Very stingy with the toppings and base not great...

This will be my last order from these, terrible service, they couldn’t give a toss! It took for me to call again to find out it hadn’t even left the shop! No apology,reason given, nothing!I’d of understood if it on a weekend but it was a Tuesday night, even when it eventually arrived it was that hot either!

Food was lovely and always is. There was a bit of a mix up with orders this evening but it was sorted quickly and I really appreciated that and how nice they were about it (as I live quite far out of Sleafor) I would definitely recommend this place.

Food is quite good but the service is one of the worst ones. Especially when you order directly. Partly wrong food and one meal too short. After I've rang them they just hang up. Pizza delight is not how it was before. Won't order again !!!

our pizza crust was that burnt it was black and the chips and onion rings were cold won't be ordering again really disappointing with the amount we paid

Lamp wrap was £8 and it had 4 peace’s off meat in tiny!

pizza was nice, but I paid extra £2 for pineapple that was never added on the pizza.

Has the most tasty meal. Meat was cooked to perfection and portions were huge and delicious. We all loved our meals and highly recommend

Ordered a margarita got a pizza with peppers onions and olives ordered 3 cans of drink got none and I ordered a chicken wrap that had hardly any meat on and was full of nothing but red cabbage it’s all a load of shi* I will not order here again and I only put in for a refund for the pizza because I didn’t no about the rest until I asked my girls I can’t believe how bad this is

35 mins late isn’t good enough for the price paid.

over 2 hours later, food turned up cold, had to constantly chase when it was coming, got told 30 min had to wait over an hour

Great amount of food, piping hot! Tasted great, lots of sauce on the burger and the pizza was loaded with toppings! Would buy again 👍

Pizza was burnt ad thin it's supose to be a thick pan yet comes thin with hardly any peperoni onit and £8.50 for a wrap us a rediculous should get chips with it 29 pound wasted it was cold I'm really not happy was left hungry and couldnt submit it to just eat as they didn't submit it had been delivered for ages

The food arrived and the entire order was cold, after ringing the shop and them initially denying it and saying that it was impossible, they said that there was nothing they could do as they no longer had a delivery driver available. I’ve never used this place before, and unfortunately will not try again.

First time ordering here, came on time and was given 2 free pepsis. Food was lovely and still hot, will be ordering again.

Ordered on line. Delivery wasn't bad but when the pizza came it looked small. Never done this before but I measured it! Ordered a 12inch and got a 10.5 inch one! Topping wasn't brilliant..hardly any beef.

Used this takeaway tonight after work had a lamb kebab and a chicken shish. Lamb was terribly fatty and we asked for chilli sauce on chicken but when got home no sauce. Sorry guys but very poor won't be back.

The special garlic bread was amazing and the delivery came on time. The driver was very friendly and happy. I found an item from my delivery was missing, but the very nice man on the phone sorted the query out without question. I would highly recommend this delivery for its pleasant and understanding staff who are always willing to help and for their speedy and efficient delivery service. Thank you.

Oil in a bun! No, The salad inside the burgers was afloat with oil as was the bun, the meat - and the pizzas were super-greasy. Lowest quality fast-food experience ever (for us). All of it went straight in the bin at a loss of £25 to us.

Appalling! Chicken shish came without salad. Donner wrap was cold and soggy. Fried chicken was cremated and inedible. At least half of the order went in the bin. Never again.

Placed an order when we went in and waited for our order. Get home and find out we had been charge for chicken strips we had ordered but not even been given then. Disappointing considering we were the only customers there. Definitely wouldn't go back if they can't even get an order of 4 items right but happily take the money.

Staying in the area for the weekend, our family of six adults decided to order online from here for delivery. Both evenings orders were placed and on each delivery orders were incorrect. Evening one, two bbq beans were ordered with chips and cheese, both arrived with plain beans, we accepted this as an oversight. Evening two we had to chase up our order and after over TWO hours of waiting, it arrived but this time both sauces ordered with two large mixed kebabs were missing. Dry kebabs are not enjoyable. Telephoning in to advise them of their discrepancy, we were told they would be sent immediately. By the time they did arrive, over 30 minutes later, the kebabs had been eaten. The total we spent with this take away over the two nights surpassed £120. The food we received was very good but their service let them down badly. I suggest the collection option is taken so orders can be checked by the customer.

absolutely fuming, will not be ordering again, all my food was burnt and the drink had gone flat (i got diet coke) who do they think they are just wanted a cheeky scran but clearly thats too much to ask for, definitely not worth the EXTORTIONATE amount i payed for this!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

It's 9.30pm ,90 minutes waiting for a kebab and it's still not here. Not acceptable. If I'd known it would be this late I would've picked it up or gone elsewhere. Kids are starving

Disappointing. It was below average last time but thought it might be a one off so tried again tonight. The cheesy garlic bread was burnt and the chips were cold so won’t be ordering from here again.

We’ve ordered from here for about 5 years and the food has always been great. Fast delivery and never had any issues with them getting the order wrong.

Very good doner kebab meat exceptional home made chilli and garlic sauce. This is clearly a kebab shop of which there are very few near me. I bet all the kebebs are top quality. Definitely worth it

MFC chicken strips peppered to the max making them very hazardous to some people. My wife could not catch her breath for 10 minutes after taking 1 bite. Not, clever, not good, not necessary in the first place.

Ordered a few times and normally lovely. Tonight the tray with my chips, CHEESE and dinner kebab in it was pooled with oil and also there was NO cheese. Overall tonight not very happy with the food.

For the price of delivering 3.5 miles it took nearly 11/2 hours and was almost cold....slightly disappointed as quite expensive .

Such a shame, we've just ordered 2 chicken shish kebabs, we make a 25 mile round trip to order from these guys. Sadly they all too often get the order wrong. Despite repeating the order to avoid these mistakes! We've left 5 star reviews in the past but now feel we deserve better service than we've had the last few times.

Food was delivered early- the only good experience we had. Some food was over cooked, some cold and stale. Contacted them to let them know, no apology, no offer to replace, told ‘what do you want us to do about it’ then hung up on. Never again

Coming up from the south east of England to visit family and finally being able to get a takeaway delivered to their village via justeat is great. Where I’m from is flooded with kebab and pizza shops and I would say this one is a little bit better than average. Some bad points are: the chicken shish kebab should include and be cooked with onion and green peppers on the skewers and the chicken not cut up so small. Burger sauce is the cheap one!! You need to buy hammonds special burger sauce where I live people won’t use a kebab shop over using cheap sauce. Margherita pizza was average could use a better tomato base and possibly the mozzarella. Obviously there is not much choice in the vast area and would order from her again as food did come hot especially being 5miles away

First time that we’ve ordered from here had pizza from places like Mario’s etc however have to say food was hot 😍 arrived before the expected time, chips were nice and crispy pizzas were well done, if I had to nit pick a small thing I’d say add more flavor to your tomato sauce and pizzas could have been a little tiny winy more crispier but overall will deffo order again, amazing service

No very happy , I ordered chicken strips but they never came with the order, the beans were Just warm . So I’m £4.50 down and had a bland warm meal , you need to start treating your customers better
