Order never arrived but said delivered after 2 hours

The pizza’s were great however the carbonara needs more sauce as it has dried out during transit & only 3 very small pieces of chicken qualifies for a chicken carbonara???

Pizzas were alright but overpriced. Fries were too bland and the amount u get for the money you pay is kinda sad. Not seasoned at all. They don‘t even offer any sauce with it or with the pizzas just in case. Plus the lemonade was too sour i was afraid for my throat. For £4 artificial tasting lemonade is definitely not what someone expects. Overall an okayish experience. Definitely not going back there in future.

Just one criticism, I like to pay cash where I can. But Prezzo’s does not have the facilities for that and that might make a difference to my next visit. Other than that it was excellent.

Had a meal here over the weekend £15 for spaghetti Bolognese half a dish of cold spaghetti and tasteless Bolognese. Used to eat here regularly the prices have gone up the atmosphere has gone down. Won’t be returning. Very expensive now for what it is.

Lovely waitress, very knowledgeable. Ever so polite and very attentative. The food was excellent as usual. Hubby had a Calzone and I had the prawn and lobster ravioli which is my favourite. Will be back again

If you haven't visited this place yet - YOU SHOULD! I don't think there is a bad thing on this menu, but if you want my opinion, the pasta's are out of this world and the burgers are something else as well!. I also like the Calzone pizza. Unfortunately with such good quality comes a higher price so I would encourage wherever possible for you to join the mailing list or get something like a Taste card, or better still, cash in your Tesco club card points, just to make it a bit more manageable, cost wise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Had a lovely meal at Prezzo Lincoln on Blue Monday. The staff were brilliant - unfortunately I didn’t catch their names but the gentleman who greeted us on arrival and was able to sort us a table upstairs, and the girl who served us were both amazing. The food was delightful, with the spaghetti carbonara probably being the best I have ever had!

The whole dining experience was top class. The staff were amazing we were well looked after, as a pregnant women then got us situated near the bathroom and somewhere comfy which was greatly appreciated. The food was delicious me and my husband will definitely me returning in the future.

Another excellent meal at Prezzo. They often have great offers available and we always thoroughly enjoy our pasta dishes and drinks. I highly recommend the wild strawberry lemonade!

Visited here last Friday as a party of 12 for a birthday. Communication with the restaurant prior to our visit was great and had no issues booking. We had sent over a pre order days before visiting and also explained how we wanted our final bills itemised. Usually when you send a pre order to a restaurant, details are overlooked and missed, however this process couldn’t have been more straightforward. Food came out seamlessly and so did our bills at the end. Our server was so polite and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Can’t fault the staff or service whatsoever. Will definitely visit again.

Great family restaurant, perfect for kids

Went to Prezzo for my birthday and really enjoyed our meal out. I had mozzarella bites as a starter, the goat cheese pizza and honeycomb cheesecake as seen in the photos. Everyone enjoyed their meals - no complaints! I signed up for the restaurant's newsletter and received a free bottle of prosecco for my birthday. This was redeemed by a voucher code. Brilliant service with a wonderful atmosphere. I had the Three meat pizza which I forget the name of and it was amazing. Prezzo definitely does in my opinion hold up to some of the other big Italian chains. My partner had the meatball starter which looked and smelt heavenly(I was lucky enough to be allowed to try some!). The only downside for me would be the beer selection as it isn't overly large and lacks variety. Other than that good atmosphere, Lovely staff and tasty good.

The food was lovely and the service was great too. Reliable good quality, authentic tasting Italian. It's a large restaurant and must be tricky to heat. The only quarm I had was that it would have been nice to have the temperature up a few degrees.

We ate from a £52 buyagift voucher and as a gluton free eater although there was a few items on a set menu, only 1 starter and a couple mains available for me... and to be truthful brusetta hard thin flat bread and pasta undercooked and unappetising. My scoring is higher then I would have put for me, but my friends food looked very nice and she enjoyed her nose GF Veggie offering. Drinks expensive £6.90 330ml Italian cider, £7.00 500ml fruit cider?

Delicious food, fast service and polite staff all around. Mia in particular was delightful and friendly the whole evening. Fantastic experience, we’ve been a few times and will continue to return!

The pizza and chips were cold. I had to reheat them in the oven. Not happy.

Visited for a bottomless brunch - this was the second visit as our first visit in February was amazing. Unfortunately between February and August there have been some changes the offering - previously you for a pizza and bottomless drinks for £35. They have since changed the food offering to essentially a small appetiser and drinks - the price remains at £35 but if you want a pizza it is now an additional £10. We booked a few months prior for a 60th birthday on the basis of the old menu and did not find out the menu had changed until the day before by chance by looking at the website! I did have a mixed antipasti dish which was probably the best value of what was the options on the menu. (See picture) The drinks remained good quality - however the service was not as good as last time and a ‘I’ll be back in a couple of minutes’ turned into 15. This time they also tried to add a service charge to the bill which didn’t happen last time. They did remove this on request and a cash tip was left. At the end of the brunch time they said they required the table back for another booking - despite the restaurant being only a third full… Overall it’s a more civilised brunch compared so some and based on that we may return but it was disappointing that the same as previously would have been an additional £10 which is quite a jump in 6 months!

Rescued a disappointing evening, quickly watered and fed. Hanger abated with all possible alacrity. Friendly, reliable, and ever consistent. Thank you.

Had my birthday dinner at Prezzo Lincoln on Sunday 23rd June and it was fab as always. The all Italian burger was scrumptious and both pizzas were lovely. Tried the truffle fries, also delicious. Attentive staff who sang happy birthday to me which was lovely. Thank you ♥️

I used to eat here a lot it’s changed for the worst, the food is average at best and the service is terrible. The manager has a massive attitude problem. When a complaint was made she didn’t want to listen and was sarcastic I’ll never eat here again. The atmosphere was bad the staff were more interested in chatting to each other than serving.

It used to be a better place but gets worse and worse everyday. Food is not that great, everything taste like ready meal, not any special touch. They don’t even put any herbs and if you ask the waiters to bring some Italian herbs she looks at you like she wants to kill you! Service is extremely careless, they look so tired and angry all the time. I would say it is a very cheap restaurant but the prices are not cheap! It is better to say a restaurant with very low standards… If you want to eat good Italian food and have good time I wouldn’t suggest you to go there…

Staff service was great, service very good. Food didn't leave me feeling ... wow. Anti pasto, Garlic bread with Nozzarella and Caramelised Onions, a tad bland. Tri Carne Calzone was fine, an interesting salad side with a dressing would be better.

I was going to order a garlic bread but at prezzos they are a little small so I asked one of my companions if they thought they did bigger versions and they said no don’t be stupid it doesn’t say that and then when my lovely server came over and I ordered a garlic bread he said would you like a larger version absolute 10/10 service he was amazing and he also asked me if I would of liked it crispy or doughy so much care into my order would definitely go there again !

Rude manager Abby We found a hair in our food & she was extremely rude to my friend. No apology, instead tried to insinuate no one in her kitchen had dark hair and that we were being rude. Unbelievable! My friends 11 yo daughter was in floods of tears. Prezzo you seriously need to give your manager some training as we left and would never return after that experience. She even tried to say that my friend was being rude . Tried to turn it back on her. Gobsmacked. Seriously I hygienic. Review ur CCTV and you will see for yourself what she said and how we were treated.

Very expensive for what the food is and cashless so unfortunately I'll never return again...I can't understand these businesses who refuse legal tender just cause they can't be bothered to go to the bank or count change

Spent the afternoon here and it was wonderful. It was very quiet (a Wednesday afternoon) but all the staff where pleasant and the food was exceptional. Shout out to Jamie-Lee for the great service, conversation and putting uo with two increasingly drunks guys talking about accents.

Was nothing special, food was mediocre at best. The portion sizes were huge and not in a good way, I’d recommend avoiding the spaghetti dishes - I had 3 portions of spaghetti with the smallest amount of bolognaise, towards the end of my dish I just had plain spaghetti, it was also present poorly for the price. Very overpriced for what you are getting. Service was mediocre - the staff were not rude and were polite but it seemed they didn’t enjoy working there which is never a good sign for management, it was my first and possibly last time visiting as nothing justifies the price for the mediocrity. Although I can say that the man who greeted us at the door had a much more perky and welcoming tune which was pleasant. Dining out should feel as though you can’t recreate the food better at home especially when you’re paying £16+ for spaghetti bolognaise.

Me and my friends came for food last night and it wasnt the best experience , the serving staff were rude and service was shocking . Food was dry and took a while to get to us and the seating area needs a revamp . Definitely better and cheaper places to eat out in Lincoln if you’re here for the night . 1/5 wouldn’t recommend

We had 2 for 1 vouchers and it was reflected in the size of the portions. Compared to an identical meal some two weeks previously, it was poor. Also the Calzone has to be replaced as was impossible to cut due to overcooking. Sorry Prezzo but not good enough. On a plus side, the waitress was brilliant.

Went here with a friend and her family. All the food was cold when it came out, lacked taste and were not enjoyable. Expensive price for the quality. The place was empty and lacked atmosphere. Staff were rude and inattentive, dumped plates on the table without good customer etiquette. Refused to take cash and was rude to my friend when there was a clear language barrier when explaining to him it was cash only. The waitress was then abrupt and rude to his wife. Would definitely not recommend and will never be going back! The only positive was the toilets were clean.

Good food here as always. Been here a few times. The staff have always been attentive and polite. The last time I was there, the sun came out and was blinding me. The manager (I think ) moved us to another table. I didn't have to ask either.

5* in all departments. We didn't book as it was a last minute 'walk in' the manager on the desk accommodated our party of 6 The pizza/pasta dishes were cooked to perfection, The staff were brilliant polite and nothing was too much for them. If I'm ever in lincoln again I will definitely be returning.

I tried to reserve a table for my family, using a valid offer on my blue light card offering 20o/o discount and a free drink, even at weekends I was told they would not accept this offer, even though it was valid

Happy with my visit. I dunno about other dishes but the 'chicken and roasted papers' was genuinely the best pizza I had in Lincoln. We came on Sunday and only waited 5 mins to be seated, the place was busy but the service was amazing and very friendly. I loved the christmas jumpers and decorations :) The only negative I would say is that they don't offer normal water, they charge £4 for big fancy water bottle, which I found annoying.

Jade and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful today. The restaurant was beautifully clean and the food was really good! Overall, I couldn’t ask for any more from a restaurant. We will definitely return

Visited with my wife on a Saturday lunchtime. We wanted a quiet table for a chat but we were placed directly next to a busy table despite the restaurant being mostly empty. They were just finishing so we decided to stay at that table. Half way through another group of 4 were placed next to us. Really?!?! Give people a chance at privacy FFS! Drinks were surprisingly expensive. Pizza was OK, despite a lack of topping and the chicken was dry and tough. Never again.

Typical chain italian. The menu descriptions are much better than the dishes themselves. Its food that you would never find in Italy lacking any love or passion, ready meal fare. The location is brilliant looking out over the marina. Unfortunately the night we went the restaurant was almost empty so the atmosphere was zero. The staff were friendly and efficient but that's about it.

The place is okay, food was average. the cheesecake was out of this world. my friends told me the pizza was a bit dry. My pasta was okeyish. we went on a saturday night so waiting time was long as it was quiet busy which is i guess a good sign.

The pizzas were cold and we had to heat up one of the spaghetti bologneses in the microwave. I spent nearly £200 on a birthday meal for my daughter which was spoilt due to this. The comment above won’t work but the meal arrived 20 minutes later than anticipated and 40 minutes later than told at first

Not good as we enjoyed dine-in.

Ordered large chips and the portion was small, garlic bread was £7 and the size of my hand. Spaghetti bolognaise was dry, lacking in sauce. The kitchen ignored food requests (what’s the point of having that option). Food was almost cold at point of delivery. Not worth £95. Gutted because we love prezzo usually.

Great food. Great customer service. Cool ambiance. The location is amazing; right at the water front. Had calamari as a starter, spaghetti with king prawns and strawberry and raspberry sundae. I loved my time there. You should try it when you are in the locality.

Took my partner on a date here and it was absolutely lovely, our table was right next to the pizza oven which was a bit warm but really fun to sit and watch.

Service and atmosphere is good but the food selection is poor and tasteless. Drink selection isn’t much better and over priced.

Disgusting service - 40 mins for drinks then 1 of the 4 meals came out with black hair in it and wanted us to wait for them to recook the meal , refused to pay for the meal said I would pay for the drink only, staff refused to come to an agreement and I walked out. They took my Reg plate and 4 weeks later the police have told me I have to go back and pay for the meal tomorrow . We would Never go again, Nando’s and Wagamamas much better ! Rude staff and terrible service. AVOID

Nice view if you sit by the window. Found fries in my salad, which is not worth trying. Overpriced for what they are and a mess. A bit shame that the standards are that low. Could be nice place. Shame it’s not. Took salads of the bill, which is understandable, but the question is, would I come back?

My food has not arrived. The web site delivery progress shows my meal was delivered at 20:07 but it's now 20:36 and it has still not arrived. The doorbell and knocker work perfectly and I turned on the light over the door when I placed the order to show I was in and I have been sitting in the front room by the door all this time. I have even opened the door to check whether my order was left outside but no sign of it. The restaurant kindly took my call and confirmed that the driver did collect my order from them before 8pm. I don't know whether to reorder or what. Please advise. Kind regards, Susan Hamilton

Excellent food, very tasty and well presented. A 15 minute wait after being seated before our order was taken for drinks.

I was a bit apprehensive at first that it’d be a seamless weekday lunch, since the staff seemed to be a little flustered and “getting things under control”, despite not being overly busy. But after a short wait on the sofas in the reception area it proceeded to be a really nice experience. We secured a table in the window at the front of the restaurant, which is great with the views and being able to watch the world go by. It was a lot quieter and felt a little detached from the main dining area, but the service from the waiting staff didn’t suffer as a result and it made it a lot more relaxing. Orders were taken quickly with the drinks arriving almost immediately and the food too was served in good time. Portion sizes were really impressive both the presentation and taste were great. When ordering pasta dishes you’re asked if you want cheese adding, which is done in the kitchen rather than at the table, so you might not get the amount you want but at least it’s still an option. The waiting staff checked up during the meal and getting additional drinks was nice and easy. Overall it was a nice fuss free meal with decent enough value for the location and setting. I’d happily consider visiting again.

Wonderful experience myself and my son went here for lunch and it was lovely, staff very kind and friendly food was lovely and we had a beautiful view out on to the water at Bradford wharf, it was a cold and frosty day and the water was frozen over but such a beautiful place 😊

Took my family and and their partners out for lunch 28/12/2022 and have to say extremely disappointed. Staff were friendly enough but..My wife's meal was stone cold and when it was brought back to her, the sauce was now like water and the chicken so rubbery. yes they deducted this meal from the total cost but this spoilt the whole experience and suffice to say, we will not be returning.

We have previously had good experiences here but not tonight. The service was poor and not at all personal. The restaurant was empty yet we wasnt asked how our food was and when we asked for some mayo, we were told there would be a £1 charge. We added mushrooms to my wifes meal and was charged an additional £3 which we think for 1 mushroom is very expensive. We have been put off from going again.

As cold as my ex and cost me as much! I think I'll wait until spring before returning.
