Starbucks in Rushcliffe

Need to update opening hours!! States it's open till 8 but arrived at 19:30 to find it closed and locked up!

Ordered a strawberry refresher and it came with no strawberry pieces Kinda a joke when you’re paying £7 for an incomplete drink no? Go to Costa instead.

For some reason my local Starbucks was not serving filter coffee. I thought this was a standard offer. Opted for a medium cappuccino. Way too much milk and far too weak and over priced too.

Spent the last two days in this Starbucks, getting work done while my partner was getting his qualifications. We’re not from Nottingham at all but I felt very welcomed and enjoyed the atmosphere while sitting in! Coffee was delicious and the food was lovely. Writing this on my walk to spend another day here before heading home!

Rude staff Waited 10 minutes to be served after being completely ignored by staff and 1 drink took 10 minutes to make! Drink was half full!

The ambiance was cozy and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and professionalism. My coffee was perfectly brewed, and the food was fresh and delicious. It’s always a pleasure visiting this place great vibes, great service, and great taste

Slowest Starbucks known to man. We visit most Saturday mornings before our granddaughter goes to Stage Coach. This morning we were the only people at the till and waited 7 minutes for someone to take our order, then waited a further ten minutes for three drinks. The drive through clearly has priority, there was no waiting for drive through customers. Same every week. 🙁

I went to Starbucks yesterday, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I also loved the amazing coffee and delicious food everything was perfect!

I was very impressed with the quality of service, very friendly staff and specially a guy seems very generous i asked him can i get conpana, expresso in different cup with sip lid, he didn’t hesitate said yeah why not and suggestion of white mocha with caramel love the drink. Amazing experience

I had an excellent experience at this Starbucks!!!! Two young baristas provided outstanding service super friendly. One of them had a great conversation with me about fitness, asking how long I’ve been working out and sharing some good info. It made my visit feel personal and welcoming. The drinks were made perfectly, and the atmosphere was great. Will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this Starbucks...

I regularly attend this Starbucks and I definitely rate the service! The employees are friendly and quick and the atmosphere is great for getting some work done.

I'm a regular here in an evening whilst doing the kids taxi service! The staff are always really friendly. Evenings are quiet with ambient music in the background, so reading a book is a peaceful experience. My only gripe is the early closing time during the winter months.

Really poor experience. No cups when drinking inside. Very long waits with staff taking and preparing relentless drive through orders. I don’t blame the young people working there - the machines only go so fast, after all. But if you want a pleasant and relaxing experience go somewhere else.

Generally speaking, the food is great - but the service is absolutely amazing. Aftab, Hari and Ann offered upselling technique with no pressure and made my stay within the store great. Staff here, are warm, conscientious and professional. Highly recommend 👌

Was ok but no gingerbread latte and chocolate twist tasted old. A bit disappointed, but we will survive.

We called to get a drink after a stressful night moving house and the last thing we needed was to have more stress with lazy staff who just stood round talking. It took 20 mins to get ask what we wanted not can I help you what you want. The drinks was nearly cold when we did get them and had little to no flavour after spending nearly £19 on 2 drinks and a cake that was picked up with her fingers you'd of expected a little better experience.

Best Starbucks in Nottinham by far. Clean, fast and friendly service.

Stop using customers to gamify your wait time statistics. Visited a few times now and every time I’m asked to move into a waiting bay, even when there’s nothing behind me. There’s often people parked in the waiting bays and they’re less than ideal as they’re awkwardly placed back on yourself from the drive through exit. Doing this simply to keep your statistics down is frustrating. I’d recommend going slightly further afield and giving this place a miss. It’ll save you time in the long run.

Table was not tidy. We had to clean ourselves. Toilet was very dirty. Most of the tables were occupied by people with laptop or tablet.

Ordered 2 double espresso to drink in. Requested a normal espresso cup as we got asked. They delivered only instead...reverted back and they brought the second one on paper cup, stating they ran out of Espresso cups even though we were the only in-customers at that very moment. Starbuck, no espresso cups? you best supply some from Aldi or Lidl next door come on.

Not a big fan of Starbucks' barely drinkable coffee anyway, but sometimes come because there are few other cafes around here. Staff are doing their best, but management clearly need to hire far more ppl, because there is always at least 10 min wait and the place is usually filthy. Also, you'll be given your drink in a takeaway cup even if staying in. Wasteful and tastes less good. They said they do cortado, but I was given a lukewarm flat white The only upside is that the decor is spacious and nice - but like I said, often dirty bc management don't hire enough staff

Mistake made with order at drive through one of 6 drinks ordered was not not decaf. Drink replaced, but good service ruined by being told it was my mistake. I said it wasn’t and told firmly it was. Rude individual.

Try Starbucks for a change. It can't be as bad as it was in lockdown when they failed to get my order right time and time again.... A large Americano A regular English breakfast tea An orange juice Faff faff.... wait in bay one please.. eight minute wait WHATS SO HARD ABOUT A COFFEE AND A TEA ?

I had a really bad experience at this store recently with a lady with blonde hair and fringes. I am one of their regular customers, and they know it. I requested for a glass of water with ice with my drinks, she just gave me a glass of water with lid and then when I asked for some ice she denied saying that I have to purchase a bottle and before I could say anything further, she shut the window on my face. I, being a regular customer, always place order for minimum 2 drinks and can’t I expect for a glass a water with ice if needed? I would have bought a bottle as well but with someone shutting the window, why would I ? Especially why such attitude? With such rude behaviour, I have stopped going to this store because of this person as she is always there in the morning, even on weekends. And I am not starting my day with such bad attitude and behaviour. I won’t be your customer anymore but for others, please train your staff to behave with customers properly.

There is something wrong with coffees and chai teas in this place. They are bland. No idea if they do not put the required dose but definitely not worth more than 4 pounds.

Just went to this drive-thru and had a horrible experience. I usually prefer Starbucks because staff are friendly and they always have everything available. On this occasion they did not have coconut milk or none of the food items I wanted even alternatives. The server also tried to order something different to what my partner initially asked for because they didn’t have what he wanted in stock. I also never got whipped cream on my mocha which should come as standard. Also my partner’s drink was 70% ice. Why am I paying almost £5 for a drink that’s mostly ice?! Staff were also unfriendly and somewhat rude. Will not be going here again.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks located on Wilford Lane. From the moment I entered, it was clear that the service was not up to par. It took the staff over 10 minutes to take my order, which is quite excessive for a fast-paced establishment like Starbucks. To make matters worse, they forgot to include two items in my order. When I politely asked for a receipt, I was refused not once, but three times. This lack of transparency and refusal to provide a simple receipt left me feeling frustrated and unheard. When my food finally arrived, the server handed it to me in a very unfriendly manner. She didn't even bother to mention her name or apologize for the delay. Instead, she simply said, "I don't know her name, but she ordered toast and a drink. It's here, by the way." This kind of dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service left a sour taste in my mouth.

This was maybe the most awkward visit to a place I’ve ever had. Got there 40 minutes after they opened but the automatic door wasn’t unlocked yet, and the staff member made eye contact with us and took like 1-2 minutes before she came over and unlocked it - but then she just completely ignored us and went outside to do something. We stood at the register for another couple of minutes while the other staff member also ignored us (she was doing literally nothing, we were the only peeps there and she was just standing behind the counter waiting for drive-thru cars I guess) to the point where we had to ask her if they were even open, she said yes but then kept ignoring us. The first staff member came back and said sorry, she thought we would be getting served by the other girl. After that it was fine - but maybe these staff shouldn’t be placed on the morning shift in future. Honestly it was such bad service it was comically bad.

Have been here a few times. The staff is polite but slightly slow. This isn't a problem for me as due to it being a new store some of the staff are still new to their job which is why they have started off a bit slow. Over time they should get used to what they are doing and be finished really quickly. Usually, go in the late morning to early afternoon and it's always pretty quiet and the store itself is beautiful. My rating will probably change in a few months' time once the staff feels more comfortable with their job but for now, I am happy they are doing their bests :)

- Jobsworth staff - Dirty cups/mugs left on tables/drinks pass area - staff walk past several times and still don't clean them up - Poor choice of food - Dirty toilets - Never ask for your name if you don't have the app - Approach you in car park to move - even when you've parked in a bay with no restriction markings on ground/on signs (this happened to me today) Do not recommend this branch of Starbucks!

Complaint Bri at store 61874 at 11:36 Friday 25th august 2023. Bri was unprofessional and rude. Bri took my order without asking for a name. Bri asked if it was an instore order or take out - I confirmed in store and they made my grande Macha tea latte in a paper cup and didn’t call it out so I didn’t know it was there (I was with my 2 children under 5 so couldn’t just stand waiting). When I found the drink I explained it was cold as they had not called it out and also it was in a paper cup not a mug. Bri handed me two pain au chocolat on one plate with no knife or napkin. I asked for a knife and a second plate as each pain au chocolate was for a separate child. Bri just ignored me and started making drinks despite them having a registered till open. Bri did sure enjoy making the most out of being awkward to a person alone with 2 young kids. £25 I spent in your store. And several tables were absolutely disgusting. Filthy take out cups. It’s not climate friendly to be serving clients who are sitting in store with takeout cups. I’d appreciate a response and also some customer respect from Bri.

The service is too bad that when you order through the drive way they ask you to park and walk in store to get your order plus they have on multiple occasions served all customers who came after me before asking again what was my order.

Got my order wrong, served bad iced lattices several times ( literally taste like water) and even the cup smelled kind of fishy once. Very bad customer service, I literally asked for something to clean the table cause it was very dirty he legit gave me paper towels to clean it myself, I wouldn't mind but I would have appreciated some table spray or something as the table was sticky. Does not reflect Starbucks at all, VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Guy on the till (Jon) was sending a text when I went up. I said good morning and he told me he was just texting a colleague and he'd be with me in a second. It wasn't long that he made me wait, but I think it was really poor customer service, especially since it was quiet and he could have easily waited until after her taken my order. ...also they didn't have any pain au Chocolat...at 9 am. 🥺

Nice and New coffee shop. My drink was not right so had to go back and say something. Second drink made good - happy with my experience there.

Ordered two blonde caramel iced lattes with almond milk, first they assumed they were small without asking otherwise which was fine but then we only received one drink, and it was oat milk not almond milk, we informed them of the mistake and they corrected the problem but this time they were made without caramel, when we asked them to put the caramel in we were told we did not order them with caramel they then argued that we had only ordered one drink and were basically told they wouldn’t serve us and said they would rather refund us, we were not rude, we simply said that what they were saying was wrong. Extremely poor customer service, a complete let down to such a good franchise we have never had issues at a Starbucks before. I wouldn’t like to think how much it will cost the franchisee if the staff continue to give refunds rather than correcting their mistakes.

This branch of Starbucks really doesn’t reflect the Starbucks brand. - always dirty tables, walls and floors. - rude staff - in particular a lady with dark hair tied back in a pony tail. - filthy toilets. - long queues. - rarely have any food available.

Woman on till was very rude! Sarah I believe? She didn't know how to use our gift card, so lied to us and told us we couldn't use it on certain drinks... We then changed our order and she still couldn't figure out how to use it ? Another barista came over and resolved the whole situation, while sarah stood there shaking her head pulling horrible faces and being really rude. The other barista had no problems using our gift card... Nor has any other Starbucks We received no apology from Sarah at all for the terrible customer service... I have reported this to Starbucks... So she can be re trained in customer service skills

Decent Starbucks in Wilford, West Bridgeford. Friendly and patient staff, let us take time to order. Tasty drinks, both hot and cold, though quite pricey (over £4/drink). Nice cafe overall though, clean, area atmosphere and plenty of seating available.

Drive through. No queue. Order - 1 flat white. 1 black americano. Advised "there is currently 15 minute wait". Drove to collection window. Lady taking orders just stood watching others make drinks. Our drinks took approximately 10 minutes. Advice to lady: Don't watch your colleagues. Help them! Not impressed.

Customer service is quite appalling, I don't think I'll ever come back in this shop, there's other ones where customers are more valued and treated better.

Wasn't asked if staying in, as a result was served in a to go cup. They happily remade it but it tasted off! Seems to be something wrong with the taste of the syrup. Absolutely horrible, won't complain to them twice hence the poor review!

Ridiculous I ordered a large coffee yet most off it was all over the bag so I got a small you also didn’t have other items I ordered and did nothing to help or sort the situation absolutely disgraceful

I ordered at the till and the male staff didn't know what a machiatto was he thought it was a coffee when it's a hot chocolate.i think he needs more training.

Maybe send me the items I've actually ordered or if you don't have them in stock just refund. Thanks for 2 bags of useless coffees to me.

Charged me 4.45, handed me a medium cup of plain milk with ice (I asked and paid for an large iced mocha) and then completely ignored me when I complained to her it was just milk and went to hide in the back with the other member of staff, ignoring all the customers in the shop. The same woman just turned her back on us and completely ignored us the first time we went, so we couldn't even order a drink. How does she still have a job? Basically robbed me for £4.45 and couldn't have been more rude. Best part of this starbucks is there's a dunkin over the road with friendly staff so you don't have to walk far when this starbucks inevitably disappoints you.

Amazing place it has a great taste

I asked for my water bottle to be filled, they asked the person who was handling the garbage to do this who DID NOT wash their hands nor wear gloves. 🤮 The bathroom was morbidly disgusting and my coffee cup was only half-filled. This place is a disgrace for a well reputed company and desperately needs an intervention.
