Always have a great experience here, extremely helpful and nice team members, my personal favourite, Vivek the Greatest Tim Hortons Staff member of all time, such a nice place to sit and study.i come here almost every day, food is always great and delicious, quality stays their priority even during a rush. I really can only compliment the place and staff 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

Vivek served us during our first tim Horton drive thru experience. He was very patient and went the extra mile to help us get the right order for two adults and a baby. So refreshing to see top customer service still existing in 2025! Will definitely be back.

Was disappointed this time, usually really nice food, but whole order was wrong, made me wrong burger and coffee and lattice fries were cold. Staff were pleasant and amended things so just hoping it was an off day.

Lovely meal delivered, but why do they always pack the ice drinks with hot food? By time the person has delivered the food is cool and ice has melted.

Every time I visit my parents, we have breakfast from Tim’s and the servers are always so lovely and communicative. The food is lovely and the French vanilla lattes are gorgeous! Special shout to chloe :) thank you guys!

Lovely staff , always pleasant and the service is great . The breakfasts and coffee are amazing . Although we are moving away , we will pop buy every now and again to say hello , might even bring the ducks too 😅. Thankyou for everything. 😊

All staff sitting at back looking at computer. I had to ask if anyone was alive. Very poor service. Girl who came to till hardly spoke. Rude staff.

As always Tim's quality and service stands out. If you like coffee hot and full of flavour then get to Tim's!! Not just the best in Canada but the best in the UK too!!

My first time trying Tim Hortons. Oh wow this is a clear winner 🏆 I put this above McDonald's anyday.

Ultimately this is a fast food location, so this review is based on that. I am not a regular visitor to Tim Hortons but think I should become one as every time I have been here the food has been great. The burgers in particular (I had the triple cheeseburger) are miles ahead of similar burger places. They are full of flavour, juicy and DO look like the images on the menu. We ate in this time at the staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this location.

Such an unusual place. Really nice inside, but with the greatest of respect none of the staff seem to be able to speak English particularly well. Buying a cup of team seems like an ordeal every time, you never know if it going to come with milk, but hot or lukewarm, come in a mug or a paper cup. It's a really nice building inside, but it's a bit of a shambles service wise.

Nice little place to get food, only reason I've marked down slightly is because you tend to be stood waiting for ages to get served, whilst people just mill about behind the counter

Always, wanted to go to Canada, so going to Tim Hortons was a plus! Did not disappoint! Donuts were delicious as was the coffee! Only, problem was which one to choose! As we arrived at 1125 we could have had breakfast items for 0.50p bargain! Plenty of free parking! Added bonus they accept Blue Light Card so 10%discount, you will need to order at the counter to get this as it won't scan at the self service kiosk!

Forgot the ketchup. Gristle in the burger.

the driver made me scary asking about a code never asked before when I delevery, but food was lovely again thanks to Tim Horton managers n staff for serving nicely. i will definitely order again 😊😊😊😊♥️♥️

Tim Hortons, nice, quick, easy. Cheapish, in comparison to other fast food places. But food is always good. Mansfield is nice and clean. Service is good.

It's my favorite place for me and all my friends, but lately it looks dirty in the bathrooms, floor and windows, please keep it clean.

Foods cold, awful tasting put it in the bin

Not sure I'd go back, we visited on a Saturday lunch time and the place was dead. The burgers we order were OK, but not very hot, furthermore, it felt like they'd been thrown together in a hurry with no attention to presentation or quality. The lack of table service is a bit odd, you just stand around the counter and wait whilst the guy serving stares back.

First time for me and my partner, I had a milkshake, and he had black Americano, which was very tasty. He also had a doughnut. The restaurant was large with plenty of tables and a good-sized car park.

It was my first time at Tim's and it was better than I expected. We ordered the new Nacho items and it was decent. I personally enjoyed my hot chocolate with a shot of espresso and whipped cream and donut balls. I prefer their drinks more than other coffee chains.

we got here just as they were about to close but our server Aman was so friendly and made it so lovey to be there. Felt like i was back in Canada.

I was introduced to this brand by my daughter. Normally I have take away but came in for breakfast today, with my grandson. Exceptionally clean, with efficient and friendly staff. Much better than the other coffee shop brand I normally frequent. Coffee is better too! 😊
