Im a very big fan of scoops have been a regular customer for a while always comes fresh and tastes good I give 5 stars for the delivery and 5 stars for taste but on the last 2 occasions of having my waffle I’ve had a very salty unusual taste to it :(

Mal pedido a través de uber envió parte de pedido. Señor en el teléfono tenía un inglés terrible no podía reembolsar mi comida que faltaba todavía en el mostrador que dijo que no tiene gerentes allí para devolverme mi dinero - no feliz.

Large store outlet with a good range of things to buy. Staff are very pleasant. They don't accept pillows or duvets but do accept electrical goods to donate.

Nice hotel, but staff look tired and bored. Only the cleaning lady was jolly and friendly. Fire alarm went off before 8 am on Sunday for 2 seconds then was stopped. It was not pleasant and a reason not to go back. No apologies or anything else, just the usual unlikely excuse of a hair dryer. No "how was your stay" question in checkout. It's not a hotel but a wedding venue. Historic building is interesting, Location for river walks amazing. Breakfast overpriced for what it was.

I ordered food and the worker at the till was very arrogant and rude acting like a rowdy gangster like young lads do think she forgot she’s only a worker!! Food deliberately overcooked because she didn’t like the way she got a response back Definitely go somewhere else next time, was a waste of money and food had to be thrown away and ordered from elsewhere Bit of advice to everyone spend money wisely unfortunately something I didn’t do Definitely not kid friendly as the way she was creating a scene

The New Castle Pub, Sneinton – Grand Reopening! Recently reopened, The New Castle Pub (Est. 1923) still holds its classic charm. Great vibe, friendly crowd, and a perfect spot for a night out with friends. Definitely worth checking out!

Our afternoon tea was a gift from our daughter. The waitress was lovely and extremely attentive but the afternoon tea itself was very average. A selection of teas but all teabags! Afternoon tea usually consists of a selection of finger sandwiches and then homemade cakes. There were finger sandwiches but the fillings were very bland. There was a minute soggy pastry tart and a soup! The scones were good but very small and these are usually the centre piece of the tea but instead a slate filled with huge cakes was served. The almond tart didn’t taste of almond and the orange muffin was very heavy. Not nice at all. Have had far better.

Hace años que pido cucharadas. Hoy es la última vez que mi familia o yo les pediremos de nuevo. Traje masa para galletas y estaba vil, sin cocinar y sabía asqueroso, llamé a la tienda y me dijeron que han cambiado de proveedor y que no había mucho que pudieran hacer. Más de £ 7 han perdido un cliente que nunca volverá a pedir de ellos. He hecho masa de galleta fresca y nunca sabe así. Completamente empapado y no comestible. Fue directo a la papelera

10 de 10 para el servicio al cliente. Los pasteles se veían increíbles, así que es el primero de mi lista para el dulce de fin de semana. Muchas gracias por permitirme utilizar su baño pequeñas cosas como esas son verdaderamente monumentales de ahí la reseña y la próxima visita.

A few things that people should be aware of prior to booking here. Firstly the food is fine, reasonably priced and I have no complaints here. The staff although obviously not professional are attentive. Secondly this restaurant is operated with Muslim values and therefore does not serve or allow alcohol. Thirdly it has a political agenda and supports the ban on Coca Cola products (not just coke) I believe this is due to circumstances in Gaza. And lastly but most worrying is that this is a cash only business and you will be directed to the cash machine at Tescos across the road. The reasons for this could be to avoid tax or more worryingly to help fund overseas organisations that are not legitimately funded or recognised by the Uk government. This of course is conjecture and there may be completely legitimate reasons for not wanting to have a method of payment that is traceable and accessible to audit.

Highly recommend always great food and service 10/10

Shop is 4 min away from my house i returned from hospital and they took more then 2 hours

I had chicken wings last night it was so tasty and delicious, wings and load fries are highly recommended
