PNKS BISTRO LOUNGE LTD in Nottingham

First time trying this place while away on business, and it did not disappoint absolutely amazing food.

I used to order from these guys all the time! Their food and matilda cake was the absolute best. Recently I ordered some matilda cake via uber eats and the milk was off that they provided with the cake. I didn’t realise until i’d poured it all over there was a funny smell. I sent pictures to provide i’d done this and the food was now inedible due to them providing out of date/off items, uber reached out to them and they decided to refund £2.84 for what i’m assuming the milk and that was it! I’m ashamed i even ate food from them now. Thinking a refund like that is acceptable and no apology or attempt at reaching out. Disgusting.

Ordered on delivery via UberEats. Tried a few times so think its safe to give a valid review based on 3 or so visits/orders. First time I tried these guys was on delivery, and the food was cold and seemed smaller than anticipated (chicken tenders to be specific). Was pretty disappointed with this (as you know, reheating food loses the quality) so didn't go back again for a few months. Tried more recently when collecting, and the quality difference is astounding. Food was fresh cooked, hot, and much more enjoyable.Tried again for delivery, and though the food wasn't as good as when I collected, it was still satisfying and still enjoyable. My take from it: solid 9/10. Earns the 9 based on collection, but delivery could be a bit better, as cold food is never enjoyable.

Home from work hungry so decided to try this place and have it delivered. Now Don't get me wrong the food is quality , but over priced OR the portions way too small! . I wouldn't have ordered the beef if I had known it was just a mouthful. I thought I was ordering a meal portion. I'm not sure if someone got it wrong though, but it is only ONE PIECE for £8. ! A very small piece as well sitting on bone AND, that's all that's with it. It sits in the box by itself. No bun no salad no chips NOTHING !!! LUCKILY Thank God because I was hungry I had Also ordered the fries and the Mac and Cheese £7 or 8 more than what I wanted to spend altogether on a Tues eve But I was hungry. Well I was lef still hungry as that's only a side ! The Velvet cake was HUGE THOUGH. Enough for two. So I don't know a bout it being a student place, but for £27 I was still very hungry . my main wasnt enough by far. I would've preferred to pay and extra £4 and not be hungry afterwards. I wouldn't have given it another thought and long review if I wasn't still hungry afterwards EDITED REVIEW Thought mayb I was harsh but having read others MAYB the UBER drivers are to blame but the CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING YOU don't blame the Uber drivers, don't use them THERE ARE BETTER MORE HONEST TAXI FIRMS U CAN USE OR employ a delivery driver

Perfect spot for NTU students and whoever lives nearby as it is a few walks away, food was so nice, flavourful, the gentleman (could be the owner) was so attentive and kind. Interior is gorgeous, highly recommend!

Finally visited after a year of saying I’m gonna go this weekend gonna go this weekend. And I wish I went sooner I got the PNKS box with bbq chicken burger corn on the cob veg rice and spare rib and OMG was it all amazing the rob so tender the rice packed with flavour and the burger to die for 😍

The burger was absolutely bang on, the customer service was brilliant due to one of your staff members (nyall) the food arrived early, and I can only say it was honestly a 10/10.

As soon as you walk in you get some amazing music that gives you good vibes. Furthermore, the wait for the food is a hundred percent worth it

ordered this off uber eats, around normal price for the food. delivery driver didn’t give us our food and did not answer phone calls so we called PNKS. they handled the situation so well and sorted us out with food when we went to pick it up, -10000 on the delivery driver from uber. 5/5 for PNKS :)

Best takeaway in Notts, nothing but quality ingredients, quality service and quality atmosphere. The decor throughout the store is appealing and comfortable. Nyall gave us incredible service and our food was delightful.

Ordered take out tonight from Pinks, and oh my word! Absoultley out of this world, don't get me wrong coming from toen to ng5 area it was a tad cold, but honestly the food is to die for! Had this yesterday body feels rotten have been sick multiple times chicken was undercooked will not be returning. Another person with me yesterday has been throwing up multiples times and nearly died due to throwing up in the car while driving.have been to this place before first time food was decent second time not good will not be returning.

When I first ordered the first few times with my friend it was amazing I’ll be honest but we visited recently and it just wasn’t up to standard! The Mac n cheese was just watery and wasn’t maccin how it was supposed to, the chicken strips were very rubbery and the burger I ordered just wasn’t it!! I don’t know if it’s because when you first opened you put your heart and soul into it and now you guys fell off but I was disappointed honestly with this service.

American band here that was searching for a late night bite and Pinks saved the day! Food was 10/10, good prices, service was great. We ate in the restaurant, which has a good amount of tables and inside spots for it's size! Super cute aesthetic. The guys said their burgers were amazing, chicken was fantastic (and I'm picky), chips and mac and cheese were so so good.

I tried PNKS with my daughters and our experience was amazing from start to finish. The food is phenomenal, my daughters are fussy and it’s a task to eat out, to have them in front of me enjoying the food, eating a lot was just priceless for me. They was asking when we can go back before we’ve even left! The front of house staff was unbelievably accommodating, nicest staff I’ve ever met. The atmosphere in the shop is welcoming, friendly and calm. The shop itself is decorated to catch your attention and that it did. The girls loved it. Delicious and affordable food. The rib is tender, juicy and melt in the mouth. Rice is well spiced and Mac and cheese is creamy. The chicken is thoroughly cooked all through without any dry bits. Will definitely visit again

Came on a Thursday midday and got served by Daniel who was friendly and accommodating. Ordered a pnks box with a bbq chick burger, tenders Mac & cheese and house slaw. The chicken in both the burger and the tenders were crispy and juicy, the Mac & cheese had lots of flavour and the chips were fresh and well seasoned. Very good experience and would like to come back soon.

the fish burger *used* to be SO good when it was an actual battered fish fillet but now its just a hard, stiff sad puck of fish that's arguably worse than mcdonalds fish fillet. Love the fries tho. Please bring back the old way that u made the fish burgers PLEAAAASE <3

Came to try the hot shot chicken parmo and was not disappointed. Absolutely fantastic top quality food with amazingly friendly and attentive staff, they gave us a free cake while waiting in the very cozy and photogenic lounge area. Highly recommended and will be back.

I don't appreciate anyone to eat here ,from my experience the quality of food is not good.Yesterday I bought crispy chicken the oil used many times and the smell of chicken is not good.

I’d like to say the customer service was exceptional everyone was so polite and friendly and the chef was really nice when I asked him if he could make my chicken burger as a spicy one because I got both chicken and beef the star of the show for me was the rib seasoned to perfection and cooked bang on. Mac and cheese could have done with abit more seasonings and the spicy chicken filet could have been abit more spicer but that’s personal preference, I like the fact the corn came with butter to.

Not bad.. prices are a little crazy for the portion sizes. I got the combo box and only the burger was hot. I’d recommend using pots for the other items for deliveries. Burger was a little small. And the Mac was just tasteless. Probably stick to buns burgers.

The smash burger was tiny but tasty. Loaded chicken chips were pretty bland compared to others you can get elsewhere. Mac and cheese was pretty basic... maybe I needed to order something else? All aesthetic and no quality from where I'm standing.

Came for the first time to dine-in. We’ve had hotboxs before from bham and Manchester etc. This cost £20 with a drink for a Parmesan/rib/mac n cheese/ corn. However the portion size was tiny. It was a baby Parmesan. The food quality was decent however it was way too pricey for the portion size. Will stick to 30% Uber eats delivery if I order again.

It's rare to have no complaints! I really enjoyed the food because it was very tasty and all the textures were great! Very convenient location and pleasant experience in general! Highly recommended 💯🙏

We got the PNKS box which was great value for money with a spicy smash burger that hit just right with lots of smokey flavour and a spicy bite but not too much spice that it’s too hot to eat, chicken tenders (I can’t believe these were included! Big and juicy!), the chips made to order piping hot, macaroni cheese done right with coleslaw and BBQ dips. I ordered the Fanta ice for some nostalgic throwbacks. The atmosphere was spot on, good vibe tunes and thematic decor it’s all pink of course! Service was friendly allowed enough time to sit in before we ate without feeling rushed or taking too long. Would definely recommend.

Top food place. Best in Nottingham. You honestly can’t go wrong with any burger or item on their menu. Excellent customer service. Everyone is polite from staff to the main gaffa. Whilst you are at it, try the bbq ribs and matilda cake. You won’t regret it.

So i ordered through the website and when i got there the food wasnt ready for mix ups on systems but that happens so im good with that. but the guy at the desk was so polite and got my order ready within 10minz. He went into the kitchen and personally got the food ready for me. Think it was the manager! I had a lovely experience there. Very well mannered and polite and the food was delicious! So the 10min wait was well worth the time! I sat inside as i ordered to go and the lounge is so warm and cosy, i will be eating in next time! Loved the food and the workers are cool! Thank you!

Pretty average. Over 30 quid for food which was way over Smoked and tiny portions. I know it’s in town but felt like I was ripped off. There are other burger joints way way better

Nottingham has found it’s best burger! Absolutely amazing burger full of flavour, cooked to perfection and nicely seasoned! Loved the sauce and fresh salad, House fries were lovely too! I will be back to try the rest of the menu 😁

My girlfriend lives literally a minute walk away from Pinks so we thought we’d order last night. Omg, it was so good and less than £20 for 2 burgers and 2 big portions of their house fries. I had the American Cheese Burger and she had the BBQ Chicken Burger, it was huge! Will deffo be eating here again, go support your local independent businesses.

This is exactly what Nottingham needed! Amazing halal burgers and such a nice setting! Parking is not too much of a issue just park on derby road and it’s literally a 2 mins walk! Management and staff were lovely and everyone was asked about any feedback they would like to give for improvements. The Matilda chocolate cake is a must and will not disappoint! I will be sure to return and enjoy eating my way through the menu! The food was also halal which is always a added bonus!

Came on opening day and food was amazing, as was the service although it was busy. 🍔 Best burger I've had! Usually I find chicken burgers to be bland but the chicken was so good in this one and the sauce used complimented it well. Good value for money. Food 10000/10 Service outstanding Communication is fabulous. Very home type friendly vibe, staff are welcoming, check backs are great, never really get that anymore, Chef really outdoes himself, been twice and food has been the same amazing quality both times. I don't ever talk highly of food but this!!! I couldn't even answer when asked how the food is 😂 Thanks for not judging us for being there twice in the same week 😂

Had to give a review on this as the food was 🔥🔥 and the place has just opened. We got the PNKS box and everything was perfect even the rice was full of flavour with a little kick. Their BBQ ribs are a Madness soo soft off the bone. I got king prawn and fish bites as a side which you have to try for yourself! Even had to get extra to take away I’m definitely coming back again 🤤 Happy customers 👏🏾👏🏾

Wow finally the new joint thats about to take over food industry in notts. The food was amazing the I had box meal and had ribs which was so soft it fell off bone. Anyone who tries this place will.nkt regret it.

I went on the grand opening day, but I ordered to collect. While they are ironing out the online ordering process, the food is excellent and is great value. I love the PNKS stamp on the burger and the chips were cut in a creative groove. The atmosphere is more for young adults and small but this is the beginning. My family will order more since it is great quality food and great value. I wish them nothing but success.

Really impressed awesome looking place food definitely lived up to it. Great menu and my mrs loved the box meal with a nice bit of everything was a good option. Would definitely visit again matilda cake was scrumptious.

First time I’ve experienced such a great customer greeting was extremely polite and positive even though I was taking a long while ordering helping me every step along the way. Would not recommend any other place!!!
