10 out of 10 for customer service. The cakes all looked amazing so its top of my list for the weekend sweet treat. Thank you so much for allowing me to use your rest room little things like that are truly monumental hence the review and the soon to be visit.

This place is amazing. Its a lovely little gem, clean and well presented and OMG what a cake display they must have about 40 cakes to choose from. We had redvelvet and a lemon cheesecake both were fantastic. Thanks to the lovely staff we will see you again, oh and that was a brilliant Latte I had !

I popped in here the other day and I’ve got to say I was extremely disappointed, I went the the one in Nottingham when I parked up I thought how scruffy and dirty it looked and hoped it would look better inside, inside there was a group of lads that looked a bit thuggish, it made me order quickly and get out . I brought two slices of rainbow cake, and a chocolate cheesecake slice, stale and nasty ! The cream tasted off and the sponge was soggy, on the chocolate cheesecake the cream tasted off and the base was definitely stale. Not nice 14.50 for bin food! I won’t go there again and I strongly recommend health and safety get in there and do some testing on the food and hygiene

Hi, I used to visit this shop years ago and it was good. Friends suggested I get a cheesecake from here. I was in doubt when I was told that all the cheesecakes are frozen now and not freshly baked but felt under pressure to buy. I got to the shop and was surprised at the price of £14.80 for a cheesecake that isn’t that big. You can get about 12 slices out of it. The topping is like a strawberry jelly, with some fresh cream swirls on the top. I thought for the price tag, it must taste better than it looked. I was very disappointed and so was my husband. Both of us thought we could have got much better from a supermarket and won’t be returning to buy anything at full price again. The quality is not the same and I think that’s are Costco or something in g similar just frozen bow and not freshly made as they used to be.

Hi dear who it may concern as a loyal customer with cheese cake my friend purchased yesterday a cake from one of your polish staff Kaarolina Paawinska which was more expensive in the shop.. she delivered it with a guy in a silver focus.. with no receipt or any ingredients...info could you please consider this majorly as I have had food poison since I have eaten and my baby is not feeling good iswell she advertised this on fb page for good deal.. And one lady said she does the always, she got same problem with her 1 year before. ! Please contact me urgently before I take it further with my solicitor and trading standard!! Visited recently was impressed by the order and pick up service but on arrival to collect our order was not ready. The lady was friendly and did apologise she went in to the back and came back with my order again she apologised as I had to wait and I was given my order. On arrival at home we opened the cheesecake box and went to cut the cheesecake and it was completely frozen. This was a treat as the cheesecakes are not cheap and to get it home and be frozen. We have emailed and received no response, for the price I felt frozen cheesecake was unacceptable.

I bought a Strawberry cheesecake and we all agree, we don't think there is anywhere that we have been that can match the quality of this cake, it's pure quality! Yum.

Brilliant service and beautiful cakes! Tuesday I got half a chocolate cheesecake with strawberries on top, and today (Saturday 6th may ) I picked my birthday cake up, which was the rainbow torte, amazing everyone thoroughly enjoyed it, highly recommend and at a great price! 25 pounds for a full cake! 😘

Cheescake Shop has several cafe's/ shops with most in and around Greater Nottingham. This one is the headquarters and has a nice inside and outside seating area. I remember when I was younger and used to eat Cheesecakes, at University my New York friends made their traditional Cheesecakes and when we grew apart and they returned back to the USA or to London, I lost my chance to eat the delicious Cheesecakes, the American way. Of course you can buy them from any shop but the base is often horrible and the main section is not with that REAL taste. Pret A Manger is a nice place to have a Cheesecake as well as other speciality shops but I and my family were always drawn into eating from The Cheesecake Shop. I was very hesitant and worried about the taste and flavor and one day got the courage to pop in and buy an American Baked Cheesecake slice even though there are options to buy a whole cake. The slice was divine, it was just as my American friends made and was utterly delicious. The base was beautifully done and the main part was sensational. Now a regular customer and re-introduce my American friends from London to this new company, they even admit that The Cheesecake Shop produces, designs and makes great cakes. There is plenty of choice, and even though I have tried 8 types and been 11 times in just 2 months, I really need to go and try more, this is officially the best Cheesecake that I have ever tasted...
