I ordered food and the worker at the till was very arrogant and rude acting like a rowdy gangster like young lads do think she forgot she’s only a worker!! Food deliberately overcooked because she didn’t like the way she got a response back Definitely go somewhere else next time, was a waste of money and food had to be thrown away and ordered from elsewhere Bit of advice to everyone spend money wisely unfortunately something I didn’t do Definitely not kid friendly as the way she was creating a scene

Tried beef burgers and wings with Red Hot Sauce. My collection order was ready by the time I arrived. Both items were well prepared and tasty Staff was very friendly. About 20 mins drive for me but I will visit again. Had to struggle a bit to find parking but there is on road parking in front of the restaurant and on the adjacent streets.

Best food I’ve had, the service was great thank you Sim for making the experience so smooth. The food was honestly grate.

Amazing food and friendly delivery staff

Great range of burgers, delicious fries, and an awesome range of drinks. Prices very reasonable at just £7 for most meals. Staff are friendly and professional. Service is fast. Food comes piping hot as every burger is made fresh to order. Place is air conditioned and toilets are clean. Burgers can be a bit undercooked however and despite me asking for well done on my last visit it was under cooked and too juicy, soaking the bun with meat juice.

It was a very strange experience, I ordered one of the burgers as a meal and I asked for diet coke, they gave me some drink which tasted really old and I asked them whether it's tdiet coke or not.They said its Pepsi they gave me and offered me a juice instead of I didn't like it .... That was even worse. It was just fruit squash.... later I realized they sell their own brand of cola.. why didn't they tell me that in the first place or at least when I ask them about it?

I bought takeaways twice there. The names of the food there were very special and interesting. The burgers were very good, but the quality of the chicken wings was not stable. Milkshake was fine.

Food okay but not amazing. There are some nice stuff on the menu but my son had a hotdog and it looked gross. The service is okay, they are not rude but neither warm and welcoming. The toilets are gross (missing seats and the seating area could do with a good clean.

Great place to eat in Nottingham. Plenty of seating inside. Feels very spacious. Food was very good. Prices are reasonable. Variety of burgers, chicken drinks and shakes available.

I ordered 2 hot chocolates and an ice cream as part of my order. When they arrived everything was in one carrier bag, the cups were not covered to stop the hot chocolate spilling. So I ended up with spillage in the bag the ice cream melted and mixed with hot chocolate. I call them up and they blame the driver even though they packed it. Who in their right mind puts ice cream and a hot drink in the same bag. Surely common sense comes into play ,hot/ cold don't mix.

McDonald’s better, had a burger wedges and cappuccino and it’s haven’t even got a taste cappuccino like water and on burger you can only taste pickle

Wanted to order but couldn’t find ingredients list for sauces and have severe allergies so couldn’t risk ordering

I was passing by with my kids after shopping so we saw the Yum restaurant we decided to try!! And it was the best decision we loved the food and the atmosphere is nice and clean with a value of price!! I’ll highly recommend it 😊

The staff are very kind they smiled at me when u entered the shop they didn't rush me they let me think which burger I should get. The fries where crispy on the outside and soft on the inside the drinks are amazing the burger burger meat was juicy. I recommend coming here kind hard working people toilets very clean whole place is quite clean

Came in with the lads spent £30/40 between us all manager or owner was rude only gave one tray between 4 people asked for another tray he said no got tissues after the food manager was a pain wouldn’t recommend, food is terrible 0/10

I love love yum. My favourite thing is the chicken chunks, barbecue wings, ice creams and variety of drinks. My only issue is the inconsistency of the food. Each time I get the chicken chunks, they have a different spice level. Last time my kids were not able to eat it because it was too spicy, the time before that it was mild. When you order wings, it says full wings but sometimes they put half wings in there and charge you the same amount. Other than that, it is my favourite place, the portion sizes and prices are great. It's become a family favourite.

Nottingham is sadly lacking in good burger joints so it was nice to encounter this one that serves a good burger with fresh salad. I ordered something called the Patty x Patty I think it was (double patty) and it was a very enjoyable burger. Also ordered the beef loaded fries which were more than decent if a little spicy due to amount of green chillis. Staff were polite and service was fast (around 6-8 minutes). The presentation is very good too. Well packaged with clear branding for the burger and loaded fries and also served in a branded paper bag. Much better than the cheaper takeaways on packaging and it gives a very professional image It's clear that the people behind Yum appear to be trying to establish a brand and I honestly believe it's one that could well be successful if they keep their standards high and stick to what made me happy to eat their products in the first place. I will certainly be eating here again. Keep it up guys.

The lady on the register was so can't be bothered with the customers. Like she was forced to work there. Also the suction fan was not working and the whole shop was foggy.

Love the mother clucka, extra algerian sauce and chilli

This is our local burger place and we’ve been coming here since it’s been opened. We went for dinner here a few night ago and had the worst experience, we ordered quite a few things, our order came upto £35 My husband ordered the a chikara burger it had mould on it, myself and my daughter ordered the fried chicken burger, the bun was soggy and chicken was under cooked! Fries were really soggy aswel! I mean how has this place got a 5* hygiene rating when the food has mould on it! Customer service is disgusting, the guys behind the counter had an attitude!!! Won’t be returning here again! Waste of money and the quality of the food is awful!!!

They need to train there staff on how to take orders as customer service is a problem here along with that I had spent £15 for the burger to be smelling funny

Sorry but £5 for this wrap looked much smaller I just unwrapped it to see what is in it. Missed some tomatoes and cucumbers. Never will go to this place. Don’t recommend.

Absolutely amazing better than any other famous burger chain well worth the money

First time visit. Burgers a bit greasy/juicy so wrapping was hard to get off. But tasty, cooked well and reasonably priced deal.Will certainly visit again.

Lovely experience with my husband. The staff are so friendly and receptive to and concerns. My husband loved his food and I quite like their chicken selections. Meat burgers were heavily underseasoned and I wasn't a big fan if the rashers, hence the 4 stars. Would give 4.5 if I could 👍🏽 Price point was definitely great.

5 stars for food, service and atmosphere. This is definitely an amazing food place. I would definitely recommend for others to try this place if you're into burgers. Their milkshake was a lot more better than McDonald's. Their fillet fish burger was better than Mahmood's version of McDonald's. Mahmood's version just tasted weird. Whereas Yum's version was amazing. May Allah grant Yum burger success. Ameen

Visited today with the kids, very clean and vibrant place, decor is on point and kids really loved the motorbike seating, lots of options on the menu, great options for kids with the Likkle Chick wrap and All day every day Burger, also option of Frozen blast, we ended with Ice cream with flavours to suit all, Biscof, crunchie And Oreo being our favourites, staff are friendly and happy to advise on best options and explain difference in burgers, very reasonable my priced when compared to other burger joints we’ve visited, will definitely be returning.

So I ordered a chicken salad box. Which I took home opened it and to my suprise the box was not even half full. So I took it back and showed it to them and got a replay ah its suppose to be like that. So I said no I've had this before from here and it's never been like this. So girl at the till was nice and got me another one made which to my surprise was full to the top. This has happened twice to me. Will be thinking twice to go to yums again.

Really Disappointed! i ordered - peppercorn beef burger -oh my cod(fish) -chickeria (chicken) two dips and wedges... the dips didnt come... i have eaten from over 12 burger shops/specialists in nottingham and this ranks the lowest. all of the burgers were damp and very poor quality, very cheap buns and poor meat. sauce flavours very strange and tangy. not worth the money if you are looking for a good meal

I’m from London, first time here, was on my to peeps peri peri but stopped snd popped in because the shop looks nice. Guy called Riz served me, top lad, didn’t know what to order, good recommendation, enjoyed my food and the guys are not stingy with the sauces Will defo recommend

Used to have a favourite burger place but now this place is top notch ,staff always friendly and polite and the foods to die for, derseve 5star without a doubt also milkshakes are amazing too big thank you to staff aswell for understanding that my misses has alergys so change the burger to her needs. :)

The best burger ive had was from tgi fridays untill i tried a bossman from yum burger id eat here everyday if i could good price nice staff extra sauce with no charge must try .

Second time I've gone there first time the food was was amazing "Mother Clucker" however the second time the food same "Mother Clucker" was dry, flavourless, smaller in size overly skinny not as chunky as the first time. Overall 3/10 if you really want a proper Mother Clucker go to Yum Burger 207 Normanton Rd, Derby DE23 6US. The problem is you open a franchise and your standards drop, just don't open the franchise... I understand you had supply issues but your next to two butcher's on the dale lame excuse tbh
