Food is ok but shop not a clean everywhere look dirty

Another visit to this place! Small breakfast, beautifully cooked especially the egg it was just how I like it without a hard skirt it was perfect for my liking. Friendly staff and a warm welcome … thanks again Daleside you are top of my list for breakfast in Nottingham!

I ordered food and the worker at the till was very arrogant and rude acting like a rowdy gangster like young lads do think she forgot she’s only a worker!! Food deliberately overcooked because she didn’t like the way she got a response back Definitely go somewhere else next time, was a waste of money and food had to be thrown away and ordered from elsewhere Bit of advice to everyone spend money wisely unfortunately something I didn’t do Definitely not kid friendly as the way she was creating a scene

The place itself was in a lovely position, with walks nearby, but the food on the evening we were there was very disappointing.

Great value food and drink in a nice environment. Excellent motorhome stop for central Nottingham, has a large flat and safe car park. Quiet at night. Short bus ride into town. Winner

They don't answer the phone to ask if they are open

Our afternoon tea was a gift from our daughter. The waitress was lovely and extremely attentive but the afternoon tea itself was very average. A selection of teas but all teabags! Afternoon tea usually consists of a selection of finger sandwiches and then homemade cakes. There were finger sandwiches but the fillings were very bland. There was a minute soggy pastry tart and a soup! The scones were good but very small and these are usually the centre piece of the tea but instead a slate filled with huge cakes was served. The almond tart didn’t taste of almond and the orange muffin was very heavy. Not nice at all. Have had far better.

When I went in, I thought, instant 5 stars, it is very well maintained. I ordered a Cookie Dough ice-cream and it tasted great. The staff were super nice. If you want a dessert, go here.

Lady who delivered managed to find our flat even tho the telecom didn’t work! Thankyou! Food was lovely ❤️ food was hot and plenty of it! Tasted fresh too :)

10 out of 10 for customer service. The cakes all looked amazing so its top of my list for the weekend sweet treat. Thank you so much for allowing me to use your rest room little things like that are truly monumental hence the review and the soon to be visit.

Raw nasty steak came after 5 years. Was way better before with previous owner. Steak had smell to it and tasted awful

The other day I sent my partner here to get a biscoff milkshake and wings for me. The milkshake was spectacular in comparison to its local competitors, it was packed with flavour and super generous in portion. It went down a treat. In terms of the wings, we had the sriracha ones which tasted delicious and I could have sworn there was an extra one in there. We were so happy with our order from here that we feel tempted to come back and try some other treats!
