A really jolly village pub with a friendly atmosphere and a warm welcome. Great real ales with guest beer changed on a regular basis. Very tasty, well cooked food served at the weekend. Well worth a visit.

Fantastic food and speedy delivery - even when the person who ordered the food gave them the wrong address at first (me!!) - really understanding and friendly and our favourite takeaway!!

Have been twice in the last month and the butternut squash not available. If your a vegetarian don’t bother going pity as the staff are a all excellent and helpful but apparently they do not serve for vegetarians. So of course we had to walk out both times. They don’t even serve a jacket potato. Sorry but it’s really not the eating place it used to be.

The room was cheap so I wasn't expecting bells & whistles but I did expect it to be clean. The bedding had holes in the carpet was sticky and the walls were sticky too. I felt that despite the cheap price I drastically overpaid

Decidimos ir a almorzar, cuando llegamos estaba muy ocupado, pero el propietario preguntó si nos importaría esperar, estamos encantados decidimos esperar, la comida era excelente, y diferente. El camarero era increíble el ambiente era amable, y por supuesto era tan delicioso que comimos demasiado! Recomendaría encarecidamente y volveremos.

Great food at a really reasonable price. We visited on curry night. A great selection served with poppadoms and naan bread. Our meals were extremely reasonably priced, served promptly, the food was hot, tasty and there was plenty of it. The bar had a great atmosphere, the staff were polite and there was a good selection of alcoholic and soft drinks.
