KFC in Nottingham

Called in because nearby Falafel bar was closed for renovation and I had a memory of enjoying a KFC meal in Birmingam many years ago. What a mistake! My wife found a table while I used the screen ordering system. I went to the table and waited. A group of teenagers sat at the next table. I won't mention description or ethnicity or post will be rejected. The behaviour was loud and annoying. Food was totally unspectacular. I had ordered a zinger for myself and a plain chicken burger for my wife. I took the box marked zinger and got the plain one. My wife got an unwanted zinger. Chicken was dry and overcooked. In fairness, someone who I assume was the Manager told the unruly children at the next table to keep the noise down, which they did for a short while. I personally think they should have been told to leave but I think the establishment must rely on scum like this for a lot of their business. Never again KFC!

Disgusting and that's all. I threw it all in the trash, I couldn't eat something like that, it was everywhere. Stop selling stuff like this!

Awful experience. Over 20 minutes waiting after ordering to then be told that half of the items are out of stock. Manager was very rude.

Not been to KFC for years, been down the Riverside Festival quick snack needed before last bus home not sure what we had it was £17, not sure if they have changed the coating & level of spice, but it no longer tastes finger licking good.

came on a busy night. Staff were working consistently hard and were attentive. Nina served me on till and she made sure from every point i was getting the right service, spot on, well done.

The staff team members are very friendly there. Violet, a team member there made sure I received my custom made burger the way I like it. Very happy.

Was here yesterday and the kind girl Nina made sure I got my specific order as I’m very fussy (sorry) and managed everything else around her with a smile and a laugh. You guys can sure multi task Thanks will be back!

All the staff were really polite and friendly their customer service was amazing our food was prepared very quickly and tasted amazing really loved it. Definitely going to go back soon!!!

Came in today and was served by Adam. Great variety of choice and if you can’t decide then just get the variety box :) the dining area was very clean and well maintained. I didn’t feel like I went to a KFC, I felt like I went to a restaurant. Will be back

Great Speed & Great Customer Service. I was very impressed with how fast the service was at KFC and how polite and helpful all the staff are.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming, our food arrived very quickly and the service was very efficient. The atmosphere was very lively and fun it made our trip very enjoyable. Definitely going to go again!!!
