Large store outlet with a good range of things to buy. Staff are very pleasant. They don't accept pillows or duvets but do accept electrical goods to donate.

I come to salvation Army on a daily basis and there is never a time I have to say this, there was a worker who yelled at mine and my friends children for putting stuff in the bag. like what if we want to buy it?! The lady also muttered to herself how 'absurd' our children were. She threatened to kick us out and my son (3yrs old) was eating crisp peacefuly and she them yelled at my eldest daughter to leave. We Glady left and this is my wonderful experience at salvation Army.

Best place for bargains and staff are amazing.

Always very busy but the staff work incredibly hard to speak with and serve you, as well as answering questions. Have had some really good things from here on multiple visits

Massive charity shop and actual charity shop prices so everyone can afford it.

Lots to see and rummage through

Meant to open at 9am Looking through the window at the back and see staff standing around smoking cigarettes. Too busy to open ! Waste of time, will not be back.

Lots of stuffs to shop from, really a great visit

Tried to donate a perfectly good, though old sewing machine, they said they didn't want it despite coming up when googling where to offer your sewing machine fir others to benefit.

I just donated some things and dropped them off.

Was a brilliant shop when they first opened, could grab some really good bargains. Alas, it seems they've got very greedy. Popped in the other week for a rummage and was shocked by the price increase for things. They're wanting 4/5 quid for shabby clothes, 10 pounds for beaten up trainers etc. Selling second hand primark for more than what it cost brand new. For a charity that originated to help the needy, they've clearly lost their way and ethos as charity shops not only raise money for good causes but also give the chance for poorer people to find some bargains. I live 2 minutes round the corner but choose to take my donations to the YMCA on carlton hill as they're much more reasonable. I don't think this shop is good value at all

Great "second hand" store with a variety of clothes, occasionally furniture and great people.

This is the biggest charity shop I've seen in Nottingham.

My experience here was absolutely shocking, the lady in question who is called Tracy (I believe is the floor manager) has very little communication skills. The way she talks to people in the store is outrageous, has a very low opinion on people and looks down on them. She even talks to the staff disgustingly, I have witnessed her talking about customers and laughing very loud to make them feel very uncomfortable and not welcome and especially towards different ethnic backgrounds.

Great place to bring your donations or, buy second hand clothing or furniture. Definitely recommend. Great add in the area.

Big place with the usual 80/20 bias towards women's clothing over men's, probably even 90/10 here. Not outstandingly cheap but plenty of choice. Like most charity shops they want far too much for old chunky TV's and other old tech. And obviously don't sell many because I see them weeks later .

They are selling a product without a label on, and when you want to return it they don’t letting you. Horrible experience, this is not how one charity organisation should works. £3 t shirts what does not suit, now that money is in the bin. If they selling something for 50p and give you receipts you still have a right to return it, and it’s they problem if they do not outing label on it as they “assume” that you will not return it . This is you right as a customer and I did have receipt. Horrible customer service, embarrassing that they call them self a charity. I never had this kind of experience before, this stuff and management is very rude.

Just want to say a massive thank you to Tracy Chris Linda Matthew Nathan and all the staff at colwick for all the excellent service we have received in the last 12 months We love to visit on a regular basis great bargain music and atmosphere We love to have a dance as we feel valued and welcomed by all. This is a good shop if you want to get real good bargains this shop would be good if you don’t have a lot of money and you might need help with clothes cups plates knives forks and anything you need even work supplies

They didn't want our donation of dining chairs but were at full capacity and it was very busy but had a look round and some real bargains to be had..

We purchased a sofa bed and an arm chair a week ago to have it delivered today on Thursday to be told that the armchair we purchased had been sold to a bloke with a van. When if fact when they delivered the sofa to day the boss told us he delivered the arm chair to a old lady. So not only did they sell it someone else what we had bought but they delivered it the next day for them. They are Liars.
