All good! Have noticed delivery people not zipping up their bags when collecting food. KFC should insist on these delivery people zipping up their food bags as food will be cold.

Delivery was good but sadly the food was terrible, preheated soggy brown chips, lumpy gravy that no doubt would have stuck to ceiling if i threw it up there, chicken wasn't cooked, only nice thing was popcorn chicken. KFC has gone downhill.

Food never arrived due to incapable driver. Restaurant unhelpful in reordering put it all on Just Eat. Never got my food. Really unhappy.

This KFC makes the one on Nottingham road and the one in Chesterfield look like frauds. Really nice staff and decent portions of food all cooked to perfection with nothing missing from the bag. I was really put off by KFC recently with my visits to 2 other restaurants making me feel like never trying KFC again, but I tried this place and was very happy with the service and the food. This is exactly how the experience should be when eating out. Thank you for restoring my faith in you. I will be back again soon.

Food was on time however when the car pulled up outside it was a man and woman and they just sat outside in there car chatting and laughing they could see me looking out window but just sat there for over 5 mins chatting so my food got colder .

Again asked for no mayo or salad but was covered in it, not hard to read someone's order correctly!!! couldn't eat it !!

Had a takeaway. Delicious, up to standard.

Staff are friendly. Sometimes they get the order wrong but is can get very busy for them

Positives Friendly service. The order was correct. Negatives The delay between ice cream given first and the chicken arriving meant the ice cream melted way before it would be eaten. More seriously, there was a chicken bone in the wrap. A risk I suppose with all processed chicken but a reminder it can still happen.

Chicken was tough and not nice to eat. Gravy and beans were barely warm and corn on the cob was overcooked and tasted strange. Total waste of money sadly.

Three legs out of 4 pieces, not good enough

No variety on the 6 pieces, four the same. Ordered and paid for sauces and never arrived. Always arrives wrong! Poor service .

I am really not happy with my order!- I paid extra for an extra side which was the coleslaw. They have sent us two boneless banquets and none of them have the popcorn chicken in!!, this is ridiculous.

Yet again the bbq dip was missing, boneless banquet isn't any good without the dip

Hi my meal was never delivered and I have still been charged for it. I can't find any appropriate service to complain too and try to retrieve any reimbursement

The food was freezing cold. The driver set off on the tracker 20 minutes in the wrong direction. Assuming they did another delivery before bring our food. By the time they got round to delivering our food it was freezing cold. Onto of this I left a note for the store to not put the creamy burger dressing on the chicken burger. They didn't listen and it was covered.

Have not received any food from KFC

KFC did not provide the bbq sauce we asked for and there was hardly any bbq sauce on the bbq burger

I had to walk half way down street next to me, as driver had no idea where they were going.

You didn’t deliver the food to us (despite the driver pulling up outside and then promptly driving off- assumingly either delivering our paid for food elsewhere or not delivering at all) and I am yet to have any further correspondence about my refund request despite several messages. I’m doubly out of pocket now due to having to pay again at the restaurant for my order. Terrible service.

Really nice , piping hot, delivery driver was excellent...Dont know what KFC have done with their fries but much better taste to what I recall

Good service re delivery etc. Just disappointed in the food for what we paid. The ‘regular’ box of popcorn chicken was rather small and I paid extra for a piece of original recipe chicken and received the smallest drumstick I’ve ever seen… not what I expected when it cost so much. Not normally one to complain but quite disappointed

All Chicken pieces had batter overcooked and very greasy. Almost felt like cooked more than once. Not very warm apart from gravy

Food was on time and reasonably warm.

Food was cold .blame the ubba drivers . assigned to 3 drivers .the 1st one was sat at KFC then went on travels to deliver food .then after 10 mins cancelled.another one signed up 2 mins later cancelled .then a third who was already at restaurant,but then went to deliver another order ...and then back to restaurant to eventually collect ours. From KFC going to wrap up stage .took over 45 mins to get a cold soggy order. Noone cares we spent 60-00 for us to have reheat the food that then tasted horrid due to drying out and hard cobs ...disgusting but noone wants to compensate us .:-(....

Forgot half my meal, manager didn’t even apologise on phone just gave me sassy one word answers back. Waited ten min in drive thru to get meal replaced (only two cars in front of me) still no apology. Had to go round a third time cause the manager again forgot spoon and salt. Manager name starting with M … UPDATE - just had to go round a fourth time because she got my order wrong AGAIN. Other manager on shift was a diamond (name starting C)

Quite possibly the worst takeaway I have ever experienced. Chicken was cold, I don't even know how to describe the chips other than absolutely awful. The coleslaw was nice but they don't make that in store so that's probably why. Will not be having another one. For such a big franchise it was really bad.

Delivery time great , chicken burgers both cold and dry , no gravy came that I ordered and paid for and only one portion of chips .. was supposed to get 2 one with each burger meal

Brill always enjoy it but think 60 mins for disabled is not good enough as no one in when I went and getting served to eating in it was not quite an hour so if queuing would not be good xx

Items (cookies) missing from our delivery. I really think that the order should be checked by both a courier and a member of staff at the restaurant to ensure that the order is correct because its the customer that suffers in more ways than one- yes no food but having a black mark on record for multiple refunds which aren't the customers fault. Please be more vigilant with your orders

Food was warm and ok but got the wrong things in 2 of the orders so this meant 2 people didn't get all they asked for.

The delivery driver makes a difference as well as warm food and five stars to both😀
