Stop using customers to gamify your wait time statistics. Visited a few times now and every time I’m asked to move into a waiting bay, even when there’s nothing behind me. There’s often people parked in the waiting bays and they’re less than ideal as they’re awkwardly placed back on yourself from the drive through exit. Doing this simply to keep your statistics down is frustrating. I’d recommend going slightly further afield and giving this place a miss. It’ll save you time in the long run.

They delivered only instead...reverted back and they brought the second one on paper cup, stating they ran out of Espresso cups even though we were the only in-customers at that very moment. Starbuck, no espresso cups? you best supply some from Aldi or Lidl next door come on.

Not a big fan of Starbucks' barely drinkable coffee anyway, but sometimes come because there are few other cafes around here. Staff are doing their best, but management clearly need to hire far more ppl, because there is always at least 10 min wait and the place is usually filthy. Also, you'll be given your drink in a takeaway cup even if staying in. Wasteful and tastes less good. They said they do cortado, but I was given a lukewarm flat white The only upside is that the decor is spacious and nice - but like I said, often dirty bc management don't hire enough staff

I had a really bad experience at this store recently with a lady with blonde hair and fringes. I am one of their regular customers, and they know it. I requested for a glass of water with ice with my drinks, she just gave me a glass of water with lid and then when I asked for some ice she denied saying that I have to purchase a bottle and before I could say anything further, she shut the window on my face. I, being a regular customer, always place order for minimum 2 drinks and can’t I expect for a glass a water with ice if needed? I would have bought a bottle as well but with someone shutting the window, why would I ? Especially why such attitude? With such rude behaviour, I have stopped going to this store because of this person as she is always there in the morning, even on weekends. And I am not starting my day with such bad attitude and behaviour. I won’t be your customer anymore but for others, please train your staff to behave with customers properly.

Just went to this drive-thru and had a horrible experience. I usually prefer Starbucks because staff are friendly and they always have everything available. On this occasion they did not have coconut milk or none of the food items I wanted even alternatives. The server also tried to order something different to what my partner initially asked for because they didn’t have what he wanted in stock. I also never got whipped cream on my mocha which should come as standard. Also my partner’s drink was 70% ice. Why am I paying almost £5 for a drink that’s mostly ice?! Staff were also unfriendly and somewhat rude. Will not be going here again.

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks located on Wilford Lane. From the moment I entered, it was clear that the service was not up to par. It took the staff over 10 minutes to take my order, which is quite excessive for a fast-paced establishment like Starbucks. To make matters worse, they forgot to include two items in my order. When I politely asked for a receipt, I was refused not once, but three times. This lack of transparency and refusal to provide a simple receipt left me feeling frustrated and unheard. When my food finally arrived, the server handed it to me in a very unfriendly manner. She didn't even bother to mention her name or apologize for the delay. Instead, she simply said, "I don't know her name, but she ordered toast and a drink. It's here, by the way." This kind of dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service left a sour taste in my mouth.

This was maybe the most awkward visit to a place I’ve ever had. Got there 40 minutes after they opened but the automatic door wasn’t unlocked yet, and the staff member made eye contact with us and took like 1-2 minutes before she came over and unlocked it - but then she just completely ignored us and went outside to do something. We stood at the register for another couple of minutes while the other staff member also ignored us (she was doing literally nothing, we were the only peeps there and she was just standing behind the counter waiting for drive-thru cars I guess) to the point where we had to ask her if they were even open, she said yes but then kept ignoring us. The first staff member came back and said sorry, she thought we would be getting served by the other girl. After that it was fine - but maybe these staff shouldn’t be placed on the morning shift in future. Honestly it was such bad service it was comically bad.

Have been here a few times. The staff is polite but slightly slow. This isn't a problem for me as due to it being a new store some of the staff are still new to their job which is why they have started off a bit slow. Over time they should get used to what they are doing and be finished really quickly. Usually, go in the late morning to early afternoon and it's always pretty quiet and the store itself is beautiful. My rating will probably change in a few months' time once the staff feels more comfortable with their job but for now, I am happy they are doing their bests :)

Complaint Bri at store 61874 at 11:36 Friday 25th august 2023. Bri was unprofessional and rude. Bri took my order without asking for a name. Bri asked if it was an instore order or take out - I confirmed in store and they made my grande Macha tea latte in a paper cup and didn’t call it out so I didn’t know it was there (I was with my 2 children under 5 so couldn’t just stand waiting). When I found the drink I explained it was cold as they had not called it out and also it was in a paper cup not a mug. Bri handed me two pain au chocolat on one plate with no knife or napkin. I asked for a knife and a second plate as each pain au chocolate was for a separate child. Bri just ignored me and started making drinks despite them having a registered till open. Bri did sure enjoy making the most out of being awkward to a person alone with 2 young kids. £25 I spent in your store. And several tables were absolutely disgusting. Filthy take out cups. It’s not climate friendly to be serving clients who are sitting in store with takeout cups. I’d appreciate a response and also some customer respect from Bri.

Got my order wrong, served bad iced lattices several times ( literally taste like water) and even the cup smelled kind of fishy once. Very bad customer service, I literally asked for something to clean the table cause it was very dirty he legit gave me paper towels to clean it myself, I wouldn't mind but I would have appreciated some table spray or something as the table was sticky. Does not reflect Starbucks at all, VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Ordered two blonde caramel iced lattes with almond milk, first they assumed they were small without asking otherwise which was fine but then we only received one drink, and it was oat milk not almond milk, we informed them of the mistake and they corrected the problem but this time they were made without caramel, when we asked them to put the caramel in we were told we did not order them with caramel they then argued that we had only ordered one drink and were basically told they wouldn’t serve us and said they would rather refund us, we were not rude, we simply said that what they were saying was wrong. Extremely poor customer service, a complete let down to such a good franchise we have never had issues at a Starbucks before. I wouldn’t like to think how much it will cost the franchisee if the staff continue to give refunds rather than correcting their mistakes.

Woman on till was very rude! Sarah I believe? She didn't know how to use our gift card, so lied to us and told us we couldn't use it on certain drinks... We then changed our order and she still couldn't figure out how to use it ? Another barista came over and resolved the whole situation, while sarah stood there shaking her head pulling horrible faces and being really rude. The other barista had no problems using our gift card... Nor has any other Starbucks We received no apology from Sarah at all for the terrible customer service... I have reported this to Starbucks... So she can be re trained in customer service skills

Charged me 4.45, handed me a medium cup of plain milk with ice (I asked and paid for an large iced mocha) and then completely ignored me when I complained to her it was just milk and went to hide in the back with the other member of staff, ignoring all the customers in the shop. The same woman just turned her back on us and completely ignored us the first time we went, so we couldn't even order a drink. How does she still have a job? Basically robbed me for £4.45 and couldn't have been more rude. Best part of this starbucks is there's a dunkin over the road with friendly staff so you don't have to walk far when this starbucks inevitably disappoints you.

Awful customer service. Take no interest in the customers and chat amongst themselves rudely and really lack Intelligence on the coffee they serve. Ordered a coffee through the drive through which I was told they didn't do and 'costa' made it. When I approached the window and showed the lady in the Starbucks website her response was the 'hot chocolate' wasn't working . The drink I wanted doesn't even have chocolate in it and when questioned she didn't know what to say. Sick of not having filter coffee available, why have it on the menu if you never can serve it? Id much rather drive to costa! Our Uber orders are constantly wrong also, constantly flaming refunds for incorrect drinks or missing drinks. Want my advice , go somewhere else or Starbucks .. employ better trained staff.

JUST WRITE NAMES ON CUPS 🙃 I love having a Starbucks on my door step. Unfortunately my experiences have been similar to many of those writing negative reviews. The most frustrating thing is that they never record customer names on the cups. It’s such a simple and low effort way of keeping track of who ordered what and in what order. I’m sat here looking at 3 uncollected drinks probably the result of confusion and people worrying they have been missed, as other snap up the next “regular late” to be brought out not aware that other folks are waiting for the same drink. I feel sorry for the young and rushed staff. But it seems that they have never stepped foot in any other Starbucks. PLEASE JUST WRITE NAMES ON CUPS 👍

As I go to the gym opposite I use this Starbucks a few time but I can honestly say they haven't got their act together. I always want hot food and everytime I have been here I have to send to food back for still being cold . A few times I have had to ask where my drink is!!! Starbucks is becoming my number 1 avoid place ,bad service cold food that's supposed to be hot and not cheap for that.

The customer service and professionalism is really lacking at this Starbucks. Some staff would rather openly yorp at their team members about taking breaks than acknowledge your presence at the till. Handwritten notices of things out of order like doors or toilets along with taking a long time to clear tables, seems to bring the brand down. Great location but more training needed.

Staff are nice but inexperienced. Building is smart. Poor experience - ordered on the app for collection, arrived to find most of the order was out of stock and the remainder wasnt ready yet. Wasnt busy at all although it may have been earlier in the day (same day as Robin hood marathon). Refund of the difference was promised but never arrived. Saw another customer left waiting at the drivethru window the entire time we were there. Liked the building and the staff overall but felt they werent entirely equipped to be there. Hopefully improves over time!

Took a detour to Keyworth while en route from Kent to Nottingham and stopped here for a light lunch. Good varied menu, reasonably priced and food was great. Staff were lovely and friendly.
