I went in last week and Ordered 18 wings which came in plate looking like burnt, we ordered chicken burger with Cheese which came on table without cheese when I took it back ,the guy opened the burger and shoved the cheese which I found bit unhygienic. Burger was cold . I tried ordered from there they always mess with my order , this time I went in and still they messed up

Wanted a cheese burger ,the service assistant was nice enough but didn't speak clear or loud enough , too many choices to make to get what I wanted and stung £9.99 for it. To be fair to them it tasted okay but a lot less hassle at ronalds.

I came here because of sunrise radio, my favourite station, I hearded they recommended your food often and I see why.

the prices are fantastically expensive. Why should a chicken whose price is 3 pounds be sold for 13 pounds?

I came from Birmingham, to Nottingham for work, and was craving a pepes, I came to this branch and they didn’t disappoint, the food was made perfectly, saucy, I asked for salad with my food and they provided as well, will always come back here if I’m in Nottingham again

Ordered a Family Platter and extra Strips for over £25.00. I came all the way from Aspley and got home with items missing from my order. Especially 2x Large chips and my kids love chips. It's even too far to go back there and collect. Definately did not expect such poor standards from a Big name franchise. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPEND. I will never be going back to Pepes. That's was the last time. If I had the option I would give zero stars

Fabulous chicken wings. The best most likely in the city. The manager harshaam was kind and polite. However, the young girl at the counter was not the best at service. She spoke broken English and I had to keep repeating as she couldn't understand.. she spoke better urdu! But the peri peri chicken wings is what makes the place good at a right price 😋

Consistently serving fresh food, the staff is unfailingly friendly and cooperative.

Overall out of all 3 pepes in Nottingham, this is the most consistent overall. I wasn't impressed with their service a year ago however since then, they have been really food.

Order from here once a week never lets us down, the food is always amazingly thoroughly cooked. Excellent 👌

Pepe's Piri Piri used to be one of my favourite takeaway. However, day by day this food quality has become worse and worse. Tonight I decide this is the last time I will buy from them after this no more. The food quality is not worth the price at alllllllll. I feel so disappointed. Never buy from them again. The food quality is 0 out of 10. I was angry and don't eat the food at all! I just seriously don't understand why the food quality is so worse day by day not worth the price at all. If I bought from other takeaway with their nonsense price would get a double burger meal. The chicken Xl price £5.49 not set. Omg The chicken xl poooor quality don't look or taste like £5.49 price. They delicious but when come to quality "0" I still have a hope they will improve but tonight I'm done. The chicken and cheese quesadilla set large £7.79 for the quality I get ha ha like you guys making a joke! so tonight is my last time bought from them I'm done. I'm so disappointed.

Went there several times. Most of the times flavour was too sour. Last time they made mistake in giving the right food. When I asked they just changed the flavour and gave the same food. Manager wasn't impressive. Not going anymore.

Got the chicken the way it should be

The food is OK, some staff are undertrained and plainly incompetent. The shop itself had no heating on during this incredibly cold weather so trying to eat in was not a pleasant experience as it was freezing cold.

Food was good service was also good. I dropped £10.00 and lost it.

Food is good but not super. Rice and chicken is good but a little dry. The chicken wrap was not very good as the chicken was chewy which seemed like it was a days old not fresh.

Favourite chicken place, the chicken wings and peri-peri fries are divine. Mild is medium I'd say, never needed to go hotter but great flavours. Thanks!

I went in to order and the shop seemed busy however the staff were still friendly I received my food in 25 minutes as for the food it was the best I had tasted in fact I have been a regular customer of the other shops however this was the best I tried

Went downhill really quick, not consistent with the flavours, sometimes extreme hot isn't spicy enough and sometimes mild is too spicy. Placed an order for whole chicken and fries, as usual sauces were all over the bag, fries were cold and tasted old, tasteless 'extreme' hot chicken. Phoned up restaurant and got them to remake the order. We packed the food we already had, including fries and sauces and handed it to the driver. And guess what, no fries lol unfortunately this was the last time we ordered from here, will rather go to beechdale one as they seem to have better food quality control.

Excellent customer service, my family was fasting and they provided us with dates and water bottles to open our fast. Tasty burgers, and the seasoning on the fries was superb, the dessert place across the street makes this an excellent fast food location.

Use this place quite frequently. Love their paneer and rice. Unfortunately on this occasion the team decided to fry the paneer rather than grilling it. Would highly suggest looking into this.

The best chicken wings in Nottingham. The kids love them, I love them, good price and quality food. You can't ask for anything more. I would definitely recommend Pepe's for anyone who loves quality peri peri chicken. The staff are always friendly and professional.

First time visiting, was a little unsure but spoken to politely, professionally and gave an opinion which informed me the staff actually partook of their own cooking. After help, I choose chicken mango and lime burrito- had to laugh suggested extremely hot but had to say next time. I wanted taste and flavour not heat upon this visit, choose peri peri fries and Pepsi max. This is something I have never done before, I finished my fries first omg what a mouth orgasm, so much flavouring that it popped. Then the burrito which was so packed I struggled at first to taste the flavour and that's not a bad thing because 1.5 seconds later the burn hit and I needed a American size Pepsi max but I covered it over with the garlic mayo. I was told take as many sauces as you want and made to feel nothing was impossible from a fast food take away and ate in, fantastic and have to pay for my dad and daughter on the next visit, one wish cinnamon waffle dessert would complete this. Thank you for doing chicken right.

I’ve ordered from here a couple of time and for about 2 years I stopped ordering from here because the food wasn’t very good and the staff was rude. But today I ordered & before I placed my order I asked who I am I speaking to and I think he said seb or sib I’m not to sure either way his customer service was immaculate. I had him on the phone for quite a while and never did I hear any sass on the phone he got my order right and packed to perfection deffo gonna start ordering from here again glad I gave it another chance.!!!!

10/10 - Highly Recommended. I've Been going to Pepe's Sneinton now since they opened 2 years ago, I head there each week at least once. The food is always very tasty, well priced and the staff are all friendly, the owner Muhammad is an absolute gent and I always have a quick chat with him whenever he is around. Take it from a local, this is by far the best Piri Piri place around Sneinton.

Hit and miss we must order at least once or sometimes twice a week from here we spend loads some times the food is 10/10 and amazing, a few times I’ve had it and the chicken taste funny/old and tastes sour 🤮 and the chips are stale. No inbetween with this place . It’s either really nice or it’s not. Don’t think I’ll be going back too many times I’ve had and the chicken taste sour it has put me off. Also if you order large expect it to be a small because no matter what size you get your going to get about 5 chips

Foods alright however the customer service is atrocious-forgot part of the order to be told they were unable to send the remaining of the order out as they were “closed” yet I could still put an order through on online! Don’t appreciate being lied to my face. If I made a mistake at work I would have to sort it out not at my convenience but the customers - surely this should be the same!

Without doubt, the worst chicken I've ever had, I ordered the Chicken Burrito, for the money it is pretty small, it was basically 95% rice, chicken that I found was tough, only on my last bite did I find any sauce, also had the wedges, which came in a matchbox, £2.95 for a few wedges is a joke, I will not be going back.

Absolutely hands down the best chicken takeaway meal I have ever had. Aside from the efficiency and politeness of the staff - the food was delicious! Forget Nando’s !! Absolutely gorgeous. Fresh , hot and piquant. Slurp.

Whoever works here is so inept. Food bag containing wings is always leaking with grease, with grease smothered all over the bag. Cannot pack drinks properly so the whole order was soaked in coke and left inedible. Then the restaurant cannot even be bothered to try and do something about when it is not the customer’s fault, just say take it up with Uber eats despite the inconvenience it has caused. Getting any sympathy is like getting blood out of a stone.

Ordered uber eats.. Freezing rock hard chips! Had chicken and rice lots of time and never a problem... First time I have had a delivery from them... Never again... Didnt realize the ice cream would be so tiny!! * absolute waste of a Friday treat and a waste of money!!

Really bad service and food. We have been a loyal customer to this Pepe's in sneinton but unfortunately most of the time they messed up our orders just like today. We ordered double xl chicken burgers and we got single. We ordered one mild burger and we got a hot burger but with mild sticker on it 😳 the fries were very hard and looks like it's been soaked in old oil. They also gave us the wrong sauce and this seems like something they do on purpose because they don't like to give the red hot chilli sauce. As I said this happened soo many times and today we decided to call them and they were not helpful and not even apologised for getting almost everything wrong. We were left hungry and all they said is we will sort you out next time! Never going back there again.

It probably was the worse pepe's I have ever been too yes. I ordered a burger meal fot my child and it took over 40 mins. In that time I even went an ordered a fresh fish and chips from next door and that was freshly cooked and still the burger was not cooked. Then when we received the burger meal, it was thrown together ( sauce and salad wasn't even in the bun) and squashed. Never going back

I have had tried couple of Pepe outlets and I agree Pepe as a whole is a wonderful franchise but the one in sneinton seems to be the most unprofessional one. If you order online chances are you may get served stale food. They are cheap to an extent they will not serve the quantity or quality you have paid for. And more often than not mess up the order. When you call they’ll just ask you to refer to Manager Ali next time. I don’t think anyone has time to remember that their order got messed up last time. Just be professional and do it right the first freaking time. When it come to freshness of food 10 out of 10 times we have received stale food. Pathetic. I wish I could order from the city centre branch but my app only shows this one.

Absolute ripp off! No wonder they are keep having their windows smashed. Ordered off uber eats charged us over £6 for delivery and service charge. Then £5.50 each for a fried steak MINI burger meals. How can you justify that absolute rip off.

Avoid deliveries from here at all costs, no real complaints with the food but on multiple occasions weve been left waiting hours and we live a 6 minute drive away Tonight I ordered food and it took an hour and a half to arrive on arrival we were missing a main part of a meal my girlfriend ran down to check if he had it in the car the driver then completely ignored her then drove off, To make things worse when the driver returned he tried to accuse us of lying because my girlfriend checked to make sure the dips where there before and proceeded to argue with me for way longer than necessary If you decide to eat here make sure you go pick it up yourself or go elsewhere
