Sorry to say first and last time I will be having anything from kites,not worth the money, not how I expect chinese food to look and taste like .

Brilliant Chinese, bang on every time, can't fault the food or the service. 5 stars!!

Ordered for 6 people. All food was hot, not too greasy, very tasty and well cooked. Service was excellent, received a phone call when it was ready to collect and offered prawn crackers... it's the best Chinese takeout we've had in a long time and we were quite dubious after ordering from several horrendous places locally. Well done kites... this was lovely and everyone enjoyed...

Cash only Chinese take away. Like the one in BBH they’re cash only. I wonder why?

Best Chinese takeaway meals Great friendly service, My order was ready to pick up on arrival We really enjoyed our meals when we got home. I always recommend this place even though we have to travel nearly 8 miles each way.

Average nothing particularly wrong, but nothing wow

I love this place, the food is always fresh, not greasy & incredibly tasty. We gave up on Chinese food a while back because we were so disappointed with the local restaurants then a friend urged us to try Kites, I'm so pleased he did. The king prawns are huge, the beef melts in the mouth, the chow mein and fried rice is full of flavour. Sweet & Sour is the best I've ever tasted & czechuan has a great kick to it. I can't recommend this place enough, staff & owners are really nice & helpful.

Have been reluctant to try Kites again after the previous disappointing attempts we've had over the years, but the new management team have turned things around, it now ranks high in our favourite local takeaways!

Moved to Waddington this week and tried Kites tonight. Possibly the best Chinese Takeaway I have ever had. The food was fantastic, the service friendly . 10/10

New management changed the recipe for fried chili beef and ruined it. It used to be thick, good cuts of beef in a rich sauce and now its just batter.

The best duck and pancakes I have had in a long time,😊

Worst Chinese I've ever had! Everything was in a thick red sauce tastless and not sure what half of it was. It definitely wasn't chicken or prawns Very disappointed

Completely messed the order up. 4 portions of crispy duck were part of the order and duck was overly dry, bit burnt, but worst of all no hoisin sauce or cucumber/spring-onion was there - just duck and pancakes. Also missed the crispy pork balls off the order. Not great.

Usually fast service, food took a while to arrive this time but we expected it as it was valentines night. Well worth the wait as always the food was great. One of my favourite Chinese take aways.

In my opinion Kites is by far the best Chinese around here. I won't order from anywhere else. Always a fast & friendly service. Would highly recommend it.

Ordered food at least a couple of times a month sometimes more. Always found them ok Just informed and read details that they were given a 0 for food hygiene after food inspectors visited on 14th November 2018. On well will be looking elsewhere from now on.

Nice food, just annoying they dont take care payments

I will not be back, a couple of times now I have had wrong orders !, ...more fool me for going back......and the latest is CLOSED FOR ANNUAL CLEANING !!!!!! My Derriere, Locals in the know say that the HEALTH INSPECTORS HAVE SHUT IT DOWN !!, That explains a few things. Shocking state of affairs when you think that locals and the RAF have kept this business going for many years and this is how they repay us. Just checked on Food Standards Agency North Kesteven, last inspection was Nov 2016 however it says a recent inspection has been carried out and a new rating will be published shortly. I do hope for the customers sake and theirs that the rumours are not true as they could lose a lot of business over this.

Fantastic Food every time! I call it my local even though its the next village along, I've always gone here for my Chinese takeaway because of super flavors, perfectly cooked and good prices and offers 😁

Produced wrong order, when we called they were rude and not interested. No acknowledgement of error Really snotty behaviour. Avoid.

I had the mushroom satay which was nice and great portion size but the rest of my families dishes were poor and the egg fried rice was, rice with minimal egg in it.

Ordered Chicken chow mein from this so called takeaway, awful!!! Bad stomach all that night and has carried on since for a couple of days. Would not recommend

Wouldn't give this take away even a one star! Gloopy curry sauce, burnt prawn toast, crispy beef like lard and prawn crackers old! The only good thing was a full refund! Not sure how food like this can be served! Seriously need to think about food that is made and sort it out!! Absolutely gutted as not had a Chinese for over 6 months!!

Best Chinese ever. The staff are amazing and the food is to die for! Friendly service everyone. Food is quick, hot and delicious! Highly recommend!
