Sorry to give you 2 stars but came in on 17th March for a drink for my birthday, I had a double Irish whiskey price £7.50 and the glass in which in was served was very dirty and still warm coming out of a dishwasher, it didn't look like it had been washed for ages, please try and keep your glasses clean.

Love this pub…. But they’ve taken the jukebox out! Now listening to a radio station with adverts! Bring back the jukebox..! But staff as fab as ever especially Dawn and Vicki..

The pub offers a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere; I highly recommend it.

Food was undercooked. Asked management to look into this for me, and I lost my rag because they wouldn't address the elephant in the room

Top pints, top clientele, top music, even at 5 pm on a Monday. Great bus connections too. Not really a negative but I needed some stuff from Wilko's next door, shame it's closed... Would recommend to family and friends!!

Lovely traditional pub-catering for all ages-my husband and I were able to actually able to sit on a chair...not perched on a high stool as seems to be the fashion in most pubs nowadays.Staff friendly,good atmosphere-definitely will visit again.

We walked in and I saw my long life friend James, Bret and Enoch where really, nice and friendly they are all good bartenders and where very welcoming. The old dog is very nice.

We popped in on a Saturday night whilst visiting Nottingham and found it to be very friendly, and very busy! There was a decent selection of real ale and it went down nicely. There was a disco going on, which some visitors might not like. The pub crowd was mostly older local people out for the Saturday night, and we found it to be lively and very welcoming. Cheers!
