Nice friendly staff and the food is tasty and good value for the portion sizes. Hotel is quiet and rooms cleaned every day. The breakfast team kas & ray are nice and friendly, always going out there way to accommodate.

Caz was fantastic as was the food! Will come again.

The barmaid was very welcoming and friendly. She greeted all customers with a smile and a happy tone as well as bidding them a farewell. I asked her name and she said it was Shannon B (As there are two staff there named Shannon) and didn’t want them to be mixed up.

The breakfast was a good price and decent portions and Kaz and Ray are fantastic!!

Excellent stay for business but I would definitely come here again for a leisure stay. Lovely location and the food was good. Although a special mention for the breakfast. Excellent choice of continental options and the full English was brilliant. Came hot and didn’t feel like it had sat under heat lights for ages. Kaz and Ray were the team that looked after me during my stay. Lovely people, bright and pleasant which is a joy for the morning. Loved the music and singing from the team. I would recommend.

Popped in to The Quays this morning for a breakfast before travelling south.Very impressed with food quality and choices on their continental section also. Service provided by 2 members of staff was terrific.A Scottish lady Kaz and a gentleman named Ray. Both friendly,welcoming and you could tell they thoroughly enjoyed their jobs,a credit to Greene King creating an excellent experience. Thank you to both and it was a pleasure to meet you.

Been here a week for tea and breakfast while working away all the staff are friendly with great service, kaz on breakfast shift is fantastic.

I've had an amazing stay. Everyone working here whistles and sings as they go about their jobs. The atmosphere is lovely....and I that transfers to the people staying here. The food is great....but I have to give a special shout out to breakfast....I've really enjoyed the bacon, it's perfectly cooked...and Kaz and Ray are a ray of sunshine, my stay would not of been the same without them. What a happy positive experience. THANK YOU. 💜💜💜

Have had the most amazing weekend at the quays. Trish met us and checked us in. Her care and service was absolutely amazing. Her team working with her also could not make us feel more welcome and valued. This is not our first visit, but after this weekend we will be back more. 100% service and care.

Amazing visit and the food was awesome. Kaz was especially nice and kind even giving treats to the dog we brought in. Very nice service indeed.

The Quays has a fairly standard pub-chain menu with the added bonus of a decent sized carvery. Prices are good and there's plenty of space in the pub, with a large deck by the marina (for warmer days). A few menu items were unavailable, but we managed and food was served in about 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend, but if your going on a colder day, you might want to sit away from the doors, to avoid cold breeze

Don’t usually post reviews of places I visit but feel I should with how brilliant the staff for my daughter’s birthday meal l. Nothing was too much trouble for them, always had a smile on their faces and the food was great too, special thanks to Miah for great service and putting up with us all!

Very helpful friendly staff stayed for 2 nights in the hotel over the weekend. The room was very nice, modern and clean. It was very easy to find and in a great location for where I needed to get to lots of parking available. Food in the restaurant was very nice .The staff were very good providing a fast service.

I have been to this restaurant several times with my partner what a lovely place! Foods is very nice and the service is 10/10. It really is one of my favorite places to go plus great value for money what more can you ask for!? Well done guys!

The Quays Pub & Hotel is like a home away from home! I stay here every week for four days, and the experience is always exceptional. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, and the food at the pub is absolutely fantastic. A special shoutout to Trish and Amanda-they go above and beyond to make every visit feel warm and welcoming. Their friendly service truly makes this place stand out. I couldn't recommend The Quays more highly—it's simply the best!

I was flooded at billing aquadrome and came over to the quays. Booked a room for one night and then had nowhere to go. The staff at the hotel and the pub were wonderful and went out of their way to help us. Family room accommodation and cooked us meals even though the pub was flooded. I believe all the staff and management deserve a medal. Its been the best service and any help required was given. We were all locked in for 3 days. I'd like to say a big thank you to Elisha the boss, Mia and Trish and all the staff. Been fantastic and we've all been looked after

Staying here short notice due to flooding, the staff have done an amazing job to look after their guests, having to tackle issues themselves they have gone that extra mile to still keep facilties open all with a happy to help attitude. Shoutout to Mia and Stacey for their great customer care.

Terrible service. No customer service at all. Called numerous times regarding an issue and nothing back..

Carvery was very good apart from the thin cut meats, good price, don't forget to book your car in on arrival.

We stopped off here for a quick bite to eat, not sure why the bad reviews. For 3 kids and 2 adults food and drink came to £45 (bargain!!!) We had carvery and it was so good, plenty of it and fresh and hot! Staff in there are so friendly and make an effort to chat to you and the kids. They are also dog friendly and bought over treats for the dog. Lovely place we will stop off here again.

Amazing location, food and drink is delicious. It’s very friendly staff Mia especially she’s very knowledgeable and attentive.

The staff were very very helpful despite that they were very busy , helped a 98 year old with us and got her at the front of the queue , considering how busy they are the food was very good although I do like my veggies a bit more cooked apart from that no problem .

Amanda on reception was ever so helpful, from adding another duvet to the bed in the first room to changing the room due to the first room being too cold. Amazing service went above and beyond. Even took into consideration noise from other guests

We visit every few weeks as the food is always good and represents fantastic value! However, the stand out about this place is the staff who are exceptional! Always welcoming and friendly. We visited today for our little girls 10th birthday (her choice as its her fave place to eat out - high praise indeed from a fussy eater!) and we were served by Mia, who was lovely, warm and engaging :) Thanks also to the shift manager who also sorted a candle and a happy birthday song with our daughters dessert. Places with staff like this are few and far between nowadays - I can't recommend it high enough. Thanks

Feel like there only busy due to the location £7.50 for 2 cokes is a joke they don’t even fill the glass’s and the food was possibly the most tasteless meal I’ve eaten in the 31 years on this planet ide imagine there eating better in jail

Ordered a Fanta, no ice no fruit- £3.65 Bottle of Heineken £5, 3 portions of microwaved fudge cake was just under £18!!! Insanely overpriced and very underwhelming food. Staff are nice at least.

No, sorry not for me. Great to see a carvery for £7 or £8 large but you then pay way over on the drinks ie £3.50 for a coke. Meat was good but the rest was really quite average. Very busy so popular place for many and maybe we just chose a bad time

Stayed for 2 weeks for work, the staff were amazing. Adverse weather, flooding and the possibility of evacuation did not stop the excellent service. Special shout outs to Shannon, Stacey and Trisha. You made a work trip (eating alone) feel that little bit more like home.

Zach - 5 star all round, disappointing that it wasn't that busy but the roads were quite rubbish because of the rainfall ans caused the roads to be flooded not much parking spaces either but apart from that the food we had which was the carvery and I had the Ultimate Mixed Grill - Medium Rare and came out spot on what I ordered, good portions too and had the choctastic sundae and it was beautiful, perfect for the prices and the services was pretty good in my opinion, one of the best meals I've had and will be revisiting this time for a carvery for me ;) thanks for an amazing evening last night!

Just had the most yummy lunch.Hunters loaded bbq fries,cheeseburger (childs) and garlic bread slices.Good portion size,value for money.Highly recommend a visit to The Quays for great atmosphere,friendliness of their staff and of course delicious food with so many choices.Thank you to everyone.

Family stays here alot from Wales and they love it here and always feel welcome, just had meal here recently and was lovely good priced and bar staff always friendly

Disappointed tonight, came in at 8.15pm, bought drinks at the bar, found a table and then ordered food. Food arrived but then got told that under 18’s couldn’t be in the pub after 9pm. Just as our food turned up, night spoilt! Rules need to be made clearer.

Terrible bar staff, kitchen workers are great really nice food. I ordered on the app and they forgot my drinks, got told I had to get up to the bar to grab them myself. By the time I got back my food had gone cold. It was fairly busy so I don't blame the staff I blame the manager for not giving his staff enough people to manage Sundays better

At first it was all chaotic and crazy today, we ordered and everything was going fine till the carvery was being put away, We had paid for a carvery and some over regular meals, we spoke to someone called lisanne who worked there and she was brilliant and sorted it all out for us. She then made sure the kitchen staff didn’t forget our desert we ordered as they forgot some bits off our order. But it was a great pub and great location. Lisanne was fantastic and she was really sweet. Thanks to lisanne♥️

We are staying at The Aquadrome site and we came over on a whim, really glad we did. Great food, very busy pub but service never changed - lovely staff! From service at the till to staff, Kaz was bloody lovely and engaged with the kids which made our visit so easy and we stayed longer than we should (sorry!) Will 100% revisit when around here.

Mia is an absolutely amazing waitress with a lot of chrisma and jokes galore. When it comes to customer service this is how every staff member needs to be modeled on.
