Taco Bell in Mansfield

10/10 for the staff. Came in as I was missing an item from a previous order and they gave me my missing quesadilla. Got fries whilst I was there and the app when I click and collected some fries with it ended up giving me beef which I couldn’t eat. Staff were kind and replaced for free despite me wanting to pay for it as it’s an app issue not them. Thanks guys I’m very awkward socially so I’m glad things were sorted well 👍🏻

Great for clearing your guts out, other than that, it's awful. Food is completely tasteless, the burritos look more like sleeping bags for hamsters, and it's way too overpriced for how little you get.

Chips are genuinely raw potato with a lack of spice. Food to be enjoyed by freaks of nature.

Ordered chicken wraps came stuffed with lettuce and 0 chicken. And loaded fries was plain chips with nothing on them. Delivery was also well over an hour.

Really dirty place to dine when we visited. Water all over the floor and dirty tables and floors. No napkins or straws available had to wait at the counter again and ask for them. Lots of staff but no organisation. Waiting awhile for food. Needs improvement before I dine again

Friend lost wallet and staff kept it safe after hours.they let us retrieve the wallet and it was returned with all cash inside !! Thanks guys ✌️♥️

The taco party pack was removed forcing customers to pay more ordering individual tacos. Now the Mansfield branch has removed the cravings meal for 4 so now customers have to pay even more for 2 cravings meal for 2. This branch does not respect its customers loyalty and puts profit before them. What a disgraceful way to treat loyal customers.

Felt like walking into a dirty Mcdonald's. First time experience for me, but kids been before. Dirty tables on arrival, incorrect orders twice and staff that seemed like they wished they were elsewhere. (Wasn't a busy period, no-one else in "restaurant").

Theyve stopped the doing the plant range. It was so good absolutely gutted. Best vegetarian fast food you could get. Obviously wont be going any more as theres nothing on the menu but the black bean wrap and to be honest i wouldn't eat that if you paid me its awful.

Served by AMELIA, customer service was top notch as it was my first time she explained meal deal/vegetarian options, food was fresh too but quantity wasn't enough as per price, tables weren't clean enough may be cos of rush hour..

We have been coming to Taco Bell since opening and loved it.. but recently it's prices have gone up and it's product quality has gone down, lack of meat and more salad.. won't be coming back for a while.

Clean and newish outlet. The food is fresh, light and scrumptious - nachos and burritos. Try any of the dine-in meal deals with bottomless drinks.

Taco Bell offering 'free coffee' for a five star review i'm sure that's not allowed? This is going to greatly skew the truth for this place, and no i won't give someone a 5* review unless they deserve it. Service was good and the place was nice and clean. However, I'm sure you cannot write a review if you've been offered an incentive, such as discounts, monetary rewards, or loyalty points, in exchange for writing a review

Go there for the soft shell tacos

There's only one toilet ( one single toilet for male and female but they're not unisex toilets) and the sanitation level in there isn't good.

Great food at a reasonable price. Nice customer service. Place is ok to eat in but doesn't have a warm vibe - good to grab a quick bite. Naked burrito is worth trying. Good location and own car park near town centre and plenty of meal sharing options or meal deals.

Terrible place to visit. This was my first time with Taco Bell and never ever again. The tables were dirty with old food on them, papers on the floor. Staff were generally nice for customers but one lady and a young man just ignored me. They pretended that I was not there. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. COLD AND LOW QUALITY. It looked completely different than in the pictures. Only the fries were good. Taco was just a cheap wrap and salad with a small piece of chicken. Quesadilla was two cheap wraps from aldi with little cheese inside. Very bad in taste. Burrito was a joke. Just cheap soft wrap with some brown substance inside. Did not taste like a burrito or even beef. The worst food I ever ate in the UK !.

Visited for the first time the other day, staff were bit rude, food was quite cold, probably won't return

Absolutely appalling, the fries had more salt than the in the sea. The photos on the menu look nothing like what you are served. Virtually no filling in the Burrito just a soggy wrap. Quesadilla tasted of nothing except for the slimy liquid cheese

Went for a quick impromptu dinner with the family. Got halfway through an order on the touch screen before it stopped functioning!? No fix, so I went to till to place an order. Waited quite a while despite having a few staff members and not being that busy. Placed order and sent family to find a table. The restaurant area had clearly been forgotten by staff as all tables, bar a few, were dirty and had food waste and wrappers on. Approached staff and asked if I could have a cloth to wipe our table, as it was now getting busier. Was told that someone would be out to do it. After a while, someone came out and started sweeping the floor. I asked once for our table to be cleaned, to be told to wait a min. He continued to sweep the floor, so I asked again for a cloth so I could do it myself. Again told to wait a min. Eventually, our table was cleaned, and our food order was called. Collected food and returned to our table. Firstly, the fries taste amazing. The seasoning is just right! The rest of the food was just tiny. I ate a Volcano Burrito. This tasted good but was sooooo small! Another disappointment was the cheese and jalapeño quesadilla. Extremely poorly cut and just thrown together. The sauce sides (guacamole, sour cream, cheese sauce) priced at 99p each were tiny and poor value for money. The guacamole was not nice. We left the whole (small) portion. Overall, we all left hungry and disappointed with everything 😪 Unfortunately, we will definitely not be returning and will travel further if we decide to use Taco Bell in the future. 😞☹️😶

Decent place to go for somewhat fast food its tasy well seasoned but recently it seems like you're getting less of the fillings. The service is a let down as its always slow and you can be waiting quite a while sometimes also the staff are not always the best, they can be rather inattentive and more interested in conversation with colleagues.

We visited on the 25/11/2024 as we was looking after our nephew and niece for the night, food came out okay, lots of them just standing around but it wasn’t busy. We got home later in the evening and myself had a doggy stomach but didn’t think anything of it, I was wrong.. throwing up all night! My partner then started throwing up too! Lucky the nephew and niece are fine but looks like we got food poisoning! So I’ll be contacting whoever to sort this out as I don’t want it to happen to anyone else. Avoid!

When we walked in place was empty. We placed order 4 people working there or hanging around. Food was ready didn't even have the decency to bring it to the table. When we got the tacos it was Coldish only fries where warm. This was at taco bell in Mansfield. Not going to see me there again. Not saying taco bell is bad only the one in Mansfield is quite bad.

My friends all had burritos and didn’t like them but I love the 🍟 fries what are the bad reviews for the food isn’t bad

I really enjoy the food from Taco Bell but considering it’s meant to be ‘fast food’ right? It’s extremely slow service even when the place is quiet. One time after waiting some 15 minutes or so for my order they did give me a completely wrong order and when I mentioned this to one of the employees, they corrected my order straight away and apologised.

My partner and I went today on the recommendation of his friend. I wish I had looked at the reviews first. Disappointed. I spent £6.47 on food and for it to not be made. The guy said he would remake it...I don't think it was made at all in the first instance. When it was 'remade' it wasn't made to how I specified so I didn't enjoy it. Sorry guys I shall not be recommending or returning in the future.

Although the food tastes great they ALWAYS seem to get the order wrong. Last time we went through the drive through our food order was incorrect, the car behind us was incorrect and there was someone complaining inside at the counter who also had the incorrect food. All the aforementioned leads me to believe that this isn’t an isolated incident and that more training is probably required. The person on the drive through is always polite and fixes the order for us but … A WORD OF WARNING to people wishing to visit… check your food before you leave the counter/ drive through! Summary: Excellent food WHEN/IF it’s correct! Update: Another incorrect order. What a bloody farce. The foods great but Taco bell need to get a handle on this. Update 2: We recently re-visted and it seems like they ahve had lots of new staff. They are now helpful, get the order correct and it's a much better experience. Updating the star rating from 2 to 4.

every time I go I order chicken in my taco no beef and for the third time I have received beef in my taco this is ridiculous as I go all the time on my brake at work and order the same thing and it’s somehow always wrong in one way or another. Also when ordering on the drive through you can’t hear anything really you have to sit so close to the speaker to actually hear something or it just sounds like there whispering.

Are we on a budget for scouse? I opened up my caramel source and it was practically empty! Might as well of just brought an empty packet! Otherwise the food was alright for what you pay for.

My 1st visit here and my last. Went during the weekend table and floor covered in spilt food and drinks despite staff standing around chatting none of them could be bothered to clean so that customers could sit and eat. Ordered food to go. Food was not value for money nor was it hot after maybe 50 paces to the car.

Waited long time for delivery food was nice but the next day my husband tuck I'll had to come home from work as he had food poisoning I had stomach cramps and diarrhoea wasn't as bad as he was please be aware people!!!

Restaurant was quite busy. The service was ok but the staff need to smile! Good selection on the menu and all freshly cooked and tasty.

I went with my wife for a pre-cinema meal and the food was fantastic, the guy at the counter was very approachable and helpful

In the drive though we waited 20minutes got some churros the service was absolutely appalling

My first impression was a good one. Seems to be clean and well staffed.

First time visiting here. It was pretty quiet so plenty of choice of where to sit. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. The self-order kiosk wasn’t as intuitive as it should be and so I had to do part of my order at the tills. The staff were great though and helped fix a mistake that had been made through the self-order kiosk. Special thanks to Cat for her great service! The food was great and I love that their main drink is Pepsi Max. The toilets were very clean and the whole place was kept to a high standard. We will be back!

This place is disgusting. They are not keeping a minimum hygiene. Tables are always sticky and dirty, never enough staff to serve,food lies around mops and brushes, self order maschines not working properly, sanitary bin in ladies toilet is absolutely full and dirty. Sooner or later someone will get poisoned there. Absolutely not recommended this place.

This was my first time at Taco Bell, at first I was shocked as I expected a restaurant but it’s more like a McDonald’s. I really enjoyed my burrito, although wasn’t fond of the chips. The main issue I had was how unclean the place was, the floor covered in food, no tables clean ready for other customers. I won’t revisit purely due to it being so unclean.

First time at taco waited about 5 minutes for a member of staff to serve me food was good atmosphere was poor only us in restaurant also needed a cleaning 4pm on a wenesday and no coffee

Awful, bunch of school leavers handling the food having fun in the kitchen, food was cold.. next to no meat in any of the items ordered and we basically ordered everything on the menu for mutiple family members. Every table had previous customers food on the table floor was covered in food and rubbish.. over rated and won’t be going again.

Best menu item (pork burrito) not sold here. Asked for salsa verde, was told no. A bit of prodding revealed they had mild and spicy salsa, but it hasn't occurred to the server to mention it. Fries were like they'd been sat out a long time. Not a good experience, wouldn't visit again.

Waited 50 minutes through drive-thru no apology so told a few home truths to the cretins that supposedly worked there…terrible customer service won’t be frequenting again.

Quite nice food .. basic burrito and taco but tasty nonetheless. Some of the tables still needed clearing as they had previous customers rubbish such as leftover paper bags and boxes, etc. on them (which, in a self clearing restaurant, shows the attitude of people in general rather than the staff), but apart from that, the place was clean enough.

Missed the sour cream off the taco and to top it the drinks machine wasn’t working and wouldn’t give two tins of Pepsi to replace the lack of drinks the manager should be taught about customer relations won’t be visiting again !!!

I had read bad reviews when this first opened and had been hesitant to try it, but was very pleasantly surprised. I had no trouble with the order and its speed. The food was very nice and I thought excellent value for the price. I paid 7.99 for the quesadilla box meal which included a quesadilla (obviously) but also a taco, fries and some churros and a drink. It was a lot of great food for that price. Will definitely go back

Order came on time. But the sizes were very small. Never seen such small portions. They forgot to send the fries.

A quick service restaurant with self ordering points. Friendly staff. Low on staff when we visited and we didn't see anyone cleaning tables while we were there. Toilet was dirty.

Absolutely shocking of a place. food is alright. But nothing to be excited about. Tables absolutely filthy as there hasn't been enough time for staff to come out and clean. This place is an absolute state at the minute.

Great experience as always but the most recent time I visited my rice was quite hard in the Volcano Burrito. Never had this problem here before. The food was still amazing in taste as worth the visit

So we went and got food from drive through, they missed half the order off so phoned and and got given a code to have it remade the next time we come, so we went to get it remade, got home and they have still missed items off the order, they need some better staff, I understand that it gets busy etc but one of the things the manager said to be is ‘they shouldn’t be missing items out on a Monday’ shouldn’t you mean everyday?

Nice food, nothing like on the menu.... It was thrown together staff seemed miserable and ignored us at the till for ages before asking them to help as machines weren't working. Didn't tell us to get drink cups etc just expect you to guess! Would definitely try a different store as food options were good but not this one

First time in a Taco Bell. We ate in. Menu choice wasn't vast but plenty of choice and options including veggie, You could also tweak your individual order to suit, like No tomatoes or cheese etc. The Staff were friendly and helpful. The inside is surprisingly small, maybe 30 seats, but there is a drive through and you can have it delivered through the usual apps, just eat etc. We didn't use the toilet so can't comment. In the twenty minutes we were there nobody was out cleaning the tables or drinks area so limiting our seating, and parts of the electronic menu board kept moving so reading it first time was a challenge, But I suppose you get used to it eventually. The food was WOW. Really tasty and really juicy, plenty of napkins needed, It could get messy. Fries have a not too spicy coating and are the best we've had, all our food was delicious. Drinks were free top ups with a choice of about six. Also help yourself to napkins and sauce sachets, ketchup, Mild, and fire . Price is similar to BK and McD's so great value. I said this before, Not everyone will have the same experience and we've only been once. But we're DEFINITELY going again.

Anytime outside of rush hour, the service is fast. People don't seem to get that concept. Foods good, its not chiquitos- or an independant mexican restaurant but it's good for a craving or a hangover. Staff are always lovely and helpful.

Only used the drive thru, but was relatively fast. Not sure if its quite what the yanks have and rave about because I can't say I feel the same. But fast and convenient food is rarely anything but a burger so its a welcome change.

My son loves it. Not for me though. A smile from assistant's would be nice.
