Came for the lunchtime buffet, food was fresh and great service by Jack

Food quality and taste not as good as I remember years ago, some foods were bland and lacked any flavour. Not keen on ordering in restaurant via a QR code or wall mounted sticky tablet. Better quality and value for money at other food restaurants.

Can't go wrong with the buffet!

Absolutely enjoyed my visit here. The pizza tastes amazing. The staff is super kind and helpful, especially Jack who served us and made sure we had a delightful evening.

Always a great visit. When a mistake has been made previously it was sorted. Today I had jack attend to service and he was polite and nice so must give him thanks. They have definitely grown from previous years with fresher veg and it seeming like they are keeping it more topped up then previous visits Maybe it’s my times of visits I’m not sure But the salad bar is starting to look more appealing They follow requests aswell as I can’t sit in certain places due to certain reasons and they are very understanding and don’t make me feel like I’m being fussy which other places do, which is always nice

Excellent service, very helpful staff and importantly good pizza.

Its blisteringly expensive. Family of four you are looking at a bill well over £100 - our kids are under 10. Reallyt shiocked they charge this much.

Fantastic service from Ben and the team, always willing to go the extra mile whether its a pick up or eat in at the restaurant.

Ordered 2 pizzas arrive on time but looked liked they had been sitting a round for awhile. Both pizzas where cold and hard , hard like cardboard even the kids didn't enjoy it it spoilt the dinner and put me off from eating also we asked for a cheese stuff crust both pizzas had none in it considering how much your pizzas are they did not met the quality or taste of the expensive price. Very disappointed didn't enjoy my cardboard dinner tonight.

Decent pizza if a bit expensive. Friendly staff but little atmosphere due to it being quiet (12:00 am on a Friday).

My daughter forgot to collect her pizza and they made a fresh one free of charge, so very kind, excellent service

Jack went above and beyond to serve us with a smile and bring out different sauces. He really did make the experience for us. Would definitely recommend just becuase of his customer service. Thanks Jack

Didn’t get to eat here. They expect you to order via a qr code which wouldn’t work. They can’t take your order at the table and still expect a tip when they don’t actually serve you. Won’t be coming back

Personally, I'm not a pizza lover, and my wife doesn't mind them cold. But we had 3 grandchildren for the weekend, and they do like Pizza Hut. However, aside from food preferences, the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and continued to check that everything was OK throughout our meal.

Incredibly noisy. I have a db meter on my phone and it recorded 91db with a peak of 110db. It thought I was in a factory. The cause of the noise is the ventilation system. Apart from that the food was good. Only two star for service as you have to use a website to order your food, which is ridiculous when there are staff available.

Fantastic evening at Pizza Hut Sixfields. Ben F was by far the best service we've had anywhere in a very long time. Food was delicious, great atmosphere & clean tidy restaurant. Great for all ages & lovely staff

Appalling. This restaurant has really gone downhill. We ordered £40+ of pizzas, and the sub-par dross we were given is absolutely embarrassing. They somehow managed to screw up a plain Margherita, the simplest of all pizzas, which was just a congealed mes - it's so bad we attached a photo. It's 7 inches wide, which I'm pretty sure is way below the standard. That Margherita alone cost £13.49. Just look at it. Pathetic. Our pepperoni was burned black on the other pizza, and the garlic bread was wet (frozen and reheated?). I've been screwed over too many times by Pizza Hit now, not just with delivery but also with collections, which is what this was. Whoever greenlit our order as okay for consumption needs to go back to catering college. Awful food. You've lost 4 customers for good today, Pizza Hut.

Been a long time since I've been to a pizza hut restaurant but the staff were very helpful and friendly and the food came in good time and was very good. Would recommend.

Nice. It's a good place to go with a coeliac friend, as they cater well for them.

Not busy, this was good but chose the buffet pizza minimal choice of pizzas really and the managers specials didn't hit the spot need more than a hawaian and a pepperoni maybe a chicken one and a meat feast too, the glasses and cutlery were visibly worn and total ways clean ! No brown sauce and no vinegar really .... Think it's had its time really needs an overhaul and the ice cream has changed very watery more ice than cream.

It's okay. Gone are the days of proper table service though. It's very scarce of staff, all self serve for drinks, salad and ice cream as it has been for a while but very little interaction on arrival or if you're having any issues with the ordering system. Very much more like a McDonald's than a restaurant now.

been going to pizza hut restaurants since i was a small child and although it’s normal for things to change ( especially within a decade + ) it still brings me sadness to see these changes are mostly not for the better! prices nowadays aren’t great unless you get one of their “deals” or share/split the bill. salad bar used to be fantastic but is now very tired and they no longer serve any type of pasta! the harvester’s salad bar is 100% better variety and value. i love their goats cheese pizza as it’s the only pizza chain restaurant to serve one but it’s not available for delivery, according to facebook team it won’t ever be either which sucks because that’s the only redeeming factor about this place now :/ the fact ordering & paying is all digital via a QR code or self serve machine is perfect though, no waiting and faffing about trying to order or get table service, and NO more ridiculous waiting time after the meal for the bill. just pay and leave once you’ve finished, how all restaurants SHOULD be.

Good atmosphere visited on a warm summer afternoon and the store was at a nice cool temprature.The food was what I expected good tasting and filling.

The quality of the food was satisfactory. However, I am perplexed as to why a gratuity is expected when utilizing the self-checkout kiosk or QR code payment method at the table.

Seem to be cutting down on the toppings even the cheese in sort supply, an extra charge for more cheese is a standard option on all pizzas. All digital service isn't great when it's busy. Prices have also gone up very steeply for eating in.

Mid week pizza pasta buffer, it's a winner. Nice place. The staff are great, so friendly and helpful.

Is Pizza Hut still a restaurant? I think its more like a school canteen. No staff, no style and the food quality doesn't match the prices charged. I will be avoiding this brand in future!

Great place to go eat out with friends and family. Had been to pizza hut, with friend and family. Loved the experience. They were very kind and generous. The food served was amazing. Starters , pizza and desserts were too good. On our request they also provided us with a complementary cake for one of our children's birthday. The ambience is too good. Quality of the meat, cheese and bread served was fantastic. Will recommend the place and we wish to go there again .We just went in without any expectations and was a great experience.

Me and my gf came here before a Northampton game, the only meal we ordered was a Mac and cheese which was very expensive for what it was, the portion size is tiny for what you pay for and ciders are very expensive as to be expected in a restaurant these days but overall maybe the pizzas are nice I don't know but the whole place is very overpriced for what you get

While pizzahut is still good for the food, the staff now only bring your food and clear tables. Orders have to be placed at a self serve tablet or via a QR code website. While this is effective, there's no longer any customer service, and it's like going out to eat take away.

Came last night for New Years Eve with my partner. Got the individual deal for £22. Food was good and service was good. Would return if I was in the area again.

I am really disappointed in our recent dine in experience. It didn't feel like a dine in experience at all. You order your own food on the app, fill your own drinks. The only part you don't do it make the pizza. Plus, the price for this was insane £68 for 2 pizzas and 3 drinks! Will definitely think twice before coming again.

Visited today after taking trip to Birmingham Frankfuŕt. We hadn't booked but we're warmly welcomed and found a table

The ordering process was extremely easy and the wait time was good. Everything arrived at roughly the same time so we could all enjoy our meals together.

Oh I was so happy to hear that the buffet lunch was back. I remember them when I was a student (a long time ago) obviously I have been out of the loop. I thought it had gone. Anyway, it was back and boy did I enjoyed it.

The attentiveness of staff from minute we walked in the the moment we left was outstanding. The wait time from ordering the food to actually receiving the food was quick.

A bit confusing on first arrival, but the ordering system was soon explained by a very helpful staff member.

Use to be a nice place to eat out. Now just seems like a cheap fast food diner!

The food was well cooked and hot, salad bar was well stocked, they opened another table as a small group of us with small child, would recommend there buffet lunch!

Absolutely everything, the staff member Ben at the Northampton location went above and beyond. It was an enjoyable lunch we will happily return to do again soon.

All ordering has to be done via app or touchscreen near entrance. Food was ok, but prices are now SO expensive for what you get.

I love pizza hut especially the buffet, I could eat it everyday 😋 Everything was perfect and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

We somewhat regularly go as a family for the buffet and occasionally treat ourselves to the takeaway. The food is absolutely fantastic and moreso the staff provide a really relaxed atmosphere, and are always customer focused and kind. The buffet has a vast range of freshly cooked pizza and the salad bar is frequently restocked to capacity Most importantly of all, I find pizza hut to be fantastically supportive and accommodating of my son who uses a wheelchair, whereas other restaurants in Sixfields haven't been so accommodating. Recommended 100%.

Last pizza hut im aware of in northampton. Itd all now self service..with a very temperamental app/website using QR code to order food..no human interaction or service. The food..pizza base was 100% frozen or pre made..hadly any chesse on the pizza..chicken had a very odd taste. Star of the show..the Salade bar you cant go wrong to be fair. Price point. Double the price of doms and not fresh base or ingredients. Staff..when i did talk to them very helpfull and food was our fast.

It was a late decision, but considering the time and the occasion I would recommend Pizza Hut.

Pizza was good. Staff were good. Left a tip. One star due to going cashless and ordering via a tablet or qr code. For that important reason, I will never eat there again until the reverse their policy.

Food good. The reliance on QR codes to reduce overheads affects service and atmosphere, distancing staff and customers.
