Subway in Northampton

bad bad bad do not use they a dirty as he'll i saw a worker rub nose liquid on her arm wipe it on her top and then pick up food .....disgusting I walked out dirty dirty lot

It takes absolutely forever to get your order since subway started the self service order stations, not sure why they bothered, it makes the experience much worse! I had a meatball marinara sub and the meatballs taste disgusting, really dry and it seems like they may have been cooked days before and left out.. the staff seem nice enough but the food and the waiting times need improvement

They have self service ordering machines which never accept the subway app offers. Its take twice as long to order your food and then you have to stand to wait for it to be made. Today the offer from the app would not work on the self service machines and the lady said it also wouldn’t work on the tills. Seemed like false advertising to have an offer which could not be put through.

Made an order from here on Wednesday 18th dec through uber eats and from Wednesday night I became best friends with the toilet. I’ve never felt so poorly in my life. 3 days on and I’ve had to take days off work and still feel awful. I don’t know if they gave me out of date products but the food has seriously messed me up. I know it was the subway as it was the only thing I ate all day due to being at work and I haven’t been able to eat since. 🤢

Lovely lunch spot the food is always of a high quality the staff get the job done. Lovely and clean place with amazing views of the lake. Great place if you’re really hungry or have time to kill

Update 5/11 purchased subway after 5pm. If you get the skinny brown hair lady BEWARE. She didn't toast my sandwiches at all, and the service was very poor. I thought she had a bad day, so I left it. But now my stomach hurts from eating her sandwiches because she didn't cook them properly. For the extortion price on a footlong I expect to have a decent service and a food that doesn't poison me.... I'll never risk to buy from here again. Would rather drive an extra 15 mins than get the undercooked food and bad service and bad stomach again... Old comment somewhere around 8/06 : Beautiful scenery, tasty fresh food and Lovely staff! The path from car park to subway is fun with lots of water chickens too! 😀

Well, you know what you are going to get at Subway, but why not try the best Subway in town! This Store is large, clean and in an excellent location with views from the rear window across a Boat Harbour. So, enjoy your Sub whilst chilling out watching the wildlife & Boats. Great service, great food and great coffee!

I went there today the lad served me was nice and served as how I wanted only thing which I’m not happy with I had cash with me £50 pound note he rejected to take in a nice way but companies like Subway should take the money as they could get money check machin I didn’t have any other cash hope they sort this problem out thanks

Good customer service is getting harder to come by for sure. But a happy demeanor or a smile is even harder. This was a transactional visit, and nothing more. I know working a Sunday isn’t ideal guys but at least act like you’re happy at work?

Me and my partner tired to order twice on uber eats, our order was cancelled twice. After this we called the store, and was told there was “a situation in store”. If there is an issue making it difficult to fulfill an order via delivery then wouldn’t you close the store on uber eats? Our orders were an hour and a half before they closed.

Great team here always happy to help fresh food

I tried to order a foot long Italian hearb and cheese, chicken and bacon melt (as per my usual order). I was told they only do this on white or brown bread. I asked can I have it anyway and was told no because of the way the toast it (WHAT!!). They literally toast everything the same way and I'm sure their company moto is "have it your way", or something to that effect. I'm usually up for the confrontation when ordering as I was once told I had to order a chicken ceser and add bacon, due to menue change, which I didn't mind as I ultimately got what I wanted. This curve ball confused me so I went for the bbq baller (which wasn't nice) on my preferred bread as it peaked my curiosity while waiting in line. I wish I'd walked out of the store there and then as I now feel as though the girl has won the situation. Very upset!!

Management rude bad place to work for

Slow paced environment, staff seemed like they had no clue on what they were doing. one staff member didn’t speak/understand English which made making our order really difficult. Our food was not up to usual subway standard, will be using our usual branch going forward.

New menu change no explanation with it you can’t have steak and cheese with salad anymore. Staff could barely speak enough English to explain. Left as wasn’t spending that much money when you can’t customised what you want anymore. I won’t be using subway anymore anywhere.

This place just made my day!!! I was feeling under the weather didn’t even have much of an appetite, Marina the lady who served me was so friendly, soft spoken and patient and even went on to recommend the best sandwich I had ever had in subway! I like a lot of salad on mine and it’s like she knew my mind and was even able to close the sub!!! The restaurant is so clean even the toilets are a+ clean… So glad I decided to have a subway today… Cheers Marina.

Staff is not professional. I had to wait over half an hour after the opening time for them to unlock the doors.
