Very nice room double bed in the twin rooms , clean. Not really used the services but staff are there and happy to help.

Convenient hotel located within walking distance to quite a few tourist spots. Staff is friendly and rooms were comfortable.

Great hotel and service, food menu varied for all tastes

We stayed in room 118 for 3 night starting from 17th April. On arrival we found the room cold & dark ( heating took a while to heat up) We found the springs in the bed lumpy . Our first night sleep was terrible , ( all we could here was boom boom from music ) i phoned reception & finally got to sleep at 05.30. More noise second night & phoned reception again around midnight. We slept o.k. Bye the third night feeling very tired we worked out the music was possibly coming from reception!!! Another note , please clean behind the T.V. in room 118 , there must be about 10 years dust there ( nasty) On the bright side , the breakfast was good & the staff were polite. After spending £380 , we left feeling very tired and glad to go home. We will not stay here again mainly because of the lack of sleep & lumpy bed.

Great hotel, clean and recently refurbished. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Convenient location for our destination, room clean and enough space. Good breakfast buffet. Not sure i knew it was £5 for parking before arrival though.

Perfect. Great location, very nice staff. There is always someone there if you have any questions. Rooms are very nice and the breakfast is amazing!

Be aware parking is not free its £5 per night added to you bill even if you have booked

Only complaints so far during my stay is the WiFi is poor even when you upgrade and staff misinformed us about a cooked breakfast not being available when as we were done and ready to leave the restaurant everyone else is ordering cooked food

Excellent service from all the staff we spoke with. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful. Clean, warm hotel with a good choice of food at breakfast and dinner.

Great location with all amenities close by. Nice, clean & spacious rooms with comfy beds and a wonderful shower. Always nice to have a kettle and coffee and tea making facilities. Couldn't fault the place.

Great out of town hotel. Not too far. But much quieter than staying in the city.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Staff were friendly, amenities were great and it was very clean. The air con was set at the perfect temperature. The complimentary toiletries were very nice. The breakfast had a great selection and was very well presented. Very well located. Plenty of shops, food places and a bar or 2 in very close proximity and Nottingham city centre just a short walk away. I definitely recommend staying here and will hopefully be staying again.

Fantastic place Staff couldn't do enough for you, it was more like being on holiday than a business stay. Great Staff, Great Food. Recent refurbishment, even better.

Very clean hotel, very modern, the rooms are equipped with all the necessary facilities, nice breakfast , staff are welcoming.

They hosted our Team for the Transplant Games. The breakfast was perfect daily and staff were accommodating and gave us a room to socialize in.

Got me in a blind panic when didn't appear to be any soap available in the morning ( and I'd a date to go to) . Luckily, there was some in the shower

Good overall but be prepared to put up with some renovations noise and awkwardness.

Stayed overnight on Friday 19th April with my partner. Lots of renovations going on at the moment, which made us even more impressed with all the staff we came into contact with, especially the lady working on the temporary reception desk, who was juggling lots of people and tasks smoothly when we arrived, and was really welcoming and friendly - a great ambassador for the hotel. I wish we had her name but she was on duty at 2pm that day when we arrived. Hotel was lovely, facilities all great, very nice comfortable room, great location, and perfectly placed to walk into town or grab a taxi/bus/tram. Thank you.

Lot of refurbishment work going on. No access to any public seating/ lounge areas. Rates should have been reduced because of the inconvenience.

Receptionist was nice and friendly, and another member of staff I came across was also polite. The room (standard king) was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning seemed to work well. There was work being done which did disturb me in the morning (it was from 9am so not particularly early, but still would have been nice to relax in my room without loud drilling noises). All the drawers and cupboard doors were soft close except for the door- this really needs to be fixed because most people are not considerate enough to close their door quietly. I was disturbed when people went in and out of their rooms as their doors slammed. I'd probably stay here again once the refurbishment work is finished and if the above issues were also fixed.

Refitted room was comfortable if a little dark. Dining area non existent though due to refit.

Service excellent! The staffs are so helpful! We left our iPad at the reception counter while checking in. The staff proactively asked us if we left the iPad there during check-in. They gave me back the iPad after I unlocked it. Thanks so much for the help!👍

Check in staff was rude and unprofessional. My first such experience in an IHG hotel. Not staying here again.
