Wasn’t happy with my order ;had no bbq sauce available when I’ve ordered it and my pizza wasn’t great at all ,I only had 1 pizza and it was 30 pound!

Food was cold and ice cream didn’t arrive as described

After I ordered, my order arrived 40 minutes later than the time they said, when it arrived my pizza was raw and I couldn't eat it, I called, a super nice lady apologized and said he would send us another one, we accepted, but instead they were not serious and didn't send another one. Conclusion lost money and trashed pizza !!! I will never order from them again

This was great when it was Mansfield Computers back in the 80s. Different kind of chips these days.

ordered food at 7.30pm it arrived at 9.30pm after I'd phone the restaurant, when the order arrived there were items missing but they had given us a bottle of pop free, I would rather have had the food we ordered and not had to wait 2hours for it. note to self DONT ORDER FROM ALBERT STREET PIZZA HUT

Wasn't notified when on its way, was luke warm and soggy, ordered one deep dish and one Italian but both where deep dish, toppings where nice but overall disappointing.

The worst pizza ever … hated it to the core … the cheese and topping was sliding off the bread as the tomato sauce was overloaded … the pizza bread paste part was fully moist and soggy in the middle … literally dripping …. The onions were undercooked and cut in huge chunks including the uneatable onion core was put as toppings

Pizza was cold late and not even the right size

The employees of this restaurant have the most cynical attitude towards other people's work. This restaurant does not respect other people's work. One of the leaders in creating the modern slavery system with Deliveroo. I advise buyers never to use this restaurant through the Deliveroo company application. You will have to wait a long time for the order. Employees do not communicate with persons who deliver food to customers who have ordered pizza. You can stand for 20 or more minutes before the staff asks for the order number. And only then will they start baking the pizza. Chaos and incompetence in work performance. I recommend not ordering food from this restaurant.

Great taste and quick service. Staff always nice. Ideal for pick up although sometimes hard to find nearby free parking spot - on street parking only.

The pizza was very nice and tasty however the Weadges I ordered were cold and was not able to eat them and had to throw them away which was very annoying as they were part of the meal.

25 mins late but food was lovly

The dough was so undercooked and bready. No garlic seasoning on the crust. Barely any cheese. Nothing like Pizza Hut pizza from the restaurants. Really really disappointed :(

As a previous worker/manager at Pizza Hut I came back as I always do to get food and went it to collect. When I asked what I wanted I requested for a new stretched meat feast and some chicken strips, which the order then went through... As I was looking down into the back I could see them pick out a not fresh pre topped pizza, to which I kindly asked could I have a fresh one please too which Stacey shouted down the shop it is fresh 3 hours ago and threw the pre topped pizza down the shop! I was shocked with the treatment I received and now will not be coming back to pizza after this experience! Shocking attitude!

Ordered food via deliveroo as we had lutewarm food and no pop even though it showed on the order. They admitted that the delivery driver has taken it and that they where unwilling to help. I guess they do not understand Consumer rights. No wonder why they are slowly closing.

Terrible! Waited nearly 2 hours for one pizza then it was cold!

I can't speak on the quality of the food as it was not delivered. Driver was unable to find the address and unable to take directions due to a poor understanding of English. They eventually hung up.

Ordered online to collect, had to wait a extra 20 minutes into the store. Once I finally got my pizzas they totally messed up one by putting mushrooms all over it when it was just a meat feast pizza, and didn't change the sauce to bbq either as requested or gave me the cheesy bites I paid for. This would usually be my go to pizza place but not anymore.

After waiting 40 minutes after the latest delivery time we decided to try and get in touch with the Mansfield branch, phone number rings through and ends with the number not existing/line is busy! Safe to say we won't be ordering again and will stick to Dominos instead as their customer service is actually in existence. Appealed and left hungry.

Was 25 min late but not let me select that for some reason when tried to call took over 15 mins after a non busy line was being called to finally speak to someone who didn’t seem to be very understanding or happy to help the lady also informed me that we was waiting on my cookie when it came burnt I could see why it had been left in there far too long I wouldn’t have minded but it was children waiting a lot longer then they should have been and only got to eat the pizza and not there pudding but

Absolutely disgusting!!! Ordered at 18.03 food arrived at 19:55. Couldn’t get hold of anyone as phone just rang out. Just eat app stated food delivered. It did eventually arrive but two parts of our order we burnt and yet the dough was soggy so not really edible. £45 wasted. Do not use under any circumstance. I’ll stick with papas in future. Never ever again will we use Pizza Hut!

Same pizza 2 weeks ago tasted much better like it was hurriedly made. Not appreciated.

The food was dry and over cooked

Tried the new melts, they are really nice and great to have as a change to having a pizza. Definitely recommend trying them especially if you don't want too much pizza or want to try something different. Opted for delivery, arrived on time hot and fresh 👌

Pizza and chicken were nice but our cookie dough ice cream didnt come, im not sure if its the restaurants fault though or the drivers as it feels like always something missing when ordering through JustEat

Absolutely diabolical. Ordered food at 18.24 tried calling them several time ( 36 times) lines are busy all the time. Food still hadn't arrived at 20.40. Don't bother ordering EDIT : after waiting 2.5 hours pizza finally turned up, pizza was cold and soggy.

Took two hours to be delivered, food was mediocre, we called asking whether we would have an ETA and got offered free food as compensation for it being so late and we never received it, wouldn't return nor recommend.

Food was good, tasty and delivery was fast however the boxes were crushed onto the pizza so some of the toppings came off and we ordered a deal in which we were missing a part of.

Order sent to wrong address, no confirmation of delivery, had to chase an 45 mins after latest delivery time given, to be told delivers to wrong house!

The worst experience we have had! Ordered on a busy Saturday so appreciated that it might take a while to get to us and we were ok with this. They gave us an estimated time of arrival which was great. An hour after the ETA and we had heard nothing. The online system said we should have had it and didn’t update the whole time. I tried to call their number 30x and every time there was either an engaged tone or it rang out. Shock behaviour. To top it all off 1.5hrs late he turned up and didn’t have our drink or dip. Still no answer from the shop. WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.

Ridiculous, I ordered pizzas plus pepsi, I didn't receive the pepsi, I called twice, I spoke to Menager, she promised to send it, I never got the pepsi ... I don't recommend, I paid for something and I didn't get it. Totally disrespectful to the customer.

Preordered for lunch, only for the order to be cancelled with no reasons. When I tried to ring to reorder, the phone constantly rang without answer. Gave up and went back to dominos, where my custom will now be staying.

The food quality was what I was expecting just not piping hot. It was 30 minutes late and I had to call the restaurant to find out where it was. Overall thoughts is adequate just not great considering its a large company.

Food was left at door, I didn’t receive a text, they didn’t knock on the door, my food was just left on the floor. I’m assuming due to this, my food was quite cold and not great quality.

If I could I would give zero starts. The food was supposed to arrive at 21.20-21.30. Now its 22.16, the tracker says the food has arrive but we never got it!

All the food was perfect on time and tasted amazing me and my mum thoroughly enjoyed our meal

Wow what a fantastic takeaway me and my partner ordered last night! We had the exclusive Christmas pizza, garlic bread cheese tear & share, chicken strips and cheesy triangles. Everything was hot and delicious! I don’t usually order Pizza Hut takeaway as domino’s is just at the bottom of the road, however now I’ve been turned! The food is just stunning and I’m so excited for my next order! Merry Christmas to the team at Pizza Hut Delivery Mansfield 😄

the delivery never came when i rang i was told they knocked the door bt nobody ever came

We ordered 2 Mac and cheese only received 1 and ordered a large sharing cookie and only revived a normal one when we rang up they said it was a just eat probably and even though we had paid for 2 Mac and cheese they could not send the other one.

Was very disappointed, when I ordered I chose the time option then once I had placed the order and paid it changed to 30 mins later. And then the food arrived 30 mins after the given time. I was on a work call so I was hoping to have it for a specific time, this made it very late and rushed. Not only that, by the time the food arrived it was lukewarm. For a £40+ order this was a shambles. First and last time I will be ordering through just eat

Was texted the order was delayed and then got notified the delivery will arrive at 19:25 but the notification came through at 19:40!! Had to call restaurant direct to finds out when it was due and they said its on its way and shoudl arrive in 5 to 10 mins. Food arrived shortly thereafter. Pizza box was damp around the edges and the food was no longer hot. it was only luke warm. Terrible and disgusting service.

Serving this place is a joke. I order pizzas 2 hours earlier and never got it on time, and the service is lying that the pizza is on its way

I ordered from here last night and they forgot my desert, took it as the one off and decided to order from here again tonight, wrong decision! They forgot my desert again! Charged my card but missed off my Ben and Jerry’s Ice cream, and the ice cream for the cookie dough, rang up and explained my order was missing they said the ice cream says ‘subject to availability’ which in conclusion it does not! Charged me both times, wouldn’t recommend if you’re wanting your full order and a good explanation as to why you don’t receive your food items.

Livid is an understatement! Ordered two pizzas online (£5 specials) asked for one without tomato sauce (phone call to resturant) and was told no problem it'll be with you shortly. An hour later two pizzas turn up with sauce on. Rang restaurant to be told they can't and won't change the order as its company policy. Who ever we spoke to informed us the member of staff who took the call was "in training" and shouldn't have agreed to our request. The staff member on the phone refused to give his name for me to lodge a complaint and wouldn't give me his managers name. He was beyond rude and was concerned with lecturing and I quote "customers like me" that he had better things to be doing while he was so short staffed. Absolutely pathetic for a big name chain. Evidently the £5 special pizzas are coming pre made or from the freezer as they can't leave out ingredients? Save your money and go to dominos as we now will!

Ordered a pizza online by using card suppose to be here 2 hours ago and still not arrived and not even answering the phone deffo not ordering here again

Ordered and collected a pizza on Friday evening, walked in to the shop and the workers was listening to drum and base very loud. Received my food, got home to eat and the pizza and wedges was ridiculously undercooked. My pizza was so soggy and the wedges was like hard potato. Very disappointed as I normally enjoy.

Son ordered himself pizza for delivery , he answered the door and tried to keep the dog from getting out to which the delivery bloke shoved the pizza at him and told him to "TAKE IT"! Suggest you get better delivery staff not bloody rude ones !

Pizza and side came quick but quality a joke. Pizza is small (for a large) and soggy. So soggy when you try pull a slice out the box you get the crust and the rest falls to pieces. The cheesy garlic share bread is a total waste of money unless you like to eat dough covered in whatever that garlic salt shaker stuff is because it’s caked in it. Will be sticking to your competitors in future, they are miles better.
