Driver arrive passed me my food while having a cigarette in his hand. When taking it inside it was cold

Marked as delivered and never delivered the food.

it was not all there for the 3rd time and was cold will not order again

unsure really how early but didn't take long at all.

Staff are friendly. Sometimes they get the order wrong but is can get very busy for them

I ordered to take away. Half my food was missing. I ordered a zinger burger with no mayo because of egg allergy, it came with everything on it so my son couldn't eat it and it was £6!!! Beans were not in the party bucket and chicken was sooo over cooked!! It was rank!!!

4 items missing from the order

Driver took over 15 minutes to deliver and then drove around for 10 minutes to then ring me to and then waited in his car on another street where I hate to walk to him to collect my food.

ATM machines doesn't work properly. Only cash. I have to find other shop. And did. I gave no cash on me. Card is recommended payment method.

We ordered 2 cans of Pepsi as our order had a drink as part of the deal. When it was delivered only 1 can was actually delivered. Very annoyed by this every time i order something is always wrong with it.

Ordered from here several times. Always on time, and the food is always warm. Especially the gravy, always hot.

wrong food sent, over cooked/ burnt items yet still soggy very poor size wing and cold on delivery as made multiple drops very poor service and quality for the price really not worth the money, definitely won't be ordering again.

Very disappointed on this occasion. A 10 PC bucket and each portion was as dry as cardboard, dried out to the point of chewy or inedible. If I'd wanted my chicken like that, I'd have got my wife to cook it!

only received the hot items didn't receive cookies and drink KFC won't refund for missing items make sure you check.inside you delivery bags that all items are there before giving a cost to them

My delivery took 45 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. I also didnt recieve my drink with my order.

ordered boneless banquet and arrived super fresh and hot, reviews put me off at first but i think if you order a simple box meal and not too much extras then they pack it all without forgetting anything haha.

We have not received this order, I have screenshots showing the driver at the wrong address. I sent my phone number but they didn't ring for directions. KFC didn't answer the phone. Waited two hours, daughter went to bed sulking. Why not ring if you can't find the address? We've been here 3 years now so no reason it can't be found! Not used post code and just googled the street name. Very unhappy as have been waiting for KFC to deliver to us

This place is not good for eating me and my partner got food poisoning I've tried ringing there place so many times to speak to a manager but impossible to even get through all it does is just ring so putting ower comments on here for them to see and others will not be returning

we did not receive the order that was placed! We rang the place we had ordered from and were told that the oder had been sent out!! The courier had reset the delivery time from 17.50 to 18:20. Customer service at KFC said that out order had been stolen by the delivery driver. I want a full refund including service charge or I will be taking this further as this is not the first time this has happened

I always use this KFC and never had a bad experience. Do not park for over an hour though due to the car park rules.

The estimated delivery time was 6:17pm, but I received it and 7:20pm. I was also missing a large popcron chicken. And the food was cold.

Shocking. Completely different meal delivered additionally had missing items. Refund refused. Avoid.

Maddie & staff are really helpful and friendly . Nicky helped with an issue and was very polite on our recent experience to the KFC forest town . They need to appeal for no private parking company limiting customers ! Why make customers rush food drink .

chips where good, chicken was pink in the middle with unedible pieces of meat, we didn't want to eat a chicken spine.

Ordered from just eat last night, it was freezing when arrived, I ordered a zinger supercharger stacker meal the burger was just 2 mini fillet buns and only 1 mini chicken fillet piece, hardly any sauses and lettuce on, the food definitely tasted like it was left overs of the night as it was nearly closing time, we won’t be rushing to order from there again

Missing part of the order which is normal rang the number 4 times phone out down 4 times.

Portion size is ridiculous, £10 a meal for a small bag of chips and box of popcorn chicken and flat pepsi, i stopped going to KFC for ages due to portions and food just not being nice but decided to try them again and its exactly the same if not worse. How anyone at KFC can look at "large" meals and not laugh is beyond me.

The food was not hot. The KFC branch is only half a mile away. The App was showing the food being prepared for quite a while, so I guess it was sat waiting before being given to the courier. Once the App said the delivery was on the way, it arrived in a couple of minutes. Hence the food was probably sat waiting for a while before being given to the delivery driver. I would not have ordered if I’d have known that the food would not be reasonably warm.

Absolutely shocking - order an hour late Freezing cold , missing sweetcorn - anyone using this delivery service should expect extremely poor service and food . I will 100% be never using KFC through this service again , in fact KFC are responsible so there out altogether - good luck folks

Completely messed up order. Ordered 2 burger box meals one came completely wrong and the other nowhere to be seen. Food cold and not worth eating.

The chips have changed, not as good as before and the corn on the cob didnt taste right. Other than that the meal was a standard kfc.

Delivery was great- very unhappy and actually annoyed I have to complain once again about kfc not sending our beans. This is beyond a joke and is a main part of the meal. Our meals are now dry and we are having to cook beans to add to our meals.

I came to kfc tonight and what can I say about it. The food was delicious and crispy. The restaurant was clean and tidy. And the customers serves was out of this world I was welcome in with a hello and how was my day and the young lady who was serving me was so happy and polite. I got my food so quickly as well. I would 100% recommend this restaurant to my friend and family.
