Food is ok but shop not a clean everywhere look dirty

We had food from the restaurant yesterday and it was quite disappointing. We ordered lamb seekh kebab, chicken tikka fillet burger, chicken burger & lamb burger. Every single thing was bland. Keeping aside the spices, the simplest seasoning such as salt & pepper were missing. The lamb seekh was dry and hard. The chicken in the tikka fillet burger was so dried out that it felt like board, quite hard to chew. The lamb burger felt stale. The chicken burger was alright. I doubt we’d be eating from the restaurant again.

Food is OK. Needs a good clean. Staff friendly enough. The sticky carpet has been down since the dawn of time 🙈. Roti and masala fish 👍🏼

I ordered 2 LARGE pizzas and on got regular I ordered 8 chicken nuggets for £2.50 and only got 4 but still paid the same price, they were rude when we picked our order up. We will not be ordering from this place again

I have been ordering mixed grill from here over the years, one of the best takeaway options in Nottingham. Although when I do order I have noticed that the portion size has been decreasing over the years

I ate here when it 1st opened, the kebabs were massive!! Went in the other day for a kabab and it was half the size. Gutted 😪

Cant mess with the mix donner sizzler tray. A little over priced but lads work hard they deserve the extra bit of cheddar. Customer service alright aswell.

Pizza is ok quality, was fresh first 2 orders then they gave me stale pizza base with hardly any chicken. Need to sort out the chips, oil tastes like its been used for years, couldn’t eat more than 3.

Very bad service rang and ordered food at 7:00pm for collection at 8:00pm, had to wait another 40min. The food was well below average.

1st and last experience. Bad Oil was used, struggling with flu and throats burning since yesterday after I had their food. .

Popped in only to be completely ignored. Discovered later they have a 0 hygiene rating so I'll consider myself lucky.

Went into this shop and no one bothered even serving me. Yet a man comes in 5 minutes after me and he is served straight away. The shop had two other customers so the excuse that it was busy cannot be used. Never going back into this shop and will make sure I tell people about my experience.

Authentic, always great-tasting grilled food. Great location not far from City Centre and very close to a vibrant community. Parking is on-street. Limited to salad option for vegetarians / vegans.

Food is disgusting . The waiters cant speak English and don't understand your order correctly. DO NOT GO HERE!! Shah's Fast Food is better (2 Thorneywood Mount)

Quite disappointing. Although a good range of food, it tastes different every time due to the cooks using different methods of cooking or often get the order wrong. Tasteless or burnt, there's no in between.

I generally eat out in another town/city but for good delicious asian food I would recommend BBQ and Naseebs.

The place may not look all that fancy, but the food is good. Had a mixed platter to taste a bit of everything and I was impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Could do with some better heating but when the food arrived I forgot all about that.

Food is hard and cold I got a peri peri burger and the chese hadn't been melted and when you bite into the burger it's hard and very chewy and the the burger was like all broken the salad on the burger had fallen out and the doner kebab was cold so we're the chips that you couldn't bite it the sauce instead of being on the chips it was at the bottom of the box and this is not the only time it's happened Its happened twice now and I'm very frustrated of wasting money when BBQ express can't do their job right 😡🤬

Food is OK but service is terrible. The staff completely ignore you and unless you speak up and try to get their attention they will leave your standing there forever. Try Pappas for everything but do NOT order pizza from them as it's rubbery and tasteless. UPDATE - Pappas got closed down as staff had nowhere to wash their hands after using the toilet and the owners were either too tight or too stupid to address the issue. UPDATE: Pappas got closed down for being unhygienic! yuk. I used to love the place but their staff didn't wash their hands after using the toilet.

Takes far too long from ordering to actually getting your meal.. no matter what you order! The staff say '10 minutes' to everything.. it's a lie!

Dropped into this place for a pit stop, wasn't expecting much but we were definitely wrong and impressed with this establishment. We arrived 45 minutes before closing but the service and food was spot on. Excellent food, generous portion and a very reasonable price. Would even consider driving down from Birmingham just to try their mix grill again.

Best chicken (texture and flavor) of our life so far. Both for eat in and for take away. We are regulars there, even if we have to travel miles to get there. Took friends, as well. Also amazing price/quality ratio.

Come here regularly for my chicken donor meat and pineapple 🍍 pizza 🍕, only place I will have pizza from at the minute.

These guys don't know what cooking is the food is burnt low on stan dared hygiene levels are low and they charge for food but don't pack the order properly I've heard they have rats in this place too I asked to speak to a manger and was told manager has gone home I said can I speak to someone who is in charge and was told no one else is lol what a joke

HI brought food from there last night 6/2/16 Kids and myself up all night being sick stomach craps so checked and realised they have a 0 hygiene rating with environmental health I will NOT ever use again.

Ya que vivimos sólo a la vuelta de la esquina que he visitado este lugar muchas veces. La comida siempre es buena. Peri Peri pollo es muy bueno, así que es la carne de pollo. El único inconveniente es que el lugar es un poco pequeña, así que sentarse puede ser un problema, pero bueno, ¡no hay nada malo con una comida preparada.

El es un lugar donde adictos a esta comida pakistaní fabulosa. sabor increíble y eterna! El increíble calidad y el personal son muy simpáticos. Restaurante pijo pero no es un lugar para saborear de desi! Un lugar muy recomendado para todos aquellos que buscan comida porno ;)
