Acabo de tener un almuerzo muy agradable en este establecimiento con amigos. No hay quejas de nadie. Tuve la espagueti boloñesa que era muy agradable bañado con un buen Sauvignon neozelandés. Definitivamente volveré.
Came with family on a quiet afternon and got lovely spot outside in the sun. Staff were really friendly, food was great (recommend sharer platter and cookie for desert) and didn't feel too busy. Look forward to returning without the kids to try the cocktails!

I've found my favourite hotel in Nottingham! Excellent views, beautiful room. Can't beat the location and price. Will definitely stay again. Should cost more than it did, value for money in the current climate. Friendly staff and clean hotel. It's got that lovely fresh smell, and there's free lemon/mint water at reception. 24/7 bar with food. Feel like I'm on holiday, keep up the fabulous work Ibis!
Shittiest place to be a white boy just complained about my brown friend for no reason and we all were kicked out for zero reason and this is not acceptable that is just straight away racism
Just what you'd expect food wise from Greg's, service was very good and chatty too. Got in just before schools out so did get busy, and like most places like this could really do with more attention to cleaning through the day. All round nice and quick.

I was living in Nottingham in a shared house with 3 more people. Everything was good at the start but at some point the agent that was responsible for the house left and someone else took over. He was terrible. He caused so much anxiety to the tenants, he wasn’t replying fast enough to our queries even when we moved out, he was trying to charge tenants about damages they didn’t do, he charged rent to my flatmate that was changing from one room to another when he said to her no need to return the key from the previous room when she suggested it. The cherry on top was that he was turning off the heating every time he was showing the house to someone. And we had a lot of visits lately. Personally he caused me so much anxiety I was walking on eggshells and I couldn’t wait to move out so I don’t have to deal with him. I should have raised a complaint but I couldn’t deal with more stress. On a more positive note I got lucky and I got almost my full deposit back. The agent we had when I first moved in was great! I havent seen a better agent than her in my life.
Old and tired and everything seemed faded. Not sure what denomination it was focusing on. Vague and without staff. Not going to rush back but large enough stock to satisfy those looking for a few different things. Not terrible but not that great either. Bit like the purgatory material.
I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the service I received today at your establishment. At approximately 13:45, I visited your cafe with the intention of purchasing a bag of coffee using a QR code from the app, which entitled me to a complimentary purchase. However, upon presenting the QR code to the employee, a woman with curly hair and glasses, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. She looked me up and down as if I had said something outrageous and pointed me towards the coffee bags without any assistance. Furthermore, when I inquired about the available blends of coffee, her response was curt and unhelpful, merely instructing me to "just look." Additionally, when I attempted to explain that the QR code had an expiry date of today, April 24th, 2024, she rudely dismissed my explanation and insisted that it was expired without further consideration.
The dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by your employee left me feeling spoken down upon and insulted. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit today.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I believe it is essential to address and rectify instances of poor customer service promptly. I sincerely hope that you will take this complaint seriously and address the behaviour of your employee to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future.
Called in because nearby Falafel bar was closed for renovation and I had a memory of enjoying a KFC meal in Birmingam many years ago. What a mistake! My wife found a table while I used the screen ordering system. I went to the table and waited. A group of teenagers sat at the next table. I won't mention description or ethnicity or post will be rejected. The behaviour was loud and annoying. Food was totally unspectacular. I had ordered a zinger for myself and a plain chicken burger for my wife. I took the box marked zinger and got the plain one. My wife got an unwanted zinger. Chicken was dry and overcooked. In fairness, someone who I assume was the Manager told the unruly children at the next table to keep the noise down, which they did for a short while. I personally think they should have been told to leave but I think the establishment must rely on scum like this for a lot of their business. Never again KFC!
