I asked them for a large pizza, I paid 24 pounds for the pizza and they brought me this pizza... my hand is bigger than the pizza itself... Scammers! I don't recommend it at all.

Nice little pizza hut. It gets very busy at lunchtime time and you sometimes have to wait for food if you are having the buffet lunch, but the food is tasty and fresh. It's just a shame this restaurant is not bigger inside as it feels a little crammed in.

WE ALL ENJOYED THE BUFFET MEAL EXPERIENCE AND THE CHANCE TO TRY DIFFERENT PIZZA TOPPINGS. ALL THE CHILDREN ENJOYED THE FREEDOM TO ACCESS THEIR OWN VARIOUS DRINKS & CHOOSE THE TOPPINGS FOR THEIR ICE CREAMS.

Nothing was too much trouble at all, Nicole went above and beyond for our little boy and helped him with the icecream factory. Our server Georgia nailed it and could not do enough for us! Family meals out can be super stressful but we were made to feel comfortable and welcome and can’t wait to return.

The Goats Cheese pizza was faultless loved the balsamic vinegar on top to give it a nice twang, staff were very friendly and courteous asking if we needed any help and gave their own recommendations 😋

Nice food- the vegan nuggets were great. The pizza was tasty- loved the olives. Salad bar good variety.

Came in for lunch and the buffet is amazing. Such lovely staff and Nicole was sweet and friendly with us. Will deffo be coming back!!

No size was shown for the pizza, turns out it was extremely small considering I could’ve gotten a bigger pizza for less, it tasted good but not worth the price

My siblings and I came here for dinner as a group of 4. Place was pretty quiet but it was a weekday so that's expected. Our server, Nicole, was very nice and polite, really helpful and told us about their new pizza flavours and toppings (highly recommend the chicken and ham club topping). The new pizza base was a little too thin to hold with one hand but still really tasty. Highly recommend this place

Walked out of somewhere for the first time ever. Table for 2 was tiny and only about 18 inches from the tables either side. Couldn’t have a conversation without everybody else hearing. Looked at menu and pricing was ridiculous over £20 for a 9” stuffed crust and £4 for a coke Deals were very limiting on what you could have so pointless. Don’t take cash and want you to order from an app. We had a voucher and the server was quite rude when we said so. Haven’t been for years and will never go again

Very very overpriced as basically it’s cheese on toast!! Will not be going again. The salad bar was good the pizza was ok but no topping anywhere near the crust so basically a 2 inch circle of just crust. Only 2 staff that I saw but they were fine and if I’m honest they seemed quite embarrassed about the prices

The crispy pizza with mushroom , was anything but crispy , it was soggy and considering we ordered two toppings of mushrooms , there weren't many at all . Worst pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut .

It was very quiet when we arrived, we were shown to a table and told to scan a QR code on the table to order. We felt so welcome we left.

Friendly and efficient service. Pizza always good :) I like the location of this pizza hut as its just ourside the main part of town but still central. We used it today for take away.

Best pizza ever i hed in my entire life.

For the very first time me & my husband ate at Pizza Hut Lincoln. To be honest it’s the first time I’ve used the QR table service & found it quite daunting and confusing (usually used to cash) Sarah was amazing., Extremely happy with the customer service, Patient, Excellent knowledge, impeccable manners, confident & a pleasure to chat with. I really do hope Sarah gets this feedback because people are always quick to moan or complain & very few say well done & Sarah deserves a raise. I can’t speak highly enough of Sarah & wish all customer service / front of house staff were more like her. Please please please, I can’t stress enough to make sure she gets a thank you, pat on the back or employee of the day/week/month & if you don’t have one you should. To cut a long story short - Excellent all round. Perfect. 5* server, Credit 2 Pizza Hut. if I was to mark the operator, for an overall experience as perfect Thank you I would also like to receive an email, message or call to see if this feedback is actually taken serious I guess NOT we’ll see Kindest regards Lisa (The one that needed extra help with the table QR code 😊) Thank you Sarah you made our visit special 😊xx And it’s better than Castle Meadow Retail, Nottingham

Bad customer service Nothing good was available to eat. Felt rushed to sit down and staff ran away instead of talking to us. Did not want to do her job Dismissive and rude Dont bother going here

They insisted that we had to download the app to get what we wanted to eat,all we wanted was to order some pizza and pay by card 😒

The driver was very rude and delivered the pizza to us without having a thermal bag to keep the food warm as on arrival the food was cold and broken and we couldn't eat the food so the driver took the pizza and left and said that he is coming back with another pizza but he has not come back because of this I would like the full amount paid and the order that I did not receive to be returned. Was disappointed by the Courier who left with our food.

Georgia was my serve and she was absolutely lovely! I had such a great time with my family for my birthday and all the staff members were so kind. Loved it

Pre booking the table was simple, plenty of staff available on hand to assist with anything required, all food delivered in a timely manner. 100% recommend.

I do love pizza hut pizza because you get a choice of deep pan or thin. Many places only offer thin based now. I'm not keen on having to order through an app. It makes it feel like a cheap, fast food venue but the prices they charge are proper restaurant prices. Its always very, very busy which means it's also really loud and tables are packed in close together. Love the salad bar and the ice cream factory but this is a very expensive place to go as a family. With these sorts of prices, I'd rather go to a proper restaurant where you can be served at your table by a human being and can actually hear yourself think and have a conversation with the people you go with. It's all so loud, impersonal and busy. This is the problem with Lincoln. We have no decent pizza restaurants anymore so if you want a deep pan, you have no choice but to go to pizza hut. It'll be a long time before I'm prepared to sit inside this restaurant again. The other pizza hut on Nettleham fields was far superior. It was much bigger, much quieter and had table service.

Not been to a PH for some time. Really enjoyed the experience but there being only two of us the basic buffet lunch was £30, that's without drinks and sides. The final bill was just short of £45. For those as a family of four I really can't imagine what you'd pay. These prices are almost those you get in high end restaurants where you get waited on. Prices have soared and I am a little bit synical about it. As a one off treat great! But as a regular thing no. The food was great the 'servers' were great but can't honestly justify the price.

We visited tonight, Monday night, Love the stuffed crust! Amazing melted cheese! Best part of this experience was the staff though, the young brunette waitress and the red haired lady were so friendly and helpful, from one waitress to another that was excellent service!! Very happy with our experience here!

There were excellent servers as they helped get me some hot sauce on my chicken wings and a very funny younger waitress who had a laugh and helped get some more syrup for desserts. We came on the 10th of January

The greeting on entry was good and they explained how the ordering worked, although I am not convinced that everyone would be comfortable with online ordering, it worked very well for us. The buffet was not always stocked with the full range and the fries came half way through the meal. I understand that Pizza Hut was a pioneer of deep pan but I would have liked to see more thin crust on the buffet. The drinks arrived very quickly. Whilst some people will take full advantage of the buffet experience with many trips to the pass, I did feel that £15 for 3 pieces of pizza was excessive although I don't know how you could police a lite version. I was impressed by the attention to detail when the team cleared the tables when people left. Overall a good experience

First time at Pizza hut in years. £16 for a little thin pizza with little topping. Half the size of a large dominos which would be £12, Zizzi pizzas are slightly cheaper but much bigger and a lot more tasty, not much taste in the pizza. I won't be going back to pizza hut any time soon, I used to love pizza hut but it's gone right down hill which is a shame.

Got 3 pizzas, pepperoni pizza was ok bit the other 2 pizzas (Ham and pineapple and BBQ chicken) absolutely mank. Couldn't even eat 1 slice. Tasted like it was not fresh and re heated, never again. Gave 1 star for the pepperoni pizza

So much verity in pizza and salad bar, they staff were so nice and placed us where we asked for listen to our reason for seating us here they said it was perfectly fine

Buffet was good and was a very quick way of feeding a hungry gang of kids. Great selection of food and was replenished quickly.

The food was good and the girl with red hair was absolutely lovely. She was very attentive and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Me and my boyfriend visited on the 2/10/23 and we had such a lovely meal! the service was incredible, the lady had red hair and was so professional and very helpful!!! sorry i didn’t catch ur name! Very good and fast service. We received our salad bowls seconds after getting seated. Amazing service all around as well as being very welcoming. The only thing is the cost of the food which is quite pricey however; this has nothing to do with the store, but pizza hut itself so cannot blame the store for this one the waitress we had gave us some pointers on what was the cheaper options for us! thank you again to the lady that served us! we will be returning as it was a lovely meal to finish off a date night 💞

Always good quality pizza, don't usually have to wait too long for food to arrive, and the staff are friendly! Prices are a little high maybe but it's a great occasional treat. Very kid friendly too, so it can be noisy at the weekends.

Brought my daughter here while dropping her off at the university. The food was fine ... what we were served. But our sides didn't arrive until the end of our meal, by which time we didn't want them. The server told us that our original fries had been given to someone else, and that they'd put more on for us - but obviously that was too late. I probably should have asked for a refund, but none was offered and the fries were left uneaten. I wouldn't rush back, tbh.

After being seated & shown a QR code we were practically ignored. When I asked for help after paying for two buffet meals, I was just shrugged off with a "I'll be with you in a minute" Some staff were nice & helpful but to be honest we couldn't wait to leave.

Really really great food, even though the prices are fairly high; it’s worth it tbf when you can get unlimited salad and drink refills with a meal. As I say, the food was very tasty too and even the salad bar had great stuff, highly recommend! :D Edit: it was also very quick service too!

Very good service, you have to order off a QR code but our plates and pots came exceptionally quick.

Everything the food, the staff and the enviorment is all perfect. Sarah and the team always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and provide some of the best food and service in Lincoln.

Walked in for a takeaway and was noticed by staff but completely ignored. Staff then proceeded to serve the people behind us in the line who had only just walked in. Didn't even order food, walked straight out.

Went here with My family today! Felt very uncomfortable my daughter in law can't eat as she's recently had gastric surgery the 3 year old twins had 2 slices of Pizza we had only ordered 1 child's meal which was enough as they only had a small slice of pizza each! All the way through the meal the waitress was talking about us and giving us vibes that made us feel very uncomfortable! When we got to the till the lady asked us to pay for 2 meals for the children at £7.99 per child wr explained that they had only had a slice of pizza each and she was very accommodating and said that's fine we will do it this time..but the fact we were uncomfortable with the waitress we won't go back

Popped on today for a buffet with the family. We were served by a chap called Dylan. What a thoroughly lovely, friendly guy. I could not praise him enough.

Missing the ice cream for one off the orders

Ease of showing up and getting a table even without booking with taste card Fast service entered at 6pm and was all served done and eaten by 7pm. Good value for money on two individual pizzas, sides and drinks for 30 on 2 for 1 with taste card (would be nice if drinks was 2 for 1 too)

Pizza had been laid sideways and was completely squashed up on one side of the box!

Food is decent but not blow your socks off. We had one for the deals which was £40 for a large pizza, some sides and desserts which I suppose is a good deal baring in mind the prices on the menu but still fairly expensive! Everything is self service now, you order in the app, help yourself to your drinks and your ice cream- even getting your own sauces to dip the crusts. We went at about 6 o clock and it seemed like they had stopped filling up anything on the salad bar so there was barely any lettuce left and most of the sauces were empty. We liked the fact you could pick what flavour syrups you wanted in your drink but there was no full-fat options available to drink! Overall, was a pleasant experience just can’t say it’s at the top of my list to be going again.

Pizza was cold and mush in the bottom of the box due to being transported on end. Due to the delivery rider trying to deliver to the wrong address every was cold and cold items were warm!!! Awful experience!!

Pizza was lovely along with salad but need more variety on salad and the ice cream factory was very disappointing as there wasn’t much option apart from several sprinkles an two sauces needs to be more options and option of different ice creams Price was very expensive

I hate places where you are forced to pay by card, regardless if they tell you about it in advance or not. Cash is a legal payment method in this country and it should be illegal to run business that are not accepting cash. Good food but it totally ruins your experience in the end when you wanna pay and there is a problem. Embarassing.

My order never even turned up even though I could see the driver around the corner. Absolutely ridiculous and horrendous service. Just dumped my food elsewhere or eaten it himself and left again. Absolutely fuming and I hope the driver gets sacked

Visited during a quiet period of the day. We practically had the place to ourselves. The salad bar was clean and extremely well stocked and the Staff could not have been more helpful. Will definitely go back again. Would have given 5 stars but for the parking which adds to the cost overall.

Now it has gone self service it's quite a different experience. I ordered via the App, it's not that easy & takes longer than the old way. As soon as you click 'order' you're asked for a tip. I've only been shown my table, done everything else myself & they want a tip? Had to wait for plates & glasses, longer than expected. 50% of the menu is now Veggie or Vegan yet the buffet is 80% meat on thick crust, there is no varieties. It's a repeat of cheapest menu pizza over & over. Pepperoni, margarita & so on. Salad was nice though!
