Scoops Express Desserts in Nottingham

Im a very big fan of scoops have been a regular customer for a while always comes fresh and tastes good I give 5 stars for the delivery and 5 stars for taste but on the last 2 occasions of having my waffle I’ve had a very salty unusual taste to it :(

I ordered from here via Uber Eats and did not receive my order. This is the second time it has happened when ordering from Scoops. I will not be ordering again.

Came home and checked order was wrong. I placed an order for brownies but got waffles instead… very disappointed as had to wait when order status on website was ready.

they delivered my milkshake upside down and the cake was so cold it had frost on it really disappointing

Great amount of seating. A good varied menu. Always served promptly. The milkshake was nice and thick which I like

Food was good just a little cold. The delivery driver was rude and had a bad attitude towards me when dropping off my food. Chucked the receipt in my face and was rude about it

Fabulous food and finally found a place that does BBQ sauce like I remember from years ago. Really impressed with delivery especially Billy who is always spot on, a great person to deliver to you ( the others are good but Billy stands out so gets a mention )

I ordered a biscoff milkshake from here the other day and it was nice due to thickness of the drink which you don’t tend to get in other shops. However, the person making could have been more generous with the spread or biscuits used because it did taste quite watered down… it leaves the consumer wanting for more but not in a discontent way rather than wanting to buy more. The service from the friendly staff is otherwise exceptional and the treats always come out with great taste and speed.

Ordered churros, waffles and cornflake tart. The food was ok but i think pricey for what you get and quality the sauce should be in a pot for the churros to dip rather than going hard on top of the churros

Always order from here but the milkshake I had tonight was meant to be biscoff and had hardly no biscoff in at all!

Came early, but items were cold!

Usually order from here every week but the last 3 weeks it's been very disappointing. Our order 2 weeks ago didn't even turn up as we ordered online and our order tonight was extremely disappointing. I ordered the kinder crepe, the crepe was stuck to the paper and cold and all that was on the top Was abit chocolate sauce and 4 Bueno pieces. My partner had the malteaser waffle, the waffle felt apart when he tried to eat it and only had about 5 malteasers on it. I wonder if you have had a change over of staff but the food has gone down hill.

Food always comes quick and is always unreal

Great milkshake and the service is great. The place is slightly out of the way from town but we used their online offering to get a discount and honest was well worth it. Place is family friendly and milkshake and the warm desserts tasted amazing. We ordered the marriage material shake which had an amazing for all who love chocolate. The bubblegum shake, which has to be one of the best in Nottingham also went done a treat.

Ordered brownie and tasted and looked like chocolate cake.. wasn't sure of the order

Just had a delivery from here and it was absolutely disgusting! Came late, milkshake tipped upside down and all over the bag and rest of the order. The cornflake tart was soggy and tasted off. The sponge was that hard I could have knocked someone out with it. It also tasted off. The whole thing was stone cold. The snickers milkshake tasted like water and the bubblegum milkshake (what was left of it) was powdery in my mouth. No cover for the top of the drinks like most delivery restaurants so could have been tampered with and would have stopped the spillage! It was absolutely disgusting. It offended my mouth. I wouldn’t order here again if it was free, cheap and the last place to eat on earth 🤢

ordered lemon cheese cake well vanilla with a blob of what tasted like lemon curd on the top and a little frozen. Gelato was a little runny but tasty.

Food was delicious, cornflake tart and custard was better than I remember at school kids loved there cookie dough packed full of the fave chocolates. And the churros were to die for. Delivery was early and the driver was pleasant. Will deffo order again

We have been visiting this place for a while but today's visit was absolutely a waste of time & money.we were totally ignored by the staff,our order was missed and The Food was served Very late.

The desserts are generally really nice and tasty and I enjoy them but PLEASE ask your staff especially all the young girls serving and handling food at the till and behind to wear HAIR coverings and gloves. Long nails and hair all open is NOT APPEALING when someone is handling your food. It’s yuck. It’s a SIMPLE food hygiene thing.

One of the worst store in seninton I have ever seen poor customer service, didn’t put noodles inside the falooda and said call us from same number will give you free faloda next time , and now when I called them they said we don’t have any note with your phone number totally unprofessional and poor Customer service with fake promises. Be careful when they promise anything for future

This was my first experience of Scoops as I often see that it's busy. Well I'm in the place now and omg the service by a lovely girl called Iman was excellent and the ice creams which I and my sister had in a tasty cone well it was all delicious. Well done for the owners staff and managers of this place, well needed in sneinton.

Ordered several times from here and found the deserts misleading causing me to leave this review. An example of this is the “Dairy Milk Caramel” milkshake that is definitely not Cadburys chocolate nor does it have caramel in. Same goes the the “Bueno” milkshake that doesn’t contain kinder chocolate but they charge nearly £5 for a shake. Basically being cheap on the ingredients but charging you FULL price. I won’t be coming back

Bought a waffle and 3 donuts but they gave me 4 donuts instead when i gto home to eat j felt like i died and went to heaven amazing customer service amazing food amazing place will definitely revisit recommend

I’ve got food Poising since Saturday, I had a cookie Dough but I think it wasn’t cooked Properly. I’ve been sick, with a stomach upset, temperature I called 111 last night they were due to send an ambulance out because it was concerning. Am in bed with a high temp chills and aches me and my husband are really un well, will not be eating from here again. Keep throwing up and going to the loo constantly, be careful what you eat when you go. My baby is 1 years old and his stomach is really bad, he’s not eaten properly since.

AVOID!!!!! Food never arrived even after calling twice and being told it was on its way both times. Really disappointing

Really nice. Great selection of desserts including old-school cornflake tarts with custard. Kids really enjoyed it. Good location, good venue and good service.

Ordered a sticky toffee pudding there was nothing sticky or toffee about it. Just a sponge and custard. Not impressed. The other order was a sundae that didn't come with the pot of ice cream or wafer.

Normally everything never goes bad with my orders but today they forgot to add my gelato in 2 of my desserts. Called up to let them know, they said I can collect , upon collection it was very tasteless.

Good food, reasonable price and quick delivery.

Went in around 10pm. It was busy but manageable . We seated our selves and ordered at the till. The staff seemed interested in online orders than in store. My kinder bueno milkshake was tasteless and waffle was slightly over cooked. Ice cream was lovely and my diet coke. Loads of room for improvement. Please prioritise appropriately.
