Great two bar pub, very friendly and helpful staff, it's a proper local!

Good place tucked away. Very good prices and efficient service. Locals are welcoming.

Gone past this place on numerous times and never been in but recently we've visited a few times and it's a quiet bar but the beers good,the customers and bar staff are friendly So definitely worth a visit.

Came in with my partner on 4/2/22 it was about 845pm we just wanted a couple of pints we both just finished work.we both work in a care home. bar wasn't busy. I got a seat and partner waited to be served. After other people, then other customers came in after us, and then some other person came in.so the woman went to the other 3 people and didn't served my partner. And we been waiting for ages. So we won't be coming again and we will be telling other people not to come .

Locals pub with a small range of beers. Staff are friendly and helpful, the place has a nice atmosphere, a pool table and plenty of seating in the conservatory.

Welcoming, friendly bar. Would recommend to anybody who's after a drink in a nice, clean pub. (It's got a pool table and smoking area too) 10/10. The landlady has been running pubs for years and is at her element, lovely lady, honestly can't ask for a better pub close to the city centre. The pub has actually got a medieval basement which they've dug out and revealed year old architecture which I was personally given a tour of, very exciting, ask about it when you go in and you might be able to have a look! Can't say enough, top pub. Thank you. 👍

An amazing pub friendly environment and the landlady he won't take a penny more than she wants she rents out the room for free the dinners are cheaper than going to McDonald's and the food is amazing everybody in here is a nice song everybody's connected through the Sneinton it's a community pub and I enjoy going

Quirky pub, the owner Judith decided to buy, refurbish and open her own pub just before her 80th birthday. Great Sunday lunch for just a fiver. Judith previously ran the Castle pub close by (now the Nottingham Legend). As far as real ales on offer she focuses on local small independent breweries.

This pub was dirty and the landlady was horrible. The pub was like a graveyard nobody as such was in the pub when me and my husband went there the other day .they don't serve food there no TV to watch sport .it was a horrible experience and me and my husband wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
