a special visit. Quick service.

Awful tasteless grey looking. Chicken balls soggy. Prawn toast burnt and no prawns in sight! Sauces on the dishes are practically non existent and what is there is watery and tasteless. Spare ribs were from an anorexic pig. Noodles look anemic and was luke warm. Rice is dry. On the plus side...my burnt fortune cookie reckons that someone close to me will win a fortune!

Went here for the first time Saturday night as go sing was too busy and as of Sunday morning I was starting to feel iffy, come later in after noon my stomach was bubbling and I was going to the toilet untill gone midnight, I was very bad, today I still feel awful and sick, struggling to eat, my partner is also now feeling the same and had to come home from work

Just had Spring Rolls, Chicken Curry & Egg Fried Rice, the Spring rolls were dry the pastry sad , not crispy. The texture of the chicken in the curry was indescribable and the sauce didn't taste like curry. Have had meals from here before and have always been ok but will certainly not be returning

Always enjoy eating from Spring, the staff are always very friendly and I get the home order fairly quickly! :)

I'm currently sat here, and have been for the past hour, trying to get through on the phone. I'd love to review the food but I can't! One star for phone service.
