Brill time got served fast was packed but great vibes, got kicked out dead fast after close but that's fair they want to go home and they were nice enough to let us use the toilet first great people.

We had a wonderful time here when it was hosting The Nottingham Forager for one of the mushroom talks. The venue was lovely very spacious and clean. The staff were amazing, really helpful and fun.

I went there for the first time the other night expecting the average bar experience but was welcomed with the worst bar tender I have ever met. I had noticed he scammed a customer of a £9.50 tip and when I went to point it out he got angry and threw a lime at me. Someone next to me saw that and threw the limd back at him to which he automatically assumed it was me and proceeded to spray me with soda water and ignored serving me. I have never met a ruder, distasteful and off putting bar tender in my life. He not only ruined my night, but also the person he scammed of a tip and the others he managed to squirt with soda water who were beside me. After asking a different bartender I found out that his name was Lawrence Farmer… I do not believe he’s cut out for any job that interacts with customers.

I had an amazing time at Mojo Nightclub! The venue stays open late, which is perfect for a night out. The dance floor is fantastic, offering plenty of space to dance and great music to keep the energy up. The drinks are reasonably priced, making it an excellent spot for a fun and affordable night. Highly recommend!

Best place to go to after hours

Had an amazing mushroom themed evening with the Nottingham Forager at Mojo. Made mushroom cocktails with Lawrence..much fun.

I went to a mushroom workshop with the Nottingham Forager at Mojo. This included making a cocktail with the lovely Lawrence. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we came in. Thanks for a lovely evening. It's a great venue. 👍

Spent a slightly drunken Bank holiday Sunday throwing some shapes and great time had!

On the 26/5/2024 my partner got assaulted by one of the door staff because apparently he was filming a woman inside, which is not true because his battery died and there was no videos on mine either. When he went on to defend himself telling the door staff it wasn’t him he was punched so hard that it caused a nosebleed and him to be knocked on to the floor I had to quickly put him in a taxi home when he got home he was complaining his shoulder was hurting so he went to hospital and he has broken his shoulder. I’m absolutely disgusted in the aggressive behaviour the doorman caused to my partner. The police have been informed and will be investigating this matter.

Bad tempered aggressive bouncers , just want trouble , awful people.

Fantastic place. Always very welcoming and smiling staff (Even the door staff). The drinks are always on point, I really enjoy coming here and letting my dreads down after work it feels very safe and I always have a good laugh with a lot of the staff but especially Jr, Jack and Kourtney.

Great atmosphere! And helpful bouncers! Also, you get to dance on the tables which is so fun!! 😁

Was there at the weekend and the music was good, the atmosphere was good. Unfortunately the small brunette barmaid behind the bar was awful in the way of customer service. She was rude, ignorant and made us feel guilty about ordering a drink. My mate added a drink into his order and she rolled her eyes like it was an inconvenience and turned her nose up. Shocking. Only thing I can think of is she must have had the painters in. Shame really.

The security guard are beating so personal to the people I don’t know why are they doing that to one person,is it for one reason they are soo annoying to the students

This isn’t the usual type of place I go in at my age (59 years old) but my daughter and son in law had come over for a family birthday and after it finished we decided to go into town. We had been having a good night until we ended up in this place firstly I thought it was a bit overcrowded and there wasn’t enough staff on so it took an age to get served and then get charged £6 for a pint of nasty Heineken! Then things got really bad whilst I was stood with my daughter she noticed a young black guy drop a pill into my pint which was behind me on a shelf when we challenged him he became really aggressive and then a member of door staff came over and physically threw me and my daughter out the club and in the process ripping my top to a state were I can’t wear it again.When we tried to explain to other door staff outside to what had happened they didn’t seem interested but got very angry when we told other people in the queue what had happened, seems like this place turns a blind eye to people having there drinks spiked if I was you I’d avoid this place like the plague!!!!

This place is amazing, Lawrence behind the bar made us feel instantly comfortable and it's an asset to the company!

Amazing little place opening late on a Monday to serve our staff evening out. Fantastic and friendly service from the staff. Enjoyed the cans of Hooch but they also sell a great range of cocktails which my wife and work wife enjoyed.

Had a cocktail making class 20/01. We were late to start which was our fault but the bar guys were so lovely about it. Had the best time making cocktails and mocktails. Staff went above and beyond to entertain and look after us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, would also love to go back and do it again! Thanks for being great, didn’t catch your name but the guy with the topknot was an absolute angel! 👍🏻

We celebrated my friend's birthday by doing the cocktail making class and Lawrence was absolutely amazing!! We all had a great time and lots of fun with him! Ever so entertaining. And also really helpful, supportive and accommodative of all my requests. Highly recommend!

First time visiting Mojo on Saturday afternoon. I was surprised to see such a brilliant range of vegan options. Best vegan pizza I’ve had honestly and the fries were spot, top work from Chef Jethro. Shout out to Lawrence for providing brilliant service at the bar. Will definitely be back!

The bouncers were aggressive and started on my partner for no reason. I will certainly not be going back here. We were on a quiet night out and it ended in my partner being shoved to the floor. Would not recommend.

Always a very friendly atmosphere with the music and bar service. We had a nice meal with our dogs sat along side us. There’s always plenty of space so it’s ideal for us. The staff are always brilliant with the dogs and make a real fuss of them.

WHERE TO START! Booked a bottomless brunch for 40 of us here and all I can say is every aspect was dealt with perfectly. I’d like to specifically say Lawrence made a huge difference in the experience being unrivalled. We were a big group, understandably a little rowdy and excited. Drinks were constantly flowing and the whole group was being managed perfectly. We didn’t have to wait at all for anything - even the food (Which was absolutely gorgeous). They catered for the vegans and veggies in the group and even made sure those who weren’t drinking had mocktails and shots to feel involved. I can’t put into words how well Lawrence, and the rest of the staff, served the group. From the moment we came in till the moment we left, everything was being done to make sure we were having a great time. I’ve never had such a high level of service on personal and professional level anywhere - let alone a bar. Everyone in the group agreed that this was the best bottomless booking they’d ever been too. The drinks, the music, the food, the atmosphere was all 10/10. The day was a huge success and I have Lawrence to thank for making it special for everyone involved. Thank you so much for an incredible experience. Worth every penny!!!! I’ve never seen an individual manage such a big group of pissheads so well in my entire life!!

Came here for the Mushrooms at Mojo night for pizza and cocktails, we have never been before but it's a great atmosphere, delicious food, we really enjoyed sampling the mushrooms. Friendly barman and great burning tikki cocktails too. And a good soundtrack right up until they started playing Hey There Delilah which nearly made me choke into my Dark n Stormy. Will definitely come again.

Food is amazing and service is top notch always quick and entertaining, the staff really bring the life of the party. The venue is astonishing with all the photos of bands from the best years of music. Must try the cocktails!! Also an insane whiskey collection.Good times forever

This bar used to be not so bad, but the lighting just seems to be awful now, it’s really bright in there, people standing on tables but it’s cringe cus it’s bright and ‘sticky’. Drinks very expensive and not even many people in there.. paid £4 for a half pint. Service not unfriendly but not particularly welcoming. This place could improve greatly with better lighting and better music, and better prices.

Amazing bar, even when it’s not busy, Lawrence always brings the place to life.

Been here several times in the past year and Lawrence has remembered us each time, making our night out totally un-memorable! 🥴 The consummate barman, even when we were the only people in the place (early!) he creates a party atmosphere. Go and see him!

Mojos is a place a frequent on a night out usualy toward the end of the night. But recently been in twice for food and a sneeky lunch cocktail. Laurance made the nicest parma violet gin something it was right up my street and the hand stretched pizzas i cant get enough of by far the best pizzas ive had to date. The smashed burgers are also amazing.

Had a wicked night here. They've got some of the best music from all eras here, the cocktails are banging, and I had a good laugh with Mat, one of the lads collecting glasses and he worked his socks off the whole time we were there. Quality bar overall!

Go in for drinks whenever we decide to venture into town. I'm getting on now so it's nice to hear some good rock music in a lively place. We always try to get Jethro to make our drinks because we like to change it up and that boy knows his drinks. Always able to make us something we've never had before and they are actually nice, also try asking him for something off the menu. Jethro has never let us down yet! The rest of the staff are always friendly too, Loz always runs up to us to give us a big welcome and is there for a laugh and a dance when he is needed. We are always sorted out and looked after, we will be coming round for more very soon!

We did a bottomless brunch and had the time of our lives. Lawrence looked after us the whole time and nothing was too much. We danced all afternoon, the food was great and the drinks just kept coming. Each cocktail was amazing too, wouldn’t go to any other brunch!

I like to go when it's not so busy. It's fun, friendly and everyone has a great time. Lizzy and laurance on the bar are by far the most funniest, friendly and entertaining bar staff I have ever met. One of the best places to go out later on in a night out in Nottingham open till late nice friendly staff and bouncers drinks are a reasonable price. Very mixed crowd suitable for everyone

Amazing venue with Amazing staff and music

I visited Mojo for a birthday surprise bottomless brunch. Lawrence at Mojo couldn’t have been any better. Absolutely outstanding service, drinks kept coming, and he delivered the party vibe. 10/10 will definitely come again just to hang out with Lawrence.

This is an incredible establishment! The staff are so friendly even in exceptionally busy periods! Lindsey in particular was wonderful! I would go here again!

Incredibly rude, arrogant and sarcastic bar staff who weren’t willing to correct their errors on a drinks order. Can’t describe the way they were behaving. Continually laughed in our faces when we were speaking to them in a professional manner. It took another member of staff to come and apologise for how horrendous they had been.

I went in here with a feeling of trepidation - would it live up to all the hype I’d been hearing? Alas, moments after walking through the doors my mind was put at rest - what a venue! I conversed with a lovely lady called Lindsey, who appeared to be the manager. I’ve never felt more welcome, and she made sure my drink never ran dry. In some ways she reminded me of my own mother, in her friendly demeanour. Needless to say, I shall be returning when possible. The only drawback is that I live in Aberdeen, so the price of an Uber is prohibitive.
