Not the most aesthetically pleasing location but the menu is varied and well priced. Large cooked breakfast and a good further breakfast selection. Service is always polite and prompt. Happy to pop in and recommend.

Made an order from here on Wednesday 18th dec through uber eats and from Wednesday night I became best friends with the toilet. I’ve never felt so poorly in my life. 3 days on and I’ve had to take days off work and still feel awful. I don’t know if they gave me out of date products but the food has seriously messed me up. I know it was the subway as it was the only thing I ate all day due to being at work and I haven’t been able to eat since. 🤢

Whole meal missing and what did arrive was cold. Desert was tiny and all squashed up the side of the box. Will not be ordering from here again

Went to use the free maple hazel drink in my app at Next Costa but was told stubbornly that wasn’t available 28/10/24 Am by lady serving she needs customer service training Asked her if I could get an alternative she said yes so chose medium hot chocolate then she had the audacity to charge me still won’t be going back

We are staying here at the moment for the whole of January. This us due to billing aquadrome shut down. The rooms are warm and comfortable, the food is well cooked wirh plenty of choice. The staff expecially Trish, Amanda and Kaz are absolutely brilliant, they go above and beyond their duties, always a smile, nothing is too much trouble for them. They have all made us feel welcome and it's a pleasure to stay here

We meet with family here quite often, they do a fabulous carvery at a reasonable price, and don’t mind if we sit and have a drink or two afterwards, sometimes 2 hours! The staff are always friendly, lovely decking outside on a warm day if you want to sit out and have a drink, also they have the Greene King app so you can order at your table. You don’t have to have carvery, they have an extensive menu, plus kids menu and desserts. Would highly recommend.

Don’t usually post reviews of places I visit but feel I should with how brilliant the staff for my daughter’s birthday meal l. Nothing was too much trouble for them, always had a smile on their faces and the food was great too, special thanks to Miah for great service and putting up with us all!

Well mannered driver, who unlike most of your drivers he actually came to my front door without having to call me … full instructions are ALWAYS on the receipt, This driver tonight was perfect … it’s SO NICE to be able to actually put a good comment!!!

Ordered an eat in today, was told when collecting my order that I’d receive a free donut if I fill out the QR code questionnaire on my receipt. I did that and at the end the form said I need to buy a drink to receive my donut. So, the staff lied and the food I ordered was reflected in my QR code review. £9.79 for a sub par burger, loaded jalapeño fries and a cold drink. Never again and won’t visit for my “Free” donut.
