Ordered a peri peri burger and fries . Chicken tasted like it was cooked twice and couldn't eat . waste of money Terrible 😔

A beautiful restaurant, Akba, very delicious, clean and fast. We ordered almost most of the menu and all the food was delicious. It is worth trying and there is nothing wrong with it.

Ordered tonight, first time, via Lincoln Eats. Pizza Place, in Washy, has been my “go to” for years but they dont offer lamb anymore. I was blown away by my lamb kebab and halloumi loaded fries !! The best £20, including delivery, that i have ever spent. Lamb was lean and tasty, pitta was left separate and not cut in some stupidly place. Served with sauce and wonderfully fresh and crispy salad. Star of the show - loaded fries - WOW !!!!! I will not hesitate to order again, thank you

I used to love this place, but it's gone down hill. The food is ok at best, not as good as it used to be. The worse thing is the change of menu. The ribs and piri piri was the main reason for ordering from here and they don't do them anymore. Its turned into a poor standard pizza but the fried chicken is nice 🤷🏻‍♂️

Excellent takeaway. Ordered twice from this takeaway now, both times over a weekend. Prompt delivery. Chicken Shish wrap - good quality chicken and fresh salad. Garlic dip v tasty and not watery like you often get from a takeaway. Definitely recommend.

Got this last week and was lovely ordered last night and was worst take out ever had, everything was cold the delivery driver didn't have change so had to give him 70 pound instead of 62 pound, ordered mic kebab for 19 pound week before was amazing, ordered 35 pound one last night it same size as 19 pound one but freezing, also ordered a meal deal and it was stone cold and disgusting, dnt order from here

Used to go here every week and loved it until they changed the menu. Would love if they would carry on making the peri peri options, as this place always seemed like a healthy alternative.

Ordered shish kebab and meat feast pizza, i think if you buy simple margerita from lidl and microwave it, it will taste better than that meat feast! Also shish kebab had no taste, it was like eating ice cubes, the salad that was with it looked like its about 200 years old, never ordering from there again! Avoid

First of all I have to say that we have had some of the best takeaway food from Serefina Grill. However, tonight we have ordered and although it was accepted, they have just completely pied us off. When trying to call it just goes to answer phone with a full mail box. We have waited 2 hours before deciding that we will have to just go some where else, such a shame, and by looking at the recent reviews there are a few issues.

The food at Serafina Grill is always prepared to a high standard and tastes wonderful! The quality always seems to be much greater than any other take-aways around Lincoln. The staff are so kind and always greet me and my partner in a hospitable manner at the coubter and have wonderful conversations while the food prepares each time we order. I have never been dissatisfied with my food from Serafina Grill and would recommend it to anybody who's looking for a cheeky take-away.

Ordered by phone, gave them phone number to call… never called the number given… made a single call to another number… claimed they been here 20 minutes after order placed… they had address but never came to front door… never got order…don’t bother with them… useless!

AVOID Worst takeaway we’ve ever had and diabolical customer service. Food arrived half an hour late which wouldn’t be an issue, however all of it was inedible. I ordered the 10 piece chicken tender meal. The chicken was hard and dry, as if it’s been hot-holded / microwaved endlessly. Hardly succulent and tender! The chips basically tasted like cardboard and had the texture to go with it. My partner had a bbq burger meal but the bacon looked and smelled horrendous. Burger was definitely microwaved and tasted worse than a cheap frozen burger. Our order came to £28 in total! When we called to complain and say we couldn’t eat it and it was a waste of money, the chap said they couldn’t refund it because we had the food and because of covid they can’t eat it!!!

Shocking, we paid £28 to have 4 items delivered and they were all disgusting. Burger tasted like it was microwaved and the chips were inedible. When I called to ask for a refund they told me the food was fine and was hot when it left. Do not order food from here.

Shocking. Literally could have gone to the supermarket, bought the stuff, made it myself and eaten it. After 2 hours of waiting and several phone calls later we never received our food. First call was for a time update which was the standard '5 mins away'. This turned out as a lie after calling again 30mins later we was told they never knew anything about the order. No apology for the delay or the mistake. Useless

Orderered halloumi burgers with salad, sweet chilli sauce, and spicey chip. Seemed very good quality and value.

Ordered a delivery, was 45 minutes late so cold when it arrived having been to the wrong village entirely before finally getting to me after three phone calls from the driver. When a call was made to, be asked “what do you want me to do?” doesn’t inspire confidence in their level of customer service and professionalism. Will not be using again.

I’d say it’s average to be honest,I went the first time and it was ok and went the second time to see if it was just me being picky and again it was just as average...on the second time I ordered I got spicy chips instead of normal and there must have been five maybe six chips with a dusting of paprika on them, I taken a photo and went in the next day and shown him the pic and he shrugged and said that’s how everyone does it in Lincoln 😂 when a 5 minute walk further down the road they cover the whole chips and shake them in the spicy paprika and they are constantly busy and serafina has been open a few month so doubt they will be as busy, it takes 2 minutes, little things go a long way Wish I could upload the pic on here but no idea how to do it... Iv had better from one of the other takeaways on the high street put it that way
