Always an amazing experience whether eating in or taking away. The food is consistently brilliant every time and the staff are so friendly. The dining room is laid out so that it's never too busy.

The food and size of portion all brilliant. But the place , well, it leaves lots to be desired

Went to nandos for evening. Was totally disappointed. Was met at the door with miserable girl.who wasn't overly friendly. Seated at a small table virtually on my neighbours lap! Could her all their conversation. Ordered food at the bar . Had the meal deal of full chicken. Sides. Drinks . £33.75 !!! Totally overpriced. Meal arrived 6mins later. Chips cold. Chicken was overcooked and very dry. Full of tiny bones. The waitress never came back to check everything was OK. Until we finished the meal. . Wish I had gone to the bar now and complained. Worked all week for a rare treat and this was the outcome. Totally disappointed. Also I've worked 25yrs in catering. I know the rules and the work involved. But found appalling the waitress came and cleared the table next to us. She wiped the floor with the cloth . Then wiped the table With the same cloth!!!! . Food and hygiene gone through the window. Finished the dried up meal and then the waitress decides to come then as she needs the table for next customers. Asked if everything was OK with the meal. I said no not really. The chicken was overcooked and dry. Full of tiny bones. She just laughed and said sorry and ran of . Very bad standards. Scruffy. Overcooked. Overcrowded. Poor value for money. A really disappointing meal and experience. Won't ever return. Waste of a lot of money. !

Truly awful. Cold pizza. Cold sausage rolls. Cold cheese slices. Cold everything. Complained to head office....they were even more useless than thus awful shop. Apparently Greggs serve everything cold unless you purchase when it's fresh out the oven. Don't be fooled by the lights in the display cabinet, it's designed to look like a hot hold but in fact everything in it is cold.

The place looks very inviting, traditionally decorated with a huge selection of cakes. Unfortunately the food that was served was very underwhelming, bland and basic, dumplings were greasy and tasteless, bacon and scrambled eggs just about cooked. even the cheesecakes we took away promised so much but delivered very little. The one saving grace was the sourdough bread, fresh and very good. Maybe we didn’t choose the right things? But probably won’t bother again.

Another place to visit for a drink. Good location next to the railway arch. Good service by good staff team. Plenty of seating, and reasonable prices.

Visited on St Patrick's day. Would not recommend. Very unsavory welcome. The bar maid was more interested in her phone than finishing pouring my pint of Guinness (it had settled a minute prior) Then the karaoke speakers were overly loud and distorted, we try to raise the issue and they give us hassle, and deliberately raise the volume to cause us discomfort. The karaoke staff were not friendly. If anything the woman looked us up and down like we were dirt. Then we get told if we don't like it go somewhere else. I didnt have the choice of where to go, my mother flew in from Ireland and this is where the group was. We get heckled and laughed at when I walk off. (I'm autistic and the volume was causing me discomfort, the entire pub was distorted) Would definitely no recommend! If anything I want this issue to be addressed. There was no need for the volume to be that loud in the first place, and no need to raise the volume if we tell them it's distorted and causing discomfort. Really am seriously upset with the way we were treated here. Like I say, I didn't have the choice of place, it was where the group was at the time. Would not recommend.

Had an absolutely fantastic time at The Swan in Mansfield! The atmosphere is spot on—warm, welcoming, and full of character. The staff go above and beyond, making sure everyone is well looked after with great service and a friendly smile. The drinks selection is excellent, with a great variety on tap, and everything is kept perfectly. The live music and entertainment give the place a brilliant vibe, making it a top spot for a great night out. If you’re in Mansfield and looking for a proper pub with great drinks, cracking service, and a lively atmosphere, The Swan is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Just not right, the food was undercooked and the food was cold yet they refused to replace and wanted me to buy more food. How it even makes sense, flabbergasted! Fraud

Used to love getting breakfast here, a bacon and egg bagel. They've changed to standard English bacon now so it's lost it's uniqueness and flavour.

Loud, annoying and irritating barmaid promised me a drink and even said it was 'on the house' yet she was never to be seen again, shocking appalling and frankly disgraceful service from the worst pub in town. STEER CLEAR

Took an hour and ten minutes to arrive and was unfortunately cold, so I’m guessing the driver had delivered multiple items at the same time. The pizzas were poor, and quite a lot left. If papa johns had been open we would have gone there.

Severvise was exalt great communication from staff and Donna the manger was excellent and every helpful

Went for dinner. Upon arrival we were overwelmed with too much information. Order via QR, only take card, we dont have this we dont have that. Buffet is now finished. No wonder this place was empty. The order from the local pizza takeaway was a lot easier. Will definately not be back anytime soon

I ordered from Albert St Mansfield this evening , email confirmation said 8.30pm delivery and still no delivery at 9.30pm . I phoned the branch to discuss and asked for the manager only to be told “ they’ve been sacked “ I asked about my order and was told I’d be better off collecting it . I declined and cancelled the order but as I ordered online I had to contact Pizza Hut direct to get my refund . Disgusting service .
