Our day was ruined. Dirty food with a dirty kitchen is embarrassing

I’ve never tasted something this bad before. Rice wasn’t even cooked, salad stale, chicken tasted spoiled I couldn’t even finish my 2nd bite. Paid for the extra mile delivery only to toss it out. Came extremely late. Just ordered another dinner. I recommend that this restaurant gets shut down for everyone’s safety.

We have been using New Sunflower for probably 30 years and have always had great food. Of late, we have always had the same mains (66 Sweet and Sour Chicken Hong Kong Style and 83 Mixed Meat Hot with King Do Sauce) delicious and recommended! I don't understand the 1 star ratings

The lady who works in there Karen is absolutely horrible person she has such a attitude wouldn’t recommend going to this place at all, no manners what so ever, definitely prefer the Cooplands on Nettleham fields

Agradable pero concurrido lugar en el paseo marítimo y muy conveniente para la estación de tren. Hubiera sido agradable sentarse afuera pero demasiada gente. Desventajas: no tiene dinero en efectivo - demasiados lugares van en esa dirección.

Had some Loaded fries and chicken tonight, absolutely stone cold chips tasted like they was cooked last week very expensive for the portion size too

We had a group of 13 people,so we had to pre order our food via a link which was sent.prefood booking was complicated and still had to order through several calls to pub, on the night there was specials but could change due to a pre order food came out for 11 people but further 10 mins wait for the other 2 meals when everyone had nearly finished was never asked if everything was ok but food was poor hard sardines frozen fishcakes every plate served different but ordered same.poor service poor food for an expensive price.wont be going back as a family.

Muy buen pub con asientos al aire libre y una buena elección de cervezas. Comimos una comida de pub recién preparada y sabrosa, en las dos ocasiones que visitamos hubo una velada de talento y una la segunda música en vivo. Ecléctico, buen lugar divertido y amable con buen personal. Merece la pena una visita si usted está buscando una cerveza decente y una noche divertida.

Went and ordered in person.. Probably the dirtiest and most uncomfortable place to order. Disgusting service, food is overpriced and on par with the service, oh and don't order sauce.. They charge you £1 each per sauce and I'm not paying £5 for some sauces! Won't be ordering from there again.

It's ok for a KFC, food is ok but not hot enough, service is slow and staff more bothered about talking to their friends than the customer.

Somewhat underrated in my view.

My autistic son who struggles wirh confidence issues ended up in tears because he couldn't clip on..he was extremely upset. A male employee came over and he was sympathetic and I asked please could he help my son clip himself ob the wall. He said yea of course. Stood for ten seconds with my son and then walked off for ten minutes! By this time my son was in tears again and we had to leave as had told several staff members he just wanted help being clipped on. I couldn't help him as its safe for me. When I complained the man who had walked off just spoke to me Like crap and tried to blame everything else except himself. Poor. I'm never coming back and I'll be telling other parents not to also.
