This place is not good for eating me and my partner got food poisoning I've tried ringing there place so many times to speak to a manager but impossible to even get through all it does is just ring so putting ower comments on here for them to see and others will not be returning

I always use this KFC and never had a bad experience. Do not park for over an hour though due to the car park rules.

Maddie & staff are really helpful and friendly . Nicky helped with an issue and was very polite on our recent experience to the KFC forest town . They need to appeal for no private parking company limiting customers ! Why make customers rush food drink .

Ordered from just eat last night, it was freezing when arrived, I ordered a zinger supercharger stacker meal the burger was just 2 mini fillet buns and only 1 mini chicken fillet piece, hardly any sauses and lettuce on, the food definitely tasted like it was left overs of the night as it was nearly closing time, we won’t be rushing to order from there again

Portion size is ridiculous, £10 a meal for a small bag of chips and box of popcorn chicken and flat pepsi, i stopped going to KFC for ages due to portions and food just not being nice but decided to try them again and its exactly the same if not worse. How anyone at KFC can look at "large" meals and not laugh is beyond me.

The food was not hot. The KFC branch is only half a mile away. The App was showing the food being prepared for quite a while, so I guess it was sat waiting before being given to the courier. Once the App said the delivery was on the way, it arrived in a couple of minutes. Hence the food was probably sat waiting for a while before being given to the delivery driver. I would not have ordered if I’d have known that the food would not be reasonably warm.

Absolutely shocking - order an hour late Freezing cold , missing sweetcorn - anyone using this delivery service should expect extremely poor service and food . I will 100% be never using KFC through this service again , in fact KFC are responsible so there out altogether - good luck folks

The zinger burger had hardly any lettuce and was very dry. Not their usual quality. Shame as it’s normally great from here.

Delivery was great- very unhappy and actually annoyed I have to complain once again about kfc not sending our beans. This is beyond a joke and is a main part of the meal. Our meals are now dry and we are having to cook beans to add to our meals.

I came to kfc tonight and what can I say about it. The food was delicious and crispy. The restaurant was clean and tidy. And the customers serves was out of this world I was welcome in with a hello and how was my day and the young lady who was serving me was so happy and polite. I got my food so quickly as well. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to my friend and family.

Courier was half an hour late, harassed the neighbours, and didn't give code until after I collected the Parcel. Food came though at a reasonable temperature at least.

Absolutely appalling customer service. We ordered our food and had a call from the delivery driver stating “he couldn’t find the address” after directing him he asked for the delivery code which I initially said no but he needed the code to be able to close my order as in the end I gave up! I raised this with JustEat who despite knowingly having issues with their customer being scammed by their employees, they couldn’t issue a refund because of their policies! I would NOT recommend this service.

My order was not delivered, despite showing as being delivered. When I checked the order, my house number wasn't stated. So how could the driver have delivered it if they didn't know where to go? They didn't even phone me to check. Refund issued.

Came within half an hour! Ordered 4 tender meal thing and it was super yummy chips were pretty cold tho but amazing food. Quite expensive but who can complain it’s great food.

Probably the worst KFC I've ever been to. It literally doesn't matter when you go, there's never any chicken ready (you'd think it would be a basic). Last visit I was sat waiting in the car for nearly 25 for a family bucket meal only to eventually go in and find they'd just completely forgot me.

Probably the best zinger meal I've had at a KFC but BIG but NO HOT DRINKS Had to use the Costa coffee nextdoor 😱
