Primark in Nottingham

Another primark with massive queues not enough tills open and no self checkouts. They really do take customers for granted 20 tills and only 4 open

Rude Manager Matt, ignored my question walked away. Not very professional, should not be a Manager if he can't handle questions!!! Needs training!!!

All the time i do shopping from there. They have variety of things also affortable. Had good experience with them. But on this monday 17th of march i do shopping like 106£ something when i went to the till to pay there is an old lady with glasses was very rude and talk very harshly. She scan all of my items and told me to pay 106.5£. I didnt check my cash and give her 120£ instead of £110 and she count and she knows. But after giving me receipt she gave me £3.15 rest £10 pound she hide from me in her wrist and left the till to keep it somewhere. I was getting late from breaking my fasting only 5 minutes left i have to come downstairs to buy something to open my fasting in time so i left it immediatly and went outside. I knows everything what she does. My request to managment please check your cameras and do someaction fire that lady from job because she can do with other customers also. Very helpful happy staff... Had to ask questions about whereabouts of things and very helpful. Just want to add to my above review, I saw today in store in Nottingham their adaptive collection range, absolutely wonderful! I used to work in healthcare and seeing this range is absolutely fantastic..

Where to begin with this store there is too much to list in this review, over the years there’s been issues but we can overlook a lot of them but today I have come into the town centre to return a faulty item(cushions) 2 out of 8 that we purchased just over one month ago they have started to fall apart the staff were incredibly rude(talking behind our backs when leaving) even though they got managers to come they accused us of tampering with the item that we wanted an exchange for, so my advice to anyone purchasing anything from the store is purchased at your own risk

There are a lot of people, but everything works very quickly and efficiently! One of the best primemarks in Europe (or no longer Europe)...

A young south asian boy, with glasses was so sweet today when serving me, i think his name was ayat or ayan im pretty sure but i left so happy! he was such a good employee

Have been told by security that my 3 year old cannot use toilet unless we purchase something.

Clean enough store, some items are decent, but others are just fast fashion. Cheap enough if you’re only wearing a few times, like for a costume or for only a season. Materials are quite cheap so do not expect repeated use. Sizing is variable. But for what it is, a discounted clothing store, it’s decent enough.

A huge store, always busy but also very untidy and scruffy-looking due to certain customers throwing unwanted items across displays.

I don’t understand why you hire so many staff to look busy on a Saturday the queue was so long at 10am and there were 2 people on the tills and 2 pretending to look busy. Some of the staff didn’t even hang stuff on the right hanger it isn’t hard match up what is on the label to the hanger really ruins it when you get back and the size is different from the hanger I’ve learned staff can’t do that many years ago and I haven’t been here for years. Unfortunately others in my party did not check and got a smaller child’s size clothing then what they wanted, so odd. Not many warm clothes or jumpers for children and most sizes missing too. Prices are high similar to M&S which is silly since not the same quality and nowhere near the same service. Desperately in need of self service here since staff don’t want to serve people, puts you off going back. Go to any other shop and see how staff serve customers and don’t pretend to look busy to avoid work so off you have so many people who do this.

The store is well-known and has two floors. Its merchandise is cheap and good

I went there yesterday, 17th Sept, and I was attended by a lady cashier called Katy. She was very professional, nice, smiley, and made me feel happy too. 😊

As primarks go, it's a decent store. Saturday after 11 am is like hell on earth, obviously. Know the layout in advance. Always have a plan. Run in, grab what you need, pay, and exit swiftly. Hope all the escalators are working and they haven't moved everything around again.

Found what I needed straight away despite not having been to this branch before.

Quite a big primarni this , had everything the wife wanted and it has a belter costa upstairs , friendly staff great quality and variety of stock , I hate shopping but this wasn't too bad

I purchased a phone case from Primark and it has absolutely shattered the back of my brand new iPhone 15 pro. I haven’t dropped it, the phone case kept clicking in and out and now look.

Was looking for a pair of trousers that I saw on a model, but not on the rails.A lovely young girl called Misha said she would look around to see if she could find any, another very sales girl then told there was none in stock unti tomorrow .I went pay for the rest of my goods and as I was leaving Misha came up to me and said she had been looking for me as she had found 2 pairs that might fit. I was so grateful to her and said she had gone above and beyond to help me. I wanted to make management aware of what a fabulous member of staff they had on their team.

Went in to get men's clothing and all I can say is the choice is horrible and the price is so expensive in there now ended up getting what I needed of amazon for half the price

Great quality clothing for a reasonable price, plenty of choice, clean and tidy, friendly check out staff. Lifts and escalator to visit the upper floors.

Always worth a visit as you never know what new arrivals have been delivered. The price of the stock is good.

The escalater to go to back to street level is blocked off. One of the 2 lifts to take you to street level is always out off order leading to large queues off people. Some with pushchais n prams And overcrowded lift with people going up or down the lift. Shocking

My first time shopping in Primark. Absolutely astounded as to the quality for what you pay. Busiest shop in Nottingham by a long way. Just been again for some bits and pieces. Absolutely thrilled at price. Walked in today looking for a hat and found one that was very similar to one in another shop at 10 x the cost. It was a better fit but perhaps I should have a bigger head....

Staff were really helpful in finding the product I was looking for.

Got a hoodie for £9. Mega price.

Staff always keeping the store looking tidy and neat. And very approachable. Only thing was the collabs (like rita ora) were scattered around the store instead of having its own section. But really liked the size and overall layout of the store.

It is cheap fashion, not sustainable, like most brands in UK. Most of clothes are done in india or China by children .

Absolute great value for money with a fab variety on a low budget something for everyone

Nice big shop. There men’s range is lacking though. They used to really have some great shirts for spring and summer and at the moment it seems very bland. The shop it’s self is clean and staff are help full.

The Primark store in Nottingham is a good size with an excellent range of their product. Primark does not try to kid anyone they just sell good products at some crazy low prices. This store also has a Costa coffee franchise upstairs hand for a coffee break from the bargain hunting.

This Primark store is the largest of all the shops in this company where I had to visit. The store occupies two floors and offers a wide variety of goods. Prices are really friendly and low, quality is not bad. The shop is located in the city center and is always full of buyers. There is always a lot of peple waiting at the cash desk, but the staff is quite quick and pleasant.

Convenient location for shopping

They have “jump the queue” tills for people with disabilities, however not all have good signage so when my mum jumped the queue to be served she was barraged by verbal abuse from other customers accusing her of pushing in! The staff didn’t defend my mum, but did say she was within her rights as per store policy not to have to wait in line as she has a disabled persons blue badge card and a walking stick. Some disabilities are not visible and general public shouldn’t be so quick to villainise everyone who isn’t wheelchair bound!

Not much options for men. The mens department area is continually shrinking.

Lots of bargains, and I was able to stock up for a pending trip to Africa

A big Primark with lots of variety. No parking nearby but paid parking place within 10 minutes walk.

Went in (Feb 23rd) to find both lifts and up escalator were out of order, and the only way up was to use the stairs. I can not due to my disabilities so couldn't get up to the next floor. No help offered and the person I did ask asked a manager who couldn't help.

Must have picked a good day, not too many people about, lots of choice.

What can I say most people know that primary is great 😂 there is a massive selection of many different things from clothes to home and it is very affordable. The only issue with this is that it is very busy all the time which can be overwelmbing sometimes but I know that can't be helped. The lady that served us was very polite, welcoming and extremely helpful.

Had a lovely experience shopping in here today. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Areas were nice and tidy.

Staff are lovely however it's very busy. Lines go down quick thanks to the amazing staff. Most the clothes aren't amazing quality and are expensive for the quality

Very friendly and helpful I couldn't locate some pillows and asked and a woman took me to where they were located instead of telling me where they were. Till service was quick and easy and very polite cashier young lady, couldn't of asked for a better service especially on a Saturday.
