Pizza Hut in Lincoln

Visited on 26/04/25. Food was lovely, and the woman who served us was absolutely fantastic. Thank you. (P.s, the hot honey is to die for)

I live in a block of flats with a lift may I add and some delivery drivers use the lift some refuse to come in the building why should I be paying full delivery when I’m not getting door to door service which I am paying for I should only be paying half the delivery fee as they are only doing half the delivery

Stopped for a quick bite to eat. Everything was cooked to perfection! Excellent service. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back!

When I came for collection by 10:30 the restaurant was closed. What do I do ? I was not even given a call

Food was awfully under cooked! Would never go again, there was no need for the rush in getting the food on the table as there was myself & another couple only on a Friday night. Terrible food.

Lovely staff and really nice fresh food. The buffet was good value and the pasta primavera was so good I could have eaten a bucketful! We will definitely come here again and since our car was at Halfords for tyres the local parking costs were not an issue. (Although what local car park charges has to do with Pizza Hut is beyond me!) I would also like to say that the toilets were extremely clean and smelled so fresh, fantastic! Only two little gripes, drinks are a tad on the expensive side and my husband found his latte a little on the weak side (yes I know it's milky but he loves his coffee!) but overall we really enjoyed our lunch. Thanks to all the staff, you were great!

Nice and early, brilliant service from the delivery driver too

£6.20 for parking??? I wouldn’t have come if I’d known. No rebate or discount for customers either. Food and service was fine, i’m sorry for leaving a bad review but paying for parking is ridiculous.

Great service really friendly reception on arrival seated quickly staff were really helpful our server Carley was great, the food was excellent with a good and varied menu very reasonably priced would definitely recommend

Disappointed that the buffet was not kept stocked in line with the number of customers. We had to wait for it to be stocked. Not really acceptable for the money being charged

For the occasional guilty pleasure, the lunchtime buffet is pretty affordable and always easy to get a table, usually rather quiet as well.

Hi, ate with my family this evening Maisy and the team was great. Food was nice and the staff was very accommodating.

Pizza hut , not been in one for ages , the one that used to be in skeg was closer to us but we were in Lincoln with a grandchild who suggested that he might like a pizza . Service was good ,pizzas.were tasty and as juicy as I remember , I'm old enough to know better , the accompaniments were good , the salad was more limited than I remember . However drinks were good , sweets were approved of and generally it was a good decision .

I dined in at Pizza Hut and found the food to be decent. The pizza had fresh toppings, and the crust was soft, though it could have been a bit crispier. The service was fine, but the restaurant didn’t provide free parking for customers, which made it inconvenient. While the overall dining experience was pleasant, I believe providing free parking would improve the customer experience.

I didn’t expect a thin base but I may have not seen it saying thin? Not enough base coverage so toppings fell off ham edges burnt and in general not a nice pizza! Fries okay.

Staff are very rude. The dough isn't even cooked correctly. If you can't keep up with demand don't allow so many customers in at one time.

Not Thank you for the low quality service. First girl takes orders,then walks to another girl and complains that she doesn't understand what I'm talking about. There is a menu and i just pick one pizza and garlic bread. She told me how much I need to pay. What exalt she doesn't understand? Then girls start talking about socks and one of the girls just puts her leg with a shoe on a table. . Disgusting . This student is spending time there but not working.

while no Melts was available that I had in my oder prompt call was able to sort this out and order changed to a pizza, really nicely done 👌

I placed my order at 4:27 pm and it is currently 7:34 pm. This is over 3 hours and it still has not been delivered. This is absolutely unacceptable. I cannot give a rating on the quality as I have yet to receive it to taste it!

We ordered before 17:00 asking for it ASAP and it didn’t get to us until 18:45, and when it did, the side of fries was so cold and soggy they were inedible and the rest of the food was only lukewarm. Haven’t had these issues with Pizza Hut before so very disappointed.

I love Lincoln Pizza Hut. Staff are friendly and attentive. Salad is always we'll stocked and food nicely cooked.

The best and softest pizza base I have ever had and delicious toppings too. They have a variety of deals to suit every budget for both adult and children meals. They also do deals for students. My personal favourites are bottomless pizza, unlimited ice cream and bottomless soft drinks. And every single item on their menu comes with unlimited salad items. The unlimited salad has been a fixture at Pizza Hut for at least a decade so they are a consistently good restaurant chain. Their staff here are very courteous and give excellent service. Plenty of parking which used to be free but not anymore since the University took over that mall space. You can order right from your table too with the QR codes. It pays to book a table ahead (which is free to do) so that you don't have to wait to be seated as they do get busy. If that happens though, trust me, it is worth the wait.

Excellent flatbread, loved that I was able to customise it on the app just to my liking. Sara was lovely and kept up friendly chatter with those in the restaurant.

Hadn't been here in years, decided to have a visit and wish we hadn't bothered, looked dated inside, then we got to look at the menu, prices were ridiculous £31 for a large 14 inch pizza!!! Was shocked to say the least, no wonder the place was half empty on a Friday night, the takeaway prices were the same as the eat in prices!! After looking at the menu for about 5 minutes, we got up and left, straight to dominos and got a large collection pizza for £12 and headed home, So disappointed to be honest, it's no wonder so many pizza huts have closed down, pure greed.

Missing items, cold food. The only reason I state “on time”‘is because technically it was according to the app, but the times suggested by the app change anyway. Asked delivery driver about my missing drink, but he just showed me an empty bad and got back in his car even though my receipt shows I ordered a meal deal with a drink.

Order was marked as delivered but I never got the food. I’m livid

Ordered a pizza for collection, the staff was super friendly. Food was great. Usually I don't like the cheese they put in the stuff crust at other locations, Didn't have that issue here. Food was ready, hot and tasty. I will be going back for a sit down service.

Awful! Haven’t been for a few years, used to be great, now pretty dire, pizza wasn’t very nice, service non existent, extremely expensive. Won’t be visiting Pizza Hut again.

Great experience from the moment we walked in. We have two young children and were made to feel very welcome by the manager and server and were amazing with the children too. We will definitely be back!

It is a good restaurant. I branched there to use the gents when I was pressed. It is a good environment with ample space. Clean rest rooms. I'm not sure of the parking arrangements because it is on the high road. Staff are welcoming

The kids mega monster deal and how they can help themselves, it's a real treat and great value for what they get. The pizza is always great for the grown ups too.

Parked here after a long drive for some lunch. BEWARE there car park is pay and display. Literally parked right outside, jumped out and got an £80 fine on top of a £70 lunch for the family. So ridiculous.

Nice little pizza hut. It gets very busy at lunchtime time and you sometimes have to wait for food if you are having the buffet lunch, but the food is tasty and fresh. It's just a shame this restaurant is not bigger inside as it feels a little crammed in.

I asked them for a large pizza, I paid 24 pounds for the pizza and they brought me this pizza... my hand is bigger than the pizza itself... Scammers! I don't recommend it at all.

WE ALL ENJOYED THE BUFFET MEAL EXPERIENCE AND THE CHANCE TO TRY DIFFERENT PIZZA TOPPINGS. ALL THE CHILDREN ENJOYED THE FREEDOM TO ACCESS THEIR OWN VARIOUS DRINKS & CHOOSE THE TOPPINGS FOR THEIR ICE CREAMS.

Nothing was too much trouble at all, Nicole went above and beyond for our little boy and helped him with the icecream factory. Our server Georgia nailed it and could not do enough for us! Family meals out can be super stressful but we were made to feel comfortable and welcome and can’t wait to return.

The Goats Cheese pizza was faultless loved the balsamic vinegar on top to give it a nice twang, staff were very friendly and courteous asking if we needed any help and gave their own recommendations 😋

Nice food- the vegan nuggets were great. The pizza was tasty- loved the olives. Salad bar good variety.

No size was shown for the pizza, turns out it was extremely small considering I could’ve gotten a bigger pizza for less, it tasted good but not worth the price

My siblings and I came here for dinner as a group of 4. Place was pretty quiet but it was a weekday so that's expected. Our server, Nicole, was very nice and polite, really helpful and told us about their new pizza flavours and toppings (highly recommend the chicken and ham club topping). The new pizza base was a little too thin to hold with one hand but still really tasty. Highly recommend this place

Walked out of somewhere for the first time ever. Table for 2 was tiny and only about 18 inches from the tables either side. Couldn’t have a conversation without everybody else hearing. Looked at menu and pricing was ridiculous over £20 for a 9” stuffed crust and £4 for a coke Deals were very limiting on what you could have so pointless. Don’t take cash and want you to order from an app. We had a voucher and the server was quite rude when we said so. Haven’t been for years and will never go again

Very very overpriced as basically it’s cheese on toast!! Will not be going again. The salad bar was good the pizza was ok but no topping anywhere near the crust so basically a 2 inch circle of just crust. Only 2 staff that I saw but they were fine and if I’m honest they seemed quite embarrassed about the prices

The crispy pizza with mushroom , was anything but crispy , it was soggy and considering we ordered two toppings of mushrooms , there weren't many at all . Worst pizza I've ever had from Pizza Hut .

It was very quiet when we arrived, we were shown to a table and told to scan a QR code on the table to order. We felt so welcome we left.

Friendly and efficient service. Pizza always good :) I like the location of this pizza hut as its just ourside the main part of town but still central. We used it today for take away.

Best pizza ever i hed in my entire life.

For the very first time me & my husband ate at Pizza Hut Lincoln. To be honest it’s the first time I’ve used the QR table service & found it quite daunting and confusing (usually used to cash) Sarah was amazing., Extremely happy with the customer service, Patient, Excellent knowledge, impeccable manners, confident & a pleasure to chat with. I really do hope Sarah gets this feedback because people are always quick to moan or complain & very few say well done & Sarah deserves a raise. I can’t speak highly enough of Sarah & wish all customer service / front of house staff were more like her. Please please please, I can’t stress enough to make sure she gets a thank you, pat on the back or employee of the day/week/month & if you don’t have one you should. To cut a long story short - Excellent all round. Perfect. 5* server, Credit 2 Pizza Hut. if I was to mark the operator, for an overall experience as perfect Thank you I would also like to receive an email, message or call to see if this feedback is actually taken serious I guess NOT we’ll see Kindest regards Lisa (The one that needed extra help with the table QR code 😊) Thank you Sarah you made our visit special 😊xx And it’s better than Castle Meadow Retail, Nottingham

They insisted that we had to download the app to get what we wanted to eat,all we wanted was to order some pizza and pay by card 😒

Georgia was my serve and she was absolutely lovely! I had such a great time with my family for my birthday and all the staff members were so kind. Loved it

The driver was very rude and delivered the pizza to us without having a thermal bag to keep the food warm as on arrival the food was cold and broken and we couldn't eat the food so the driver took the pizza and left and said that he is coming back with another pizza but he has not come back because of this I would like the full amount paid and the order that I did not receive to be returned. Was disappointed by the Courier who left with our food.

Pre booking the table was simple, plenty of staff available on hand to assist with anything required, all food delivered in a timely manner. 100% recommend.

I do love pizza hut pizza because you get a choice of deep pan or thin. Many places only offer thin based now. I'm not keen on having to order through an app. It makes it feel like a cheap, fast food venue but the prices they charge are proper restaurant prices. Its always very, very busy which means it's also really loud and tables are packed in close together. Love the salad bar and the ice cream factory but this is a very expensive place to go as a family. With these sorts of prices, I'd rather go to a proper restaurant where you can be served at your table by a human being and can actually hear yourself think and have a conversation with the people you go with. It's all so loud, impersonal and busy. This is the problem with Lincoln. We have no decent pizza restaurants anymore so if you want a deep pan, you have no choice but to go to pizza hut. It'll be a long time before I'm prepared to sit inside this restaurant again. The other pizza hut on Nettleham fields was far superior. It was much bigger, much quieter and had table service.

Not been to a PH for some time. Really enjoyed the experience but there being only two of us the basic buffet lunch was £30, that's without drinks and sides. The final bill was just short of £45. For those as a family of four I really can't imagine what you'd pay. These prices are almost those you get in high end restaurants where you get waited on. Prices have soared and I am a little bit synical about it. As a one off treat great! But as a regular thing no. The food was great the 'servers' were great but can't honestly justify the price.

We visited tonight, Monday night, Love the stuffed crust! Amazing melted cheese! Best part of this experience was the staff though, the young brunette waitress and the red haired lady were so friendly and helpful, from one waitress to another that was excellent service!! Very happy with our experience here!

There were excellent servers as they helped get me some hot sauce on my chicken wings and a very funny younger waitress who had a laugh and helped get some more syrup for desserts. We came on the 10th of January

The greeting on entry was good and they explained how the ordering worked, although I am not convinced that everyone would be comfortable with online ordering, it worked very well for us. The buffet was not always stocked with the full range and the fries came half way through the meal. I understand that Pizza Hut was a pioneer of deep pan but I would have liked to see more thin crust on the buffet. The drinks arrived very quickly. Whilst some people will take full advantage of the buffet experience with many trips to the pass, I did feel that £15 for 3 pieces of pizza was excessive although I don't know how you could police a lite version. I was impressed by the attention to detail when the team cleared the tables when people left. Overall a good experience

First time at Pizza hut in years. £16 for a little thin pizza with little topping. Half the size of a large dominos which would be £12, Zizzi pizzas are slightly cheaper but much bigger and a lot more tasty, not much taste in the pizza. I won't be going back to pizza hut any time soon, I used to love pizza hut but it's gone right down hill which is a shame.

Got 3 pizzas, pepperoni pizza was ok bit the other 2 pizzas (Ham and pineapple and BBQ chicken) absolutely mank. Couldn't even eat 1 slice. Tasted like it was not fresh and re heated, never again. Gave 1 star for the pepperoni pizza

So much verity in pizza and salad bar, they staff were so nice and placed us where we asked for listen to our reason for seating us here they said it was perfectly fine

Buffet was good and was a very quick way of feeding a hungry gang of kids. Great selection of food and was replenished quickly.

Me and my boyfriend visited on the 2/10/23 and we had such a lovely meal! the service was incredible, the lady had red hair and was so professional and very helpful!!! sorry i didn’t catch ur name! Very good and fast service. We received our salad bowls seconds after getting seated. Amazing service all around as well as being very welcoming. The only thing is the cost of the food which is quite pricey however; this has nothing to do with the store, but pizza hut itself so cannot blame the store for this one the waitress we had gave us some pointers on what was the cheaper options for us! thank you again to the lady that served us! we will be returning as it was a lovely meal to finish off a date night 💞
