Great food and fantastic breakfast service from Kaz and her team.

The whole experience staying here is great. From Trish to Caz, the food is exceptional, the rooms are spacious, plenty of room and friendly staff. Breakfast is just as good, plenty of choice and friendly staff. Thanks a lot.

I live locally and pop in for breakfast or lunch regularly. Kas and Ray are very friendly and make sure everything is to your liking. Food is always delicious. Definitely recommend.

I didnt stay in the room I was on the caravan park. We came here for the carvery. I stood in a que for 20 minutes before getting served. Our booking was at 12.15. We didn't get food until 12.45 by the time we got served. I found it very over priced for what they had to offer. Veg was previously frozen so it was mushy veg. Meat tasted funky (Turkey). Staff seemed stressed and over worked yet the place was quiet at this time. We got places right near an open door. It was so cold we closed the door and the lady came back over and opened it again. I asked if we could close it because me and my children were cold. Lady said no as the people outside walk in and out this way instead of walking to the other door literally at the corner of the building. So we ate our lunch with our coats on. No one finished their food as different bits of it they didn't like. The Yorkshire pudding was paper thin. Literally flaked in your mouth. Wont be returning unfortunately. £60 down the drain. I didn't mention anything to staff as I fear of confrontational interaction. Looks like a nice pice to have a drink and sit by the arena but it's a no for food for me.

Been twice and it hasn't disappointed As a vegetarian with dairy intolerance, it can be challenging finding good food while out. I highly recommend this place, they cooked my veggies separate, especially for me and coughed them to perfection. I could have the roasties, as were cooked in oil, and wow, they have got to be the best toasties I've had in a very long time. Followed it up with a vegan apple pie and ice cream😍

Came for food couple of times, after many recommendations And got a lovely welcome with team leader Kaz which made our lil daughter smile. Felt so welcome, even when we came late into breakfast the food was still hot and filling.

Staff are super helpful. Of particular note - Kaz and Ray who couldn’t be more wonderful!!

Originally planned to stay for a night. Keep extending it and now on my 5th night. Great location, fantastic rooms. Staff are brilliant. Receptionists really helpful. A big shout to Caz and Ray for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly and delivered a very timely breakfast which is well worth the money. Highly recommend. A big well done to Greene King for bringing on board some great staff to compliment the stay.

Parked to charge and came on for breakfast. Kaz was lovely and breakfast was nice.

I went to the pub my wife four other adults and three kids I went to the bar when my wife and my daughter's boyfriend to be told we can't get served at the end of this bar we've got to cure for the drinks so we did when we got served we got told to go to the other side of the bar to get your drinks we wasn't ready for our food yet she was not polite she had a face like a wet blanket I did tell the member of staff she should go on a course to be polite to customers not very nice so when we did order the food which I thought would disgusting the bloke country cut the meat anything up if had a machine don't think I'll be going back there again if you've got nice stuff I think you go back but when you go miserable cow like earth who's been fed with a catapult when she was a baby not very good I'm sorry to say

Been here a dozen times. Most recent time was there for 35 minutes for a drink with a friend and received a £100 parking fine. Randomly fining a repeat customer isn't very good :(

Absolutely loved our stay from start to finish. Beautiful rooms and service. Kaz and ray were absolutely brilliant at service and made us feel welcome and appreciated and did everything to make our breakfast even better.

Large Green King restaurant with lovely views of the water. The carvery is good value and good quality. Lots of free parking but need to type your numberplate in at the welcome desk (see signs).

We came here for breakfast on the last day of our Easter break. The staff were great friendly and polite. A special shout out to Kaz and Ray who were brilliant. The cooked food was lovely, and the pastries they had on offer were lovely as well. A small complaint is the toaster took a while but that is a minor complaint.

Spent a lot of time at the Quays. 2.5 months in the hotel. Staff really helpful and the room cleaned on a daily basis. The pub is joined to the hotel. Breakfast pretty good,full English or ceriel. We use the restaurant regularly and the food is good. Big shout out to Mia,Claire,Caz, Amanda.Aga,Wendy,Trish n Alisia.

Visited today with family to celebrate Mothers Day. I thoroughly enjoyed the carvery and other members of our party enjoyed the alternative pub menu. I am writing this review to ensure Trish and Caryn in particular receive recognition for their customer focus and problem solving skills in dealing with my issue when booking online. The booking system wouldn’t recognise a booking made for Mother’s Day. I contacted the Quays and the issue was sorted this was down to Trish and Caryn’s approach to the problem. I can’t thank them enough as well as all the other members of the Billing Quays team. Food was great, friendly customer service and staff that do a great job, we have always been regular customers and will continue to be. Thanks again

Nice friendly staff and the food is tasty and good value for the portion sizes. Hotel is quiet and rooms cleaned every day. The breakfast team kas & ray are nice and friendly, always going out there way to accommodate.

The barmaid was very welcoming and friendly. She greeted all customers with a smile and a happy tone as well as bidding them a farewell. I asked her name and she said it was Shannon B (As there are two staff there named Shannon) and didn’t want them to be mixed up.

Popped in to The Quays this morning for a breakfast before travelling south.Very impressed with food quality and choices on their continental section also. Service provided by 2 members of staff was terrific.A Scottish lady Kaz and a gentleman named Ray. Excellent stay for business but I would definitely come here again for a leisure stay. Lovely location and the food was good. Although a special mention for the breakfast. Excellent choice of continental options and the full English was brilliant. Came hot and didn’t feel like it had sat under heat lights for ages. Kaz and Ray were the team that looked after me during my stay. Lovely people, bright and pleasant which is a joy for the morning. Loved the music and singing from the team. I would recommend.

I've had an amazing stay. Everyone working here whistles and sings as they go about their jobs. The atmosphere is lovely....and I that transfers to the people staying here. The food is great....but I have to give a special shout out to breakfast....I've really enjoyed the bacon, it's perfectly cooked...and Kaz and Ray are a ray of sunshine, my stay would not of been the same without them. What a happy positive experience. THANK YOU. 💜💜💜

Been here a week for tea and breakfast while working away all the staff are friendly with great service, kaz on breakfast shift is fantastic.

The Quays has a fairly standard pub-chain menu with the added bonus of a decent sized carvery. Prices are good and there's plenty of space in the pub, with a large deck by the marina (for warmer days). A few menu items were unavailable, but we managed and food was served in about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend, but if your going on a colder day, you might want to sit away from the doors, to avoid cold breeze

Have had the most amazing weekend at the quays. Trish met us and checked us in. Her care and service was absolutely amazing. Her team working with her also could not make us feel more welcome and valued. This is not our first visit, but after this weekend we will be back more. 100% service and care.

Amazing visit and the food was awesome. Kaz was especially nice and kind even giving treats to the dog we brought in. Very nice service indeed.

Don’t usually post reviews of places I visit but feel I should with how brilliant the staff for my daughter’s birthday meal l. Nothing was too much trouble for them, always had a smile on their faces and the food was great too, special thanks to Miah for great service and putting up with us all!

Very helpful friendly staff stayed for 2 nights in the hotel over the weekend. The room was very nice, modern and clean. It was very easy to find and in a great location for where I needed to get to lots of parking available. Food in the restaurant was very nice .The staff were very good providing a fast service.

I have been to this restaurant several times with my partner what a lovely place! Foods is very nice and the service is 10/10. It really is one of my favorite places to go plus great value for money what more can you ask for!? Well done guys!

The Quays Pub & Hotel is like a home away from home! I stay here every week for four days, and the experience is always exceptional. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the food at the pub is absolutely fantastic. A special shoutout to Trish and Amanda-they go above and beyond to make every visit feel warm and welcoming. Their friendly service truly makes this place stand out. I couldn't recommend The Quays more highly—it's simply the best!

Mia was brilliant! Great service

I was flooded at billing aquadrome and came over to the quays. Booked a room for one night and then had nowhere to go. The staff at the hotel and the pub were wonderful and went out of their way to help us. Family room accommodation and cooked us meals even though the pub was flooded. I believe all the staff and management deserve a medal. Its been the best service and any help required was given. We were all locked in for 3 days. I'd like to say a big thank you to Elisha the boss, Mia and Trish and all the staff. Been fantastic and we've all been looked after

Staying here short notice due to flooding, the staff have done an amazing job to look after their guests, having to tackle issues themselves they have gone that extra mile to still keep facilties open all with a happy to help attitude. Shoutout to Mia and Stacey for their great customer care.

Terrible service. No customer service at all. Called numerous times regarding an issue and nothing back..

Take a photo of your proof you used ipad to sign in when using place. They won't answer phone ever. I called 4x and nothing as was given a fine qhen was there yet ate and drank there and used their parking dock. I now have a debt recovery agent chasing payment as the greene king never got back to any of my voicemails.
